Placed a take away order during my meal break. Waited 15min, asked the chef for an upgrade. No idea about my order at all.Asked me to wait for 10 min. more. Brilliant, my whole meal break went in waiting for nothing and at the end left with no food and frustrated. Very slow and disorganised place. Extremely disappointed every time I came to eat. So much staff behind the counter and no one knows what they are doing. Get a proper manager asap Ana'more No More!

Love this resturant but it seems everytime I go there , the service is slow and there always forgetting to bring things thay we ordered that always leaves us waiting more longer. I told the waitress 2 times for a Coke and she forgot and then I told the waiter were still waiting and he said ok which he forgot also . They brought my partner a drink but kept forgetting to bring my mine and I repeatedly ask for my drink. It was a hot day and I was getting frustrated. The other time I went we waited for over 1 hour for our food. And it wasn't even busy that day. The food is lovely but the service is awful I feel like they can't handle the place when it's more then 5 people in there . They honeslty need to pick them selves up in there because if it carry on like this they will lose customers

I have been there quite a few times I'm in a wheelchair they have a ramp and the staff could not be more helpful and they made me feel comfortable and they treated me like any other person which doesn't happen in other restaurants so thanks to everyone who works there and I will definitely be going back

The makeover of this restaurant is very contemporary and quite spacious. The service was good and the food was tasty. Give it a try.

Best Turkish restaurant I been too. The food is 5 star. Customer service 5 star. Ordered the special dish beef stew tasted amazing and filling. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will deffo go again

Really enjoyed the coffee, Kamamari and falafel starters. Didn't have a main. I recommend this restaurant and will go back.

Nice food, good ambience. Waiter could have been friendlier was the only issue. Never checked back in to see if we needed anything and at the time the restaurant was pretty much empty.

Had a very decent Turkish dinner here. Be warned that the meat mere portions are enormous. We enjoyed it all though. Service was friendly and we found a good table in the garden. Good atmosphere here. Price was very reasonable. May well return some day.

Visited here for dinner last week on the recommendation of my friend. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, there are a couple of things that would have made our dining experience even better. First impressions of Ana’more were very good: modern, clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming staff. I was equally impressed with the vegetarian options on the menu. I visited Turkey last year, and my options there were generally either a vegetarian hotpot or chips! So I was very pleased they had quite an extensive vegetarian menu. I opted for the falafel - which although wasn’t the most visually appealing, the food itself was fresh and tasty. My friends really enjoyed their sharing platter, which came with various accompanying sides. I also had an Aperol Spritz followed by a Chai Latte after dinner - both of which were very enjoyable. Service was very good, but what let them down was a comment made by the server as we were splitting the bill. He came over, pointed at the service charge and said, “Don’t forget to add that”. That really annoyed us, as firstly the service charge is discretionary (as it should be) and secondly the attitude of entitlement did not go down well - in fact we found it rather rude. I already have mixed feelings regarding tipping (please don’t get me started!) but if I’ve had a really enjoyable dining experience it’s very rare that I withhold a tip. Telling me that I have to tip left a somewhat negative impression.

This is a trendy and clean establishment. The food is freshly cooked, delicious, and the portion sizes are large, so you must go when really hungry. They will give you a doggy bag The staff is very attentive and professional. The prices are reasonable. Will be going back again and recommend.

Amazing local Turkish recently refurbished and now looks like a Ramsay restaurant. Food is excellent and kebabs come with rice, chips or bulgar wheat and free salad/bread. Best donor ever or try the Adana/chicken shish with hummus and the home made chilli sauce. The staff are lovely and very child friendly! Our local weekend go to....

I've been coming here with my family for just over a year now, and the food and service is amazing! Delicious food, really friendly staff and really clean! The portion sizes are huge, we usually get a platter between 4 and we always have left over to take home. Highly recommended!

This is the 15th Turkish restaurant I have visited in the UK. From the appetizers, main dishes, desserts and coffee, they are all impeccable. The service attitude of the waiters is also unparalleled. Will definitely come back, even though I am not a London resident, I come to London often.

The food is great. No issue whatsoever with it, a bit pricey though for Lewisham. Great service, staff always nice and friendly. It can get kind of crowded sometimes and you're basically stuck at the table. No much privacy really.

This was our 2nd visit to this amazing restaurant. The atmosphere, food and customer service are perfect. They also have free parking nearby in evenings and Sundays but there’s also an affordable car park near by too. Our favourite dish is the Pideli Kofte and my husband loved their daily special beef stew. The meat was tender and everything was perfectly seasoned. Ozlem provided such an outstanding service that we had to come back. We were also served by Alvin today, who was very attentive and efficient. Definitely recommend trying this place if you can.

My friends and I were on the hunt for a late-night dining spot and stumbled upon Anamore Restaurant, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. Our experience there was delightful from start to finish, and I can recommend it enough for anyone looking for great food and a lively atmosphere after hours.We really liked Erdem's excellent cocktails.

Great Turkish food here. A little bit on the expensive side, but the food served was fresh. Recommended for authentic Turkish food.

We visited this restaurant for the first time. A heartwarming and welcoming experience with incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to make our visit wonderful. The restaurant is very clean and has a lively atmosphere. Our caretaker Erdem as well as the rest of the staff were very kind and took their time to explain the menu to us, we went for a platter menu based on the recommendations which ended up being scrumptious and very filling. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious Turkish restaurant in Lewisham.

