My absolute favourite Italian deli with a cafe for breakfast and lunch. I love their mocha. And their sweet treats. Breads, cheese, pasta and chocolate. It’s a treasure trove for anything Italian. 👍

It’s a shame I can’t give a 6* review for the atmosphere. Everyone is speaking Italian, it seems everyone *is* Italian once they enter. There’s every Italian ingredient and dry goods you could imagine, and a mouthwatering Deli at the back from which Antonio makes the greatest sandwich I’ve ever eaten. First time I tried the Salami Ventricina and grilled peppers it bought a tear to my eye. It’s a hidden gem of Lewisham.

The place is a haven for all Italians living in the area and a source of authentic Italian every day delicatessen and staple foods. Perhaps the greatest asset of this place is Antonio himself, who perhaps looks after this place as one of his children 😁

Antonio and his wife the perfect couple work together beautifully food is absolutely above 5 stars especially now his open a coffe bar next to his shop you can dine the most fabulous fresh cooked Italian food daily while you experience shopping in his deli trust me Lewisham would be lost if they was not there the mediterainian vibe they bring is just above any star rating and should be awarded the best buissness in Lewisham so ladies and gents head over to this place if you want to dine out and not head in to central London Antonio's beats any restaurant in Lewisham your garenteed freshness quality and big portions

Antonio takes you back to Italy on his small Store, he will always receive you with a smile and an excellent customer service, along with the best delicatessens in the area (I strongly recommend the Prosciutto Crudo, what a delicacy!). Piacece, Antonio!

Antonio is the shop of reference for all Italian expats living in the Lewisham-Blackheath area. From pasta to panettone, from fresh ricotta to tuscan salami, olives from sicily or genuine bread from apulia, they pack a lot of high-quality products in this lovely small deli. I had friends and family visiting from Italy who highly praised the quality and variety of products on offer. Antonio at the counter and his family serve their customers with a smile, no matter how busy the shop gets. Unmissable for anyone who loves Italian food.

My education in Italian food started here and it's everything you want in a proper deli. I've been coming here for over 40 years and visited to pick up a Bauli panettone for Christmas and of course some excellent meats for lunch. It's as good as they come and with the cafe next door a coffee and some food are always a must stop when in Lewisham. Family run and a total slice of Italy transported to Lewis Grove.

Fantastic little restaurant in Lewisham, London. Great food and atmosphere. Hard to beat. Daily specials available as well as typical homemade Italian food. Very popular with both locals and others from further away. The manager, Patricia, is lovely and nothing is too much for her. And another benefit is her husband owns an Italian Deli right next door offering a huge selection of Italian specialities at good prices. So, 5 out of 5 starts all-round.

it's not just the quality of the food, which is excellent, but above all it is the service that is exquisite and kind. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful people, it's worth taking a long train journey to buy from them!

I have eaten there many times. And happened to find it by chance - I was looking for Italian delicatessens in London and did not find any to my liking but then discovered this. It is very popular and frequented by both locals as well as Italians living in the UK. Everyday there are specials for lunch together with plenty of other choices. The manager, Priscila, is charming and friendly and delightful to deal with - nothing is too much for her. And to make your visit even better, her partner, Antonio, runs an Italian Deli next door, offering incredible products ranging from sauces, oil, cold meats, cheese - you name it he has it - and all at a really good price.

This excellent deli has expanded to add a cafe next door which serves delicious home-cooked style Italian food including good value lunch specials - not just sandwiches, but pasta, ribs etc.

Very wide selection of high quality Italian food. Wonderful sandwiches- Huge beautifully soft ciabatta absolutely packed with hams and cheese, salad, pickles etc for under 4 pounds. Amazing value.

Best place I’ve been too in London and I’m a Italian New Yorker. Top quality food, top quality staff and service. And you definitely can’t beat the price. I would eat here everyday. Nona kills it in the kitchen ❤️

Favourite place in Lewisham if not London - always the best

It felt like I went on a trip to Italy again! We had the most amazing freshly made focaccias (I cannot recommend enough) and great italian espresso! Antonio is really friendly and welcoming! I will surely visit regularly :)

Great selection of foods. The meats and cheeses are great. The pasta is very good. They have some very good biscuits and stuff. Some of these you can't find even in Rome. A very good deli and definitely with a visit. You'll find everything you need to make an original carbonara and for a good price. So glad to have this place almost next to me.

I come in for sandwiches almost everyday, they are always the tastiest things I have ever had and never get old, always so happy to come in, lovey staff, lovely inventory and such an easy accessible place I cannot stress enough how amazing Antonio’s is !!!

Love this cute italian deli, very friendly staff and well priced imported italian goods. But my highlight would have to be their deli counter which makes the most fresh and absolutely deliscious sandwhiches.

Probably the best coffee in the area, able to enjoy that while sitting under the red, white and green awning on the comfortable chairs (and tables) on the pavement outside, what more could you possibly want, except the delicious food available here, served, as always, with a very friendly smile!
