1.Location - Ideal if wanting to visit London. 2.Car park / security - Litter everywhere in car park & broken glass near pedestrian walkway. No receptionist on arrival , had to wait to be sorted out room. Didn’t feel safe once in hotel , any random persons could just walk in & nobody would have noticed ( VERY WORRYING ). 3. Hotel - Once got our room , the room was tidy as expected from a premier inn hotel. We left the room & asked not to be cleaned or entered by staff then Went on a visit to London. Got back & could smell fag smoke in our room ( VERY CONCERNED) 4. Food - Had a meal on the Saturday evening & very nice & enjoyable ( tipped the nice lady waitress) .The breakfast experience here though was awful, the Saturday, all the food was cold we complained to the manager & he was very polite & apologetic then explained the reasons for this. Sunday most of the English cooked options weren’t available on arrival & waiting a good 25mins , then some of the food wasn’t cooked properly. Overall we booked in for Friday evening , Saturday, Sunday & leave Monday morning. We left Sunday evening as we decided that we couldn’t stand another night or breakfast here. Very understaffed & wont be using premier Inn again.

Stayed one night. Positive - room was really clean. Negative - smells of vape / smoke. Loo seat loose, bathroom fan really noisy, bed sinks towards the middle and there is a really annoying hum from outside somewhere that goes all night! Worst Premier Inn I've been in.

Premiere inn is our very favourite and we stayed at many location in their hotel , but ths kenton P inn is horrible , rooms are okay and location wise good but their service horrible. You have to wait long at reception, reception lady busy in phone , at the bar and restaurant all the staff are so rude , they are serving food in such grumpy face to all , even seen other customers having problems with them in front of us , we booked our breakfast and dinner in advance , had kids with us one young toddler , when went for dinner no table was available, was told you need to book table also , not mentioned in website , asked reception that restaurant staff told to book tables , reception staff told they have never heard this that in ths hotel one has to book table separately, very much communication gap between reception and restaurant, bar lady throwing the used glass with horrible sound as if she is going to break them , with so much request and anger when we told where should we sit , on floor ?somehow got one table , once you order the food it is a lifetime wait , was afraid to ask for desert as it will again take that time , saw an elderly couple requesting so much for dessert as they were waiting for so long , all restaurant staffs so rude and misbehaving , never had this experience with this brand hotel , will never choose it again.

This hotel is ideal if you want to park your car just outside London and be opposite the tube or train station which will take you in a few minutes to the heart of London. Except the price of the hotel that is not most unexpensive The rooms ventilation is bad/ non existent. Bathroom gets filled with steam like a Turkish bath. The steam then flows to the room so we need to open the window. Internet INSIDE the room (we had)Is non existent (not the free and not the Ultra) Zero reception very bad for us. Even the 3 Network mobile internet had issues inside the room The room was clean and beds comfortable. The be sure to ask the reception where to park so you are in the CCTV monitored area. The passing trains just next to the hotel did NOT bother us at all as the noise is almost muted inside the room When the windows are shut . The air-condition is very good but it does not ventilate the room as mentioned before.

Food is ok, rooms are quiet except for the constant trains, I wouldn’t trust my vehicle not to be broken into in the car park though. Generally clean if not a little tired. Just ok.

Stayed here once before and enjoyed my stay. This time was just the same. The room was very comfortable as you expect. Heating didn't work so was a bit chilly, but once in bed warmed up. The evening meal was very nice. Breakfast. Very disappointed. I wasn't pre warned that a large group was due i n for breakfast, so when I arrived, there were about 30 people waiting for food, which made my whole experience disappointing. Check out was very smooth. Carpark is covered by CCTV if you get the right spot. Enjoyed my stay.

Overall good hotel, that was well priced and a good location to get in and out of London city centre. The train/tube is a 5 minute walk away with a 30-40 minute ride to the city centre. Our room was clean and tidy, the beds were spotless. Although the bathroom looked like the toilet had been left used :( and not cleaned. Beds were comfy and pillows were great as premier inn pillows always are! We had a family room and there was a double bed and 2 singles. There was a small mix up with our room upon arrival but the reception team were quick to solve without quibble. (He did seem rushed off his feet) WiFi you can connect to for free which was quite slow but it did work intermittently. Room was spacious enough for 4 of us for a few days stay. Shelving units and hangers were handy with an extended stay to be organised with our stuff. Downside - you are next to the train line and trains run throughout the night. Ensure your window is shut! The first night it bothered me a little bit trying to sleep but then the next two nights after being out adventuring in London we were far too tired to notice any train noise. You soon get over it. My only real complaint is that they wouldn't give us 2 room keys which proved problematic at times. You need to swipe your key to get into the hotel building and unless you are all entering and exiting together then this can cause an issue where you have to call one of your party to come and open the main door for you. I would stay again. For the price we paid and the being close to the tube meant we could use it as a base to rest and keep our car out of the congestion zones. 😴

