Visited for the first time last night, Saturday 30/11/24...hadn't booked in advance so was very happy to get a table for 4 immediately. The food was delicious, the service attentive without being intrusive, great value for money, will definitely be visiting again.

I travelled all the way from harrow as i was so impressed from when i was here the first time. each time i have been here the staff have been welcoming especially ozlem have been experimental professional and would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant. have you thought about opening up a restaurant in hatch end?

I was really looking forward to my celebration dinner here and dragged all of my friends SE as the menu met my needs. I have very specific dietary requirements and they weren’t flexible at all. I wanted to order one of the salad mains and add some chicken. The lady said it’s not possible and I would have to order both a main salad and chicken shish which would be silly. I decided to swap the rice/fries on the shish to salad instead hoping it would be a substantial portion to fill me up. It’s already upsetting enough when you can’t have the starters with your friends let alone a meal you can actually enjoy. She then brought out 2 extra dips for my friends to try. So I can’t pay extra to add chicken to a main dish but you can give extra dips? It felt like a slap in the face. My side salad came out with the starters which was delicious I must say. Then the chicken to my “meal” came out… I’ll let the picture speak for itself. I paid £25 for chicken shish and a Diet Coke with service charge which in my opinion the waitress didn’t deserve. To single me out in front of my friends was so belittling especially when it was supposed to be a celebration. It only takes a little thing to really make someone’s day, you don’t know what someone is going through. I just wanted a fat salad with some juicy chicken shish. I didn’t realise that was too much to ask. 😅

All of the food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were just awesome, and the manager , Ozlem was great. She worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The staff were really efficient, helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. The restaurant and bathroom facilities were spotless. We had a perfect birthday celebration and we can't wait to go back.

This place has a lovely feel, like quite a high end restaurant, nice atmosphere. The food was nice but I must compare it to Lavante down the road, the menu is almost identical but everything we had was not quite as good as if you get it in Lavante and a fair bit more expensive, I imagine you're paying for the smart restaurant feel. Good for occasions but if you just want to eat go to Lavante. The staff were very nice and kind but a bit rushed and distracted on a Sunday lunchtime.

The food was incredible. Great quality and so much quantity, very generous. The service was lovely and very attentive, great customer service. The place itself was lovely and calm environment, I loved it!

The place is very stylish and spacious. The variety of food and the prices are quite reasonable. There are also many dessert options 😍 I had the soufflé, and I loved it. One of the nice spots around to choose from.

Straight up - one of the best Turkish places in London ❤️ such a homely vibe as well; get the platter for two! It’s so worth it. Kinda blew my mind you could get such good Turkish food in London 🥺 and we’ve been to Turkey!

Delicious food and great service. Maybe slightly disappointed to not have complimentary Turkish tea as in other Turkish restaurants but the meal itself was faultless.

Trying the praise starter is a must. You won't find anything more tasty. Had the chicken kebab with rice and was delicious. Service is second to non. They don't hover round your table making chit chat with friends personal but staff are attentive and looking to help when needed. There was a large birthday celebration going on at the time I was there, who were warmly welcomed too. The restaurant has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and your not rush out as soon as you've eaten. We spent at least an hour between main course and dessert. Absolutely have nothing negative to say and will definitely go again.

Very pleasant experience trying Turkish food for the first time (beyond just kebab). Thanks mostly to our waitress, Ozlem, who was very patient and took the time to explain the food, ingredients, culinary traditions, and helped us avoid anything spicy. Great service that made us feel comfortable enough to ask about anything, even with a touch of humor. Absolutely all the food was delicious, I would recommend anyone to go and try Ayran as well, a typical Turkish drink, very different from what I’m used to but very good and refreshing.

