The best restaurants in Edgware Harrow London

went to visti this place at the weekend after reading some great things. found the place completely shut, windows covered in newspaper and not a sole about.

My name is Joyce. My room was 311. I and my coworker Zippy stayed there together with our guests from 23rd to 30th October. I would have given a 5 star but one of your staff Maria made it unpleasant. I have to say the days she was off, it was peace on earth. Your staff were happy and glad that they wont see her for afew days. Her attitude towards customers and fellow staff is outrageous. No professionalism and respect towards people. No mannerism at all. So why is she in this industry if one can't have people's skills. There is a way to talk especially infront of people. My guests were upset with Maria and it was a huge relief the days she was off. We normally use premier inn twice a year. I would like to thank staff who work in premier inn Edgware for their dedication and service towards customers. Kulsom the hotel manager who was very professional in dealing with afew complaints we had and ensured our guests were catered for. I was impressed that you came to apologise to our guests due to afew hicups. Additionally just to see you on the floor with other staff was very encouraging. A true leader is a servant and you did that very well. You led by example. Siraj thank you so much for going over and above especially on 27th of October as we were late going to central London. Thank you for the initiative to offer breakfast or packed breakfast as this particular guest was leaving very early on 30th. Thou he didnt get the chance to have it, your service and proactiveness impressed that guest. Raafy anything I needed or had questions you were there, Lucas the Gen -z lad, your maturity at this young age speaks volumes. My colleague was very impressed and wants to help you get an attachment in accounting career. Arkam thank you so much. Bonnie if am not wrong on name the Chinese staff. Thank you for your service. You have all been kind. I know it's not easy dealing with customers but ur aptitude and attitude was remarkable. Thank you all to also the ladies who cleaned our rooms, providing essentials that were needed.It's the little things that makes life worth living. JoyceR

Exceptional service to start with especially the very friendly pretty lady at the reception & the chefs are literally the bestt! The food is incredibly delicious and the right amount of flavour and spice👌🏽I wanna say thank you soo much for the lovely meal chefs!🫶🏼 if you want a proper fresh High Quality Meal that will really get you from Hungry to Happy in no time, Order from the One & Only LINCHI enjoyed it as usual and it’s very filling so I’m soo satisfied ☺️appreciate you lots x. PS: I recommend you( Grab you the 2PL {Rice & chicken}spicy, extra sauce & Beef chow mein, make that spicy too pls….🤔Oh! And can’t forget the pot of black bean sauce on the side! The best pizza i have ever had …i have tried many pizza places but this is definitely the best i have had till date…the pizza was perfectly saucy and perfectly cooked ..the cheese was golden and the chrust was crispy …looking forward to order more…thankyou❤️

Worst customer service ever the bald guy is the rudest person iv ever met in my life he was rude to me cussing and bad attitude and when i asked for a large chips when i went hime it was small worst restaurant ever

Very good service from Waheed He is very kind and generous. We order via Uber and by mistake place a wrong pizza , immediately I called and spoke with Waheed and he was absolute life saver . He look after order and was very polite to deal with it. He made sure to send right one and served warm . The paneer pizza is always the best one . Quick and easy order.

Walked in this place bad attitude by women assistant. Went to pick up food asked for peri chips and rudely said £1 extra . Dirty place . Food was good but bad staff manners . Employ people who genuinely want to work with customer service . Go somewhere else

Lived not far from this place for awhile but never been tempted to give it a shot. But having eaten recently at another Romanian place we both agreed to have some authentic food once again. Cheap decor, inside and outside seating (just two tables looking into a busy street). Shop next door by the look if it belongs to the same pace, so food is expected to be fresh. Waiting staff are all Romanian and do not speak much English. Manners would also do with some improving. You can't order from the table, but need to go to the counter and pay prior. Food is tasty and fresh looking. Very cheap. Some beer and wine available but that's it.

Everything is delicious and beautiful. I recommend coming to this store. Greetings to you
