1 star for inside seats, the owner of the shop realy needs to do something about this situation, All the seats ar broken, you cannot seat and eat inside. so its more like take away shop.

Worst burger and fries I’ve ever ordered in my life absolutely disgusting and inedible, the fries were old dry and stale and the burger was awful soggy bun with a dry patty and mouldy lettuce. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. When requested a refund I was spoken to very rude, bad customer service and very bad food. Environmental health need to inspect this premises immediately

Beware ONLINE SCAM ‼️‼️ I had a notification saying my food was on the way and after 40 minutes time nothing arrived wich I thought was strange as this restraunt is only a 20 minute car ride . I then had a notification saying my food had been delivered and I received nothing . So I then contacted the restraunt and asked him where my order is and he said he would contact the driver then he said the driver is in Northwood which is 8 minutes away from me and he told me to call the driver to check this is the number he gave me for the driver ( 07868651378 ) , I then called the driver 10 minutes later as it should have been delivered I even let it go a few minutes over . When the driver awnsered he sounded confused and the background was very quiet and said he is 40 minutes away ?? , and I said what do you mean 40 minutes away I have just spoken to the restraunt and they said they have spoken to you and you said your in Northwood . He then just said it’s 40 minutes away so I said I’m contacting the restraunt . I then called the restraunt back and said that he said he’s 40 minutes away this is making no sense . And then the restraunt asked me if he’s my driver so I said “ yes you told me he is and gave me that number to call me on “ then the man on the phone said give me 2 minutes I will call him and call me back 10 minutes passed and I called the restraunt back and no one is awnsering they are just declining the phone .. I have now currently called the restraunt around ( 20 times) and had no repsonse , I have also called the driver and no repsonse . I did end up calling the restraunt on “No caller ID” and they picked up but no one spoke and the momment I said “ hello “ they ended the phone on me . UPDATE : IT IS CURRENTLY 3:51AM , No Food Arrived ‼️

Used to be good until 1-2 years ago. When staff/owner changed they went downhill, poor food quality, expect food poisoning the next day.

I haven’t come across many takeaways where the food quality is so bad. The absolute cheapest products in my opinion. Delivery was long, but just about within the agreed window (over an hour) - not marked down for. The images speak for themselves. Cold fries on arrival, the single patty beef burger was quite poor, kebab house standard almost. The gherkin was the best thing about the burger. Undercooked chicken wings (rubbery meat). Shocking fries. Sorry, but this was a 2 star at best. Delivery guy was cold, nothing said. Worryingly bad for London standards. EDIT: Was sick with upset stomach all the following day

I put order on Uber eats at midnight I had to wait an 1hour and half for my order to arrive.Prior to that I’ve tried to contact the restaurant and had to message Uber eats support team to understand where my order is.I got them to cancel it and as they where cancelling it the gentleman decided to show I told him to take it back.It an absolute joke if you trying to order from this restaurant.Very slow service for Burger meal I just wouldn’t recommend.

Absolute scam!!! Do not bother ordering from this place. They are called “Five Star Chicken & Ribs” on most delivery apps They do not communicate, no tracking on delivery app as they use their own driver and you can’t call them as their phone is always off Ordered food from them and only an hour later they cancel the order when it should’ve arrived way before then!! Don’t waste your time or money this company needs to be shut down!!

Been there with my husband they was cleaning all over the place I asked if they are open the little boy at counter said yes we are we order and again the little boy cooked for us witch I find a bit strange as I dnt think he’s 15yo we took the food home of course chicken was not cooked disgusting 🤮 all together was absolutely a joke customer service not there plus they was spraying all over with chemicals while the little boy was cooking dnt waste the £20 I did on that place feel sorry we choose to go ahead with the order even tho we not suppose to

Can’t believe how well Piraveen manages the shop. Solid bossman - recommend everyone to check these guys out. Even made me an egg McMuffin even better than McDonald’s! 10/10.

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited for my food for almost 1 hour and 30 mins before I called and asked where my food is, they said “ it should be there in 5-10 minutes” after a hour and a half I still didn’t receive my order. I tried calling to complain about how long my food was taking, all I kept receiving is ‘User Busy’. When I called off someone else’s phone it went through meaning they blocked my number. The food arrived freezing cold as well that includes, the fries and the burger. Not to mention the food tasted disgusting.DO NOT order from this place. The next day I received a stomach as well. Seriously this is a scam DO NOT GET IT!

There deserts and food and re good and nice and it taste delicious. Clean and organised service and would recommend if you ever want to get food as they have a whole wide range of foods and deserts

Review for Burger Bois & 5 Star Chicken: Customer service is extremely poor. I ordered through Uber Eats and the delivery time was a complete joke. My husband had to wait an hour before receiving his burger, which was delivered by the store at the last minute just to avoid refunding us for the meal. My husband complained to the delivery guy who which said he was the one who had made the burger and then laughed. The burger itself was just okay, and the milkshake was incredibly watery and horrible. My advice is to stay clear of this place. Do not order from Burger Bois & 5 Star Chicken; you will be disappointed by the delivery and the food. And if you complain to the restaurant be prepared for shockingly bad customer service.

I waited 1h and 30 min for my food to come They didn't answer the telephone for like 15 min late after estimate time delivery,when they answered the guy on the phone was extremely rude and told me to cancel the order and do whatever with just eat to get my refound back Highly not recommend place to order nor eat keep in mind that we have to pay for the delivery witch says ur food is delivered but isn't even near you !!

This place has gone downhill. Probably new owners. The meat tasted cheap, they sent me a mouldy burger, the chips were cold and limp all sent in a bag you get from the chicken shop. Totally fallen off. Gave this 5 stars two years ago but I'm struggling to even give it 1 star today. Read all the other reviews, didn't think it could be that bad as this was a decent spot before but never ordering from you guys again. Your customers aren't idiots so don't treat them like they are by charging premium prices for sub par food.