Went here for dinner as part of a colleague leaving our workplace. The atmosphere was good, waiter was very accommodating and patient. I ordered lamb beyti which was lamb in a wrap with yogurt and another sauce (not sure what). It read very nice including the presentation. It read leaking in vegetables though which I thought was the only drawback fair this meal. But it was very nice. If I was to design it I would reduce the rice which I thought was a bit redundant as part of the meal and have maybe some roast vegetables instead. Another option would be to incorporate the rice into the wrap with the meat. Which would also work. I have a attached a photo of what the meal looked like. I also bought a mocktail which was delicious- banana, pineapple, coconut and cream I think. With some ice cubes. Brilliant drink. Update 25/9- after a previously good experience I booked a table for 20 at this restaurant for my own leaving do. This was a very smooth process and required a £50 deposit. I was also able to increase/make changes to the booking before the date as well. The food was very nice again. This time I had lamb neck with bulgar wheat. The service was excellent and we were very well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend for the future.

Succulent food, cosy atmosphere and extremely high- end customer service!!. I ordered seabass and wow...it was heavenly!!. Olzem attended to our every need and went above and beyond which added to our beautiful experience at Ana' more. She even presented a cute hearted birthday cake...things really couldn't get better than that. I attended with a group of 20 and we all left feeling completely satisfied on all counts. 5- star all the waaaaay!

Great Food, Very Pleasant Staff, Quick Service

Food was excellent but our experience was spoilt by a gentleman who was serving taking a small wet umbrella from me and threw it in a food waste bin by the bar which we didn't realise it was a bin until we collected it after our meal

The staff are friendly, considerate and attentive, went with a LOT of people and they handled us beautifully. Foods nice, cocktails ate nicer, overall great evening!

Decor is lovely, spacious with a great atmosphere. The food was well on point. Standards are very high. We had a mixed grill for 4, and there is definitely more enough to feed that number we ended up having to take dome home. Lewisham standards of eateries dosent disapont.

Been visiting here on several occasions now since may 2023. Food is delicious and staff eager to please. Can get very busy at weekend evenings and service can become slower if large groups are in. Prices are reasonable and worth the value

Placed a take away order during my meal break. Waited 15min, asked the chef for an upgrade. No idea about my order at all.Asked me to wait for 10 min. more. Brilliant, my whole meal break went in waiting for nothing and at the end left with no food and frustrated. Very slow and disorganised place. Extremely disappointed every time I came to eat. So much staff behind the counter and no one knows what they are doing. Get a proper manager asap Ana'more No More!

Love this resturant but it seems everytime I go there , the service is slow and there always forgetting to bring things thay we ordered that always leaves us waiting more longer. I told the waitress 2 times for a Coke and she forgot and then I told the waiter were still waiting and he said ok which he forgot also . They brought my partner a drink but kept forgetting to bring my mine and I repeatedly ask for my drink. It was a hot day and I was getting frustrated. The other time I went we waited for over 1 hour for our food. And it wasn't even busy that day. The food is lovely but the service is awful I feel like they can't handle the place when it's more then 5 people in there . They honeslty need to pick them selves up in there because if it carry on like this they will lose customers

I have been there quite a few times I'm in a wheelchair they have a ramp and the staff could not be more helpful and they made me feel comfortable and they treated me like any other person which doesn't happen in other restaurants so thanks to everyone who works there and I will definitely be going back

The makeover of this restaurant is very contemporary and quite spacious. The service was good and the food was tasty. Give it a try.

Nice food, good ambience. Waiter could have been friendlier was the only issue. Never checked back in to see if we needed anything and at the time the restaurant was pretty much empty.

Had a very decent Turkish dinner here. Be warned that the meat mere portions are enormous. We enjoyed it all though. Service was friendly and we found a good table in the garden. Good atmosphere here. Price was very reasonable. May well return some day.

Visited here for dinner last week on the recommendation of my friend. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, there are a couple of things that would have made our dining experience even better. First impressions of Ana’more were very good: modern, clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming staff. I was equally impressed with the vegetarian options on the menu. I visited Turkey last year, and my options there were generally either a vegetarian hotpot or chips! So I was very pleased they had quite an extensive vegetarian menu. I opted for the falafel - which although wasn’t the most visually appealing, the food itself was fresh and tasty. My friends really enjoyed their sharing platter, which came with various accompanying sides. I also had an Aperol Spritz followed by a Chai Latte after dinner - both of which were very enjoyable. Service was very good, but what let them down was a comment made by the server as we were splitting the bill. He came over, pointed at the service charge and said, “Don’t forget to add that”. That really annoyed us, as firstly the service charge is discretionary (as it should be) and secondly the attitude of entitlement did not go down well - in fact we found it rather rude. I already have mixed feelings regarding tipping (please don’t get me started!) but if I’ve had a really enjoyable dining experience it’s very rare that I withhold a tip. Telling me that I have to tip left a somewhat negative impression.