Located in Lewisham, place was absolutely fantastic, the staff were truly awesome, we were a party of 30 original reservation was set for 18, they accommodated our group very quickly. Food & service were 10+, I highly recommend the lamb chops.

I have been coming for date nights and family events for years. Tonight was less then a sub standard experience and did not make you, as a customer, wanted. Although there was an event on at the same time, my partner and I and other diners were left for long wait times, incorrect orders and food being delivered to wrong tables. Paying for the bill was horrendous, as I was happy to wait for the people of the event to pay for their meals separately, when they were done our server was tidying, pottering and taking orders. We tried several times to get a servers attention but to no avail. When we had sat there for over 20 minutes, I went up to the till, to which the server vaguely apologised for not coming. The server behind the till walked off and at over 20+ minutes I requested to pay, insisting I'd like to leave now which wasn't met with anything being comped due to the experience. There prices are steeper than normal places but I have been happy to pay previously due to the atmosphere and culture of the staff which was not present due to poor management of servers and management sitting with guests rather than deploying their staff appropriately.

We visited one of the best restaurants in London! We have received such a great service from Erdem! Tasty food and great value of money. My husband and I ordered pide and my daughter and her friend ordered Lahmacun, we orderd also some starters. Everthing was full of flavour and perfectly cooked! We had such a great time. This place is definitely worth a visit!

The food was completely flavorless … The service has to improve!! Ask for recommendations and the waiter couldn’t do it. Also when we arrived we were the only table and nobody came check to double check if everything was ok… The portion small for the price and simple.

Atmosphere is comfortable and music is relaxing, however staff is horrible because they ignored me multiple times and expression on their faces isn't friendly.

I planned a visit with my friend for a catch-up, and liked the look of the place. We were greeted instantly by a man who I believe is one of the managers. The food and atmosphere there is really nice. We enjoyed eating here and I am sure I will be back.

What an amazing experience we had! The family who runs the place are so lovely and hospitable… and the cakes were delicious - we tried the Pistachio milk cake & the tiramisu and both were fantastic! Will be back for more for sure.

Anamore is a lovely restaurant that truly shines in both service and cuisine. I recently brought my family here, and we were met with pleasant and attentive service that catered to all our needs. Been there twice just to give them the benefit of the doubt but now I can confidently say that it should be avoided! Overpriced food that is bland. Small portions and salads from days before. Avoid at all costs, much better options in the area!

Went here for dinner as part of a colleague leaving our workplace. The atmosphere was good, waiter was very accommodating and patient. I ordered lamb beyti which was lamb in a wrap with yogurt and another sauce (not sure what). It read very nice including the presentation. It read leaking in vegetables though which I thought was the only drawback fair this meal. But it was very nice. If I was to design it I would reduce the rice which I thought was a bit redundant as part of the meal and have maybe some roast vegetables instead. Another option would be to incorporate the rice into the wrap with the meat. Which would also work. I have a attached a photo of what the meal looked like. I also bought a mocktail wick was delicious- banana, pineapple, coconut and cream I think. With some ice cubes. Brilliant drink.

The food was ok but then they served Turkish Tea in a Latte glass! I thought ‘what?No’ and although it absolutely tasted great, who serves Turkish Tea in a latte glass? Turkish tea cups next time please!!

Omg what was that?! There is a lot of potential in this place, restaurant and kitchen looks fabulous. But all in all it has left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Or in this case with no taste whatsoever. This claims to be one of the most authentic Turkish restaurants. So I wanted to order a Pıde with minced meat and egg ontop, classic Turkish staple. On the menu there is a Pıde with Sucuk and egg and one with minced meat and cheese. So I asked to exchange the cheese with the egg. Apparently it could not been done due to computer restrictions. All of the pides are at the same price! So why it could not be done is beyond me. All the meats that came to our table were overcooked and under seasoned, lacking of flavour. We were given an extra potion of chips by mistake after 2-3 minutes they realised their mistake and took the chips of our table and served them to the people who ordered them. This is unacceptable and unheard of, shocking. Let's end this on a positive, the bread and the little mezze that was given to us were very nice also the calamar was excellent.

The service is excellent, the waiter Bora was ver kind all the restaurant is very clean, food excellent, music appropriate, my wife and me spent a nice time. Five stars. Congratulations!

The best Turkish restaurant I’ve been to for a very long time. Amazing food, impeccable service, great atmosphere, lovely decor, superb attention to detail - a proper high-quality restaurant in the heart of Lewisham. Highly recommended!

Absolutely chaotic service. Waited over 20 minutes for one cocktail to be served. 4 of us ate and our mains came at 3 different times with the last meals arriving 15 minutes after the first one. No explanations for the very long delay and only a very half hearted apology when I asked why service was taking so long.

I don’t usually leave reviews for restaurants but we ate at Ana’more on Thursday night and I wanted to share our experience. We arrived a bit late but the waitress was understanding and very friendly. We were seated straight away and ordered our drinks which arrived quickly. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu so was able to recommend dishes. The restaurant looks great and had a really lovely atmosphere. It was busy but all of our food arrived in good time and was cooked to a really high standard. Everyone at the table really enjoyed the meal. Even my son, who is a fussy eater, cleared his plate! The food was excellent and the service throughout the meal was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is without doubt, one of the best local restaurants and we will definitely be coming back to try more of the many dishes on the menu. Thanks Anamore for a wonderful evening.
