My name is Joyce. My room was 311. I and my coworker Zippy stayed there together with our guests from 23rd to 30th October. I would have given a 5 star but one of your staff Maria made it unpleasant. I have to say the days she was off, it was peace on earth. Your staff were happy and glad that they wont see her for afew days. Her attitude towards customers and fellow staff is outrageous. No professionalism and respect towards people. No mannerism at all. So why is she in this industry if one can't have people's skills. There is a way to talk especially infront of people. My guests were upset with Maria and it was a huge relief the days she was off. We normally use premier inn twice a year. I would like to thank staff who work in premier inn Edgware for their dedication and service towards customers. Kulsom the hotel manager who was very professional in dealing with afew complaints we had and ensured our guests were catered for. I was impressed that you came to apologise to our guests due to afew hicups. Additionally just to see you on the floor with other staff was very encouraging. A true leader is a servant and you did that very well. You led by example. Siraj thank you so much for going over and above especially on 27th of October as we were late going to central London. Thank you for the initiative to offer breakfast or packed breakfast as this particular guest was leaving very early on 30th. Thou he didnt get the chance to have it, your service and proactiveness impressed that guest. Raafy anything I needed or had questions you were there, Lucas the Gen -z lad, your maturity at this young age speaks volumes. My colleague was very impressed and wants to help you get an attachment in accounting career. Arkam thank you so much. Bonnie if am not wrong on name the Chinese staff. Thank you for your service. You have all been kind. I know it's not easy dealing with customers but ur aptitude and attitude was remarkable. Thank you all to also the ladies who cleaned our rooms, providing essentials that were needed.It's the little things that makes life worth living. JoyceR

Room was clean and maintained. Service at reception though was poor. Whenever we wanted to speak to the receptionist they were never there, you press the call button but no one comes. Food and breakfast was good.

This hotel exceeded my expectation. Room lovely and cosy, quiet and comfortable bed. The staff are lovely friendly. The duty manager Siraj was extremely helpful and polite. I've booked another stay for next month which I'm looking forward.

I never write negative reviews but Premier Inn in Edgware gave us a very bad experience. The day time staff were rude and disrespectful. We asked our room to be cleaned and no one did that for 4 days. When I asked the lady working on the day shift, she was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked her not to get it cleaned just to get away from her insanely nasty attitude. I travel a lot and go to many hotels around the globe, this is my worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.

It’s a shame that after my family checked out and left a parcel for mum to pick up, the parcel was never found. They stayed in room 11 and checked out 27th June. We will not persue this matter any further but just know that the reputation of this Hotel and the staff can never be trusted NEVER leave anything for collection later as they will take it and never give out…SHAME!!!!!

On arrival we was met with a car parking cost, which wasn’t mentioned when booking this room. Although I was native to think there was free parking in London. There was a lengthy wait until we was seen, the receptionist doubled up as a barman, which I can imagine to be an absolute headache. The member of staff was a little snappy when asking for names and the room type. I unexpectedly walked into a very good sized room with great working aircon, the windows didn’t open so this was a good replacement. Decent sized bath and a very strong water flow from the shower. I was with a friend and they provided 1 double and 1 single, which was adequate. The location isn’t great but it’s a light walk from the tube stop into Central London if you want an escape from Edgware.

When booking and paying for a room I expect to be able to be reasonably warm inside. Premier Inn don’t seem to share this point of view. In usual PI style I arrived and found the heating didn’t work. Went to reception to get the usual answer-we’ll turn it on from here. So they must know there’s an ongoing problem. Why don’t they fix it? There was noisy music from the bar all night- at first I didn’t realise it was the hotel bar I thought it was from outside! What hotel disturbs its own guests with music?? My family and I lived here for one week a week ago and the service was absurd the receptionist was rude and the cleaners cannot even do their job I looked under one of the beds because I dropped my phone and I saw two bottles of wine and spirits. This was absurd. I also had a kid in the room and this was terrifying having unknown alcohol in the room. I think someone should be fired because of this

Upon arrival struggled with heat in room, no problem I was seated with a complimentary lattee and the Maintenance man went to my room, he returned and advised it was all sorted. After being back in the room I got a knock at the door with Maintenance checking everything was still okay. The kindness of the gent on reception was first class ensuring if I had any other issues to let them know so they can help. Seriously where can you go and get this level of care. Room very clean and quiet. I travel the UK and have stayed in many great and mid level hotels, this takes average hotel rating to a 5 star grade. Thanks all

On arrival we was given our room key not told where to go and there was 2 buildings given no info about where to go when we got to our room single bed not made and it was a family room.he did move us into a new room but this rooms air conditioning did not work and the window did not open went to London for the day when we got back the room was unbearable went to reception and told a receptionist he said he can change the temperature from the back office which did not change the temperature had to suffer all night long and made us all ill. We spoke about it to a receptionist in the morning she said she would have changed us into a new room with a open window also stunk of weed

Ordered a room with two beds for there and only one bed in the room. Went down to the front to ask for a second bed and the room to be properly made up - in response the person on the desk gave me two pillows and a sheet and said do it yourself, I then questioned about a duvet in which he responded I can’t give you one and there is no one to make your bed - which resulted in being a couch that was in the room as we couldn’t separate the beds. So I had to sleep on a couch with no duvet and two pillows completely unacceptable. Would not stay here again and strongly advise you not to!!!

Handy location , but Hotel rooms are quite basic . Service was good and the staff were very nice & pleasant. Overall good location to catch the tube to London Central. Parking £12.50 per day subject to spaces available on site.

NOISE NOISE NOISE ! The Rooms 401-711 are in a block situated away from the main block and access is by key card. I had a 3 night stay ruined by teenagers ,I suspect they were students on a trip, shouting and running amok in the corridors of the block away from the main building. This went on for several hours in the late evening when I returned and stopped just before midnight They were asked several times to politely to be quiet but ignored me. The whole of this floor of about 10 or 11 rooms seemed to be taken over by this party of students who I believed were from the continent. I've always stayed mainly at Premier Inn's but in future will look elsewhere. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are polite ( if slightly low in numbers and at times rushed off their feet) and the rooms,especially the bed , was comfortable. I've always recommended Premiers but after this will stay at Heathrow where I've stayed many times. The area is OK around the building and there is limited parking at this hotel. I will not be back in spite of it being a perfect location for my needs.

Delivery is great, takes a bit of time, because food is cooked fresh. And it is SUBLIME! Delicious fresh flavours, and absolutely massive portions, we always have enough for the next day. I would give it more stars if I could.