Mould damp issues. Can see leak marks on ceilings. Dust in every corner of the room. Heating doesnt work, isnt powerful enough or gives out a bad damp smell. Super loud fan in bathroom. Noise from upstairs rooms. Next to railway station aswell. Changed room but still same issues. We wanted to get out but as it was new years eve, limited availability and were told we had to put up with the room given. No other alternative was provided. We stayed and slept in freezing conditions due to the smell from the fan heater rendering it unsuitable for use. The noisy fan in the toilet and the noise from upstairs rooms kept us up all night. We asked for a later check out as handn’t slept all night and had a 5hour drive home, they said they dont do a late checkout. Kenton underground tube next door but most of the tube trains run from Northwick park 10 minutes walk down the road so end up having to take taxis if with kids at night. One room key can be provided only. If it disconnects, keep having to walk over to reception building. Nothing works. Dated building. Small chargeable car park but doesnt seem secure. Many reviews also say vehicles broken into and some are accusing staff of being involved so was kind of worried. Thankfully no damages to our car. Bedrooms not connected to reception building. One person managing reception to housekeeping in evenings, at most times leaving people queuing in reception. When complaint made, managers says Aarons ill heath (special needs) affects his service causing him to panic which can lead to incorrect instructions being given out so they apologise. Initially Aaron tried charging me twice for stay until we argued for 15minutes and called manager, then later he lied to me that he applied a breakfast cancellation refund (had to ring guest relations to get it in end). Reception never answers phone. Queues all the time at reception so can’t even get help or instructions regarding anything. This is not a premier inn standard hotel for sure. Avoid and stay down the road in Wembley premier inn instead or you will regret not accepting this review. Can’t compromise your health. There are no plug sockets on bedside. We forgot an Apple plug in the socket next to the room entrance where their hairdryer is inserted and mysteriously it has now vanished. We couldn’t drop it anywhere on the way out as we had locked luggages in hand and all the other charges came out the luggage except for the one that was inserted in the socket next to the hairdryer. After ringing all day everyday since check out, either repeatedly no answer of any calls or the one that did get answered, was told they would call me following day. promised callback never happen. Reported to guest relations who also couldnt get through to this hotel. Eventually being told 3 days later its not there. Says it all really!

We've stayed at plenty of Premier Inns and usually have a really good experience. This was ok but but great, with a number of issues that let the place down. No light bulbs in either of the bedside lights. Why? We had the air con on briefly (at 22 degrees, low fan) but switched it off when we went out for the evening. When we came back the air con had been set to 28 degrees and full fan. The room was roasting. WTAF? We set it back to 22 and left it but it did nothing. We realised it was set to "heat" mode, and guests are not able to change mode (e.g. to cool). So when set to 22 it did nothing at all (room temp was well above 22). So we had to open a window to try and get the room temperature down to something comfortable. Not what you want when returning late to your room. There is a bit of noise from nearby trains, but not a big deal with the windows closed. But when your only option to cool the room down is to open the window...

Traders avoid this premier inn!! it has a "secure car park" that you pay for, our subcontractors had their van pealed in the car park and emptied. We thought it might be a one off so stayed again, then last time we stayed there, one of our staff saw vans being broken into. They told the staff someone is breaking into and emptying the vans in the car park right now, so call the police. To which they said, there is no point, and they didn’t even bother calling the police while the crime was happening!!! Thats insane, it’s a fenced in carpark with cameras that you pay for and they couldn’t be bothered to even call the police while it was happening. Terrible, avoid it!

It's a budget hotel on London in a great location. Rooms are cramped if you get a family one, but that's to be expected. Other than that it was fine. Staff were really friendly, especially Rosalia who booked us in. It has a tube station to the bakerloo line across the road and it's perfect to get into the centre of London or Wembley. Stayed there twice now and would again.

Checkin had a queue as usual at 3pm. I have mobility issues and my husband is receiving chemotherapy so the queue wasn't welcome. If you arrive early to pay for early checkin then they may not have a room so the wait maybe longer. Why can't this be pre booked? Problem with my prem business card due to (they said) new system which took 3 goes. Staff were polite but the experience of checking in is starting to be a negative one. Close to Northwick PArk tube (5 mins walk) and Kenton which is accross the road it's ideal for Wembley Stadium and a bit cheaper if you book early enough. Food was good for late afternoon meal and also for breakfast. Second time staying there for Wembley and will stay again.

My partner was stopping here for 4 days and the second night his work van got broken into and everything stolen out of it. He came home the 3rd night as we had an appointment in our home town. We both came back for the final night, and upon arriving in the car park 3 more vans had holes in the side and had been broken into. We went into the hotel room for around 20 minutes and my partner said he felt on edge leaving his van again so we decided to leave and go home. Within that 20minute period 3 more vans which were NOT damaged upon walking in has holes in the side and back and empty tool boxes at the side. WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF BEING IN THE IN THE HOTEL! We told reception and the lovely lady at reception said she knew and the police had been called but whilst we were there no police presence at all! TRADESMEN AND WORK LADS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Husband stayed in this hotel for a week for work purposes. Room smelt of damp, despite requesting a room clean this was never done. He's also come back with what appear to be flea bites. Corridors of hotel smelt of weed and was generally very noisy. Stayed with 2 other work colleagues and a number of vehicles were broken into despite being on the premises. Carpark is unlit and feels unsafe Staff in reception were rude and unhelpful when issues were raised with them. There was no vegetarian choices for breakfast and the choices for an evening meal were greasy and unappetising. The toilets in the restaurant were dirty and smelt. Had to wait over an hour for a food order. It is located to a tube stop so is convenient for travelling around London.