Hi Team, I'm a regular customer who's been coming here since you guys opened. I understand sometimes you can make errors and mistakes however the last 2 times I came here (this week) the food has been absolutely inedible. You have some new staff which need more training as they are over cooking the beef burgers and loaded fries, I spent almost £20 on a meal to myself and didn't eat any of it. Same thing happened again to me after I thought it may have been an off night, but again was overcooked and couldn't even bite into it. If there aren't any changes I'm afraid I won't be able to eat from here again, its a shame bcoz it was my favorite local burger place. Regards Mohammed

Ordered food on uber eats at around 4:35am, they manually accepted the order, I was waiting for over two hours, tried contacting them multiple times as the delivery time was set to 05:05 no answer, just to discover they're now closed... Just took my money and called it a day...

I order Chicken burgers as a meal. Chicken was raw and chips cold. Chips was like a wooden sticks(hard). Small kids working whole nights. Much appreciated that he served me.

Ordered on UberEats. Staggering lack of communication from the restaurant (it's being delivered by restaurant staff and not UberEats. They either don't answer or it's busy). It's already late but is still sitting at the restaurant (I finally got through). Also, just checked... a 2 out of 5 hygiene rating. I don't even want to eat what I've ordered and it hasn't even arrived yet. I've just read all the reviews. They seem to be either awful or brilliant... nothing in between. I suspect the great reviews are fake and have been sent in by friends and family of the owners. You'd have to be soft in the head to accept bad service such as this! Update: the clown I spoke to assured me that the hygiene rating of 2 is at least three years old. I checked out the Food Standards Agency's reviews and it was done on 23/06/2023. These people are liars who take the phone off the hook when you try to complain.

Seems like an upgraded dixy but far from it. The decor is simple and not much space to eat in (6-7 stools). I came here for the smash burger (beef was recommended) and it did not disappoint. I will say this though - the burger was small for the price but makes up in taste and quality. Chips were nice (8/10) and the buffalo wings were on point. Covered in the right amount of sauce, a little spicy, very flavourful and juicy. (8.5/10) They also do ice cream - I had banana split and my son had chocolate. Both flavours were actually good, the chocolate flavour had pieces of brownies which just added to it. Not usually one to get ice cream from a chicken shop (you'll know what I mean once you visit) but it was nice for a random treat. I will definitely be going back and if you're in the area and like smash burgers (BEEF ONLY! I haven't tried the lamb or chicken smash so cant say anything about them) do give it a go, you will not be disappointed.

On the 2nd of April, I placed an order at a restaurant through UberEats around 12:00 am. The estimated delivery time was 12:25 pm, but when I called at the expected delivery time, I was told that my food had not even been cooked yet. The staff informed me that it would take an additional 25 minutes for my food to arrive. After waiting for the said time, I called again, and they mentioned that my food would be delivered in 20 minutes. however, I did not receive my food, I called again and was informed there was approximately 7 minutes cooking time left and would be delivered to me within 20 minutes. However, I ended up receiving my order at 1:20 am, which was a delay of almost an hour. The whole experience was unpleasant, and I found the service to be terrible, with no clarity on the situation. I have eaten from here before and it was great and arrived on time. I was disappointed when I ordered this time.

Nice and juicy lamb burgers. Hard to find a place with good lamb burgers. Highly recommended and will visit again. Strawberry shake is a must too.

The food was delivered 50 minutes later than expected, no drink came with the meal. Everything was cold and soggy. Bad quality sweet buns, my lamb patty was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. You order food when you are not in the mood to make meals, I had to heat everything in the air fryer until it was crisp. Then arrange drinks as they didn’t give us any. Never ordering again. Restaurant doesn’t answer their phone!

Waiting for one hour for the driver to deliver. The food will absolutely be cold at this point. I've called the restaurant three times. They kept lying to me. First that it will be 10 minutes. I called after 20 minutes and another person told me the driver didn't even pick up my order. It was now more that 30 minutes since I've placed it. I've waited for 20 more minutes and called again. This time they had my address wrong. I corrected them. How can the address be wrong if it's taken automatically from Uber eats ? They told me they'll contact the driver and call me with an update. Still didn't happen. I reckon I'm not getting the food. At least I didn't lose much money.

Lamb smash burger was tiny but soooo good. Upscale it, and you're onto a winner. Nice and spicy too. Hot chicken wings were crispy but mild. The lamb smash burger, ignoring its diminutive size, more than made up for the inadequacy of the chicken, but that's probably because I chose it; my wife chose the chicken. MAKE THE BURGER BIGGER, EVEN JUST THE BUN, AND IT TRUMPS ALL OTHER BURGERS ON THE PLANET. Increase price if necessary, or it's like a kid's portion. Lovely though x

Ordered a meal on uber eats (3:30am), it arrived over two hours late, called the store but they told me its on the way, then they seemingly blocked my number so I couldnt contact them again to check back. 2.5 hours later (at almost 6am), delivery guy (apparently from the restauraunt itself) arrives, gives me a pitiful excuse about how the (little bit of) rain meant they were low on drivers, no compensensation or anything, and the chips were half cold. Avoid this place at all costs, absolutely terrible.

Used to enjoy the food but with the recent transition to a chicken shop has made the food quality below par. Had to wait over 50 mins at two occasions now after being told it would only be 10 mins. Quality and taste has reduced drastically used to be one of my favourite burger joints but won't be coming back anytime soo .

Took on an order on Just Eat that they couldn't fufill after an hour... then lied when I called..then ignored my calls. SO I VISITED TO MAKE SURE THEY KNEW IT WAS CANCELLED. No idea what the food is like and don't care now. Horrible liars.