This is a trendy and clean establishment. The food is freshly cooked, delicious, and the portion sizes are large, so you must go when really hungry. They will give you a doggy bag The staff is very attentive and professional. The prices are reasonable. Will be going back again and recommend.

Amazing local Turkish recently refurbished and now looks like a Ramsay restaurant. Food is excellent and kebabs come with rice, chips or bulgar wheat and free salad/bread. Best donor ever or try the Adana/chicken shish with hummus and the home made chilli sauce. The staff are lovely and very child friendly! Our local weekend go to....

This is the 15th Turkish restaurant I have visited in the UK. From the appetizers, main dishes, desserts and coffee, they are all impeccable. The service attitude of the waiters is also unparalleled. Will definitely come back, even though I am not a London resident, I come to London often.

I've been coming here with my family for just over a year now, and the food and service is amazing! Delicious food, really friendly staff and really clean! The portion sizes are huge, we usually get a platter between 4 and we always have left over to take home. Highly recommended!

The food is great. No issue whatsoever with it, a bit pricey though for Lewisham. Great service, staff always nice and friendly. It can get kind of crowded sometimes and you're basically stuck at the table. No much privacy really.

This was our 2nd visit to this amazing restaurant. The atmosphere, food and customer service are perfect. They also have free parking nearby in evenings and Sundays but there’s also an affordable car park near by too. Our favourite dish is the Pideli Kofte and my husband loved their daily special beef stew. The meat was tender and everything was perfectly seasoned. Ozlem provided such an outstanding service that we had to come back. We were also served by Alvin today, who was very attentive and efficient. Definitely recommend trying this place if you can.

My friends and I were on the hunt for a late-night dining spot and stumbled upon Anamore Restaurant, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. Our experience there was delightful from start to finish, and I can recommend it enough for anyone looking for great food and a lively atmosphere after hours.We really liked Erdem's excellent cocktails.

We visited this restaurant for the first time. A heartwarming and welcoming experience with incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to make our visit wonderful. The restaurant is very clean and has a lively atmosphere. Our caretaker Erdem as well as the rest of the staff were very kind and took their time to explain the menu to us, we went for a platter menu based on the recommendations which ended up being scrumptious and very filling. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious Turkish restaurant in Lewisham.

I have been coming for date nights and family events for years. Tonight was less then a sub standard experience and did not make you, as a customer, wanted. Although there was an event on at the same time, my partner and I and other diners were left for long wait times, incorrect orders and food being delivered to wrong tables. Paying for the bill was horrendous, as I was happy to wait for the people of the event to pay for their meals separately, when they were done our server was tidying, pottering and taking orders. We tried several times to get a servers attention but to no avail. When we had sat there for over 20 minutes, I went up to the till, to which the server vaguely apologised for not coming. The server behind the till walked off and at over 20+ minutes I requested to pay, insisting I'd like to leave now which wasn't met with anything being comped due to the experience. There prices are steeper than normal places but I have been happy to pay previously due to the atmosphere and culture of the staff which was not present due to poor management of servers and management sitting with guests rather than deploying their staff appropriately.

Located in Lewisham, place was absolutely fantastic, the staff were truly awesome, we were a party of 30 original reservation was set for 18, they accommodated our group very quickly. Food & service were 10+, I highly recommend the lamb chops.

We visited one of the best restaurants in London! We have received such a great service from Erdem! Tasty food and great value of money. My husband and I ordered pide and my daughter and her friend ordered Lahmacun, we orderd also some starters. Everthing was full of flavour and perfectly cooked! We had such a great time. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Atmosphere is comfortable and music is relaxing, however staff is horrible because they ignored me multiple times and expression on their faces isn't friendly.
