Delivery driver was very rude!!!! Aggressive driver towards female. Beware when ordering

Didn’t even receive my food, said it’s delivered but nobody has even turn up. Outrageous

Food arrived early but our wings were not properly cooked unfortunately. Additionally, my chicken burger was swimming in sauce . Not sure if I’d order again.

Worst food I’ve had in a longtime! Ghastly experience and I want a refund expeditiously. I over waited for a very flavourless dry microwave meal that went in the bin after two spoonfuls . Save yourself the disappointment and money . Better off going Nando’s and leaving satisfied

Great food, fast delivery and great amount of food, the way the chips were covered with the seasoning was exceptional.

The pepes rice box with chicken or paneer will never let you down. Still the same taste from when I had it for the first time many years ago. The only thing is it seems like every time I order the price just goes up a little more. The same order I placed 4 months ago costed me £18 the other day it was £24.

Horrible place to order from if you are hungry after a long days work in Central London. Do not order from here what so ever if you ever want food as you will wait 2 hours and never receive your order. It's not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time this has happened from this very branch. They know the hotel is on the M1 but will always and I mean always insist on sending somebody on a push bike only to cancel the order after 2 hours not showing up.

Not once have I ordered from this place and the quality of the food is similar to the Kingsbury branch. Food comes as if it was cooked way before my order. Today I found a hard bone like piece in my chicken and rice. Reported it to Deliveroo. Quality isn’t good one bit.

I ordered the Chicken Loaded Fries with Medium Spicy. Initially, I really enjoyed the flavour - it was spot on. However, as I got further down, it became far too salty, to the point where I couldn’t finish it and had to throw that part away. If the flavour throughout was as good as it was at the start, it would definitely be worth buying.

Waited more than 90 minutes for my food when I got it it was stone cold . I could not even eat the food.

I recently tried chicken at Pepes burnt-oak. The grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and had a wonderful smoky flavor. Paired with crispy fries and a tangy dipping sauce, every bite was satisfying. The casual vibe and friendly service made it a pleasant experience. Great value for quality food—highly recommended!

A negative opinion of the way the customers are served by one of the ladies, the last time I was there after being served I had a big shock to see her take her hands from the money after a bunch of orders taken and go without to wash her hands or without using gloves directly in the fridge to take two pieces of meat for a burger and fry them, disgusting, and look like this the customers don't know why they get sick because of these people like this young lady who doesn't care about hygiene!

Such pathetic customer service. Specially the lady. I placed an order on Uber eat and called to add salt to it. She lied and said the driver already collected the food when I can called the driver he said I am still arriving. I had to call back and told them why did you lie. The man on the phone said sorry about that. Be very careful it’s not the first time. She is very rude. It’s a scam.

completely wrong sauces sent, sent me extra hot sauce rather than piri mayo i’m very sensitive to spice so this is was disappointing and disatisfying as i ate it plain, would rather order from hendon pepes or kingsbury, total nightmare

I vistied Pepe's burnt oak yesterday, very good place. Very tasty food, store was very tidy. The lady at till gave very good customer service. I was trying Pepe's for the first time so she told me what's their best seller. She was very polite and friendly. I tried chicken and rice, food was properly cooked. Very good presentation also, 5/5 for service and food

I would avoid buying from here . The reviews are not wrong . My food came late,cold,Rock solid chips, rice box has been sitting opened. I can’t even get a refund . This is unacceptable

sort the delivery driver out!!!! the whole point of home delivery is you don't get called by a lazy delivery person to leave your home to collect the delivery (and the weirdo was stood outside my front door) WARNING LADIES!!!!!!!!!

Chips were hard & overcooked, with both meals. I asked for mild sauce but it was too hot (this time). Will think again whether to order from here. Not delivered hot (heat wise) either.

Awful Experience – Never Again The food was dry and overpriced, but the worst part was the owner’s rude behavior. As I was putting sauces on my chips, he turned the lights off and told me to leave, even though he closed earlier than advertised. Zero customer service and horrible treatment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone—avoid at all costs!

Quality and the way it’s originally made is so bad. It definitely destroys the quality/standards of pepes for sure. Please work on it, learn from Kingsbury’s branch. They are great!

No idea why they’ve changed the type of chips they use, they aren’t the nice ones any more, it’s like cheap boss man fries, absolutely horrible. The tasca also was full of sauce but somehow super bland too. First time I’ve ever had an issue with this branch and really hoping it’s a one off.

Hi, we were very disappointed to see that the size of the burger was very small, it was more a kids meal size! The loaded chips, both packs were stale, hard and chewy and the wrong sauces were delivered (garlic mayo instead of chilli sauce).

Amazing food perfect temperature and well packed and wow it’s flavours are mouth watering really tasty, would recommend this store always would happily order again

Voting 1 star because I can’t vote 0 stars. Absolute worst customer service ever. 3rd time now where I’ve made an order and they forget a whole meal or make mistakes and then they get angry at the customer for it… Please hire some competent staff.

Twice now the food hasn’t turned up and has been marked as delivered. Clearly the driver doesn’t know how to use a sat nav so just marks as delivered. Won’t be ordering again

Can't really tell about the food quality, usually its superb, buy my delivery is late for more than an hour. On the website it says it is delivered but driver was nowhere near to my house. Terrible service, just awful.

Chips were fried in old oil, tasted so stale and dry that even the incredible garlic sauce couldn't save them. The burrito was good, would probably buy it again. The store is inconsistent, sometimes the chips are amazing and sometimes they're terrible.

I ordered 2 whole chicken for delivery. Totally disappointed. The chicken is cold and Stale. I'm living less than 0.4 miles away from this store how comes the chicken is cold. Probably they sent me the old Chicken or didn't grilled it. The sauce is like water however it used to be thick and very tasteful sauce. Totally wasted my money.

Ordered a reasonably big order from here with lots of notice. Food was cold, staff were awfully rude and when asked for some extra chilli sauce, I was told bluntly to purchase a couple more for 50p each, despite the order being £70+. Far from great service.

Kid friendly, food ok, but should be better, very cleane and spacious, staff are friendly and helpfull. Takeaway should be arranged in a different location to dine-in customers. Location is great. Parking: paid straight parking if your lucky
