Tha food didn't arrive but it said it was delivered

Voting 1 star because I can’t vote 0 stars. Absolute worst customer service ever. 3rd time now where I’ve made an order and they forget a whole meal or make mistakes and then they get angry at the customer for it… Please hire some competent staff.

Everything was amazing, as usual.

Twice now the food hasn’t turned up and has been marked as delivered. Clearly the driver doesn’t know how to use a sat nav so just marks as delivered. Won’t be ordering again

Hi I ordered yesterday before 1 meal burger and wings the wigs was not fresh very bad smell and grill chicken wings sauce was very bad smell. This is very bad for helth you cheat with people I am not happy this shop

The food was not fresh and cold it was like it was frozen wing were tasted bag chicken was a bit raw i am never coming hear and my children’s had a stomach ache

Food put into a box that wasn't even closed properly, food cold and late. Very very disappointed and unsatisfied

Can't really tell about the food quality, usually its superb, buy my delivery is late for more than an hour. On the website it says it is delivered but driver was nowhere near to my house. Terrible service, just awful.

Chips were fried in old oil, tasted so stale and dry that even the incredible garlic sauce couldn't save them. The burrito was good, would probably buy it again. The store is inconsistent, sometimes the chips are amazing and sometimes they're terrible.

disgusting customer service. and horrible attitude idk what type of people they have working in there. they need to fix up and stop acting like their dads own the store😭. she slammed the phone down when i asked for her name jisy because i wanted to report her. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR.

I've seen with my eyes , they're making fries and chicken in the same fryer, I'm pure vegetarian bcz of that my religion, I'm really disappointed , I'm going to file a case against your restaurant,I have proof too....

I ordered 2 whole chicken for delivery. Totally disappointed. The chicken is cold and Stale. I'm living less than 0.4 miles away from this store how comes the chicken is cold. Probably they sent me the old Chicken or didn't grilled it. The sauce is like water however it used to be thick and very tasteful sauce. Totally wasted my money.

Ordered a reasonably big order from here with lots of notice. Food was cold, staff were awfully rude and when asked for some extra chilli sauce, I was told bluntly to purchase a couple more for 50p each, despite the order being £70+. Far from great service.

Kid friendly, food ok, but should be better, very cleane and spacious, staff are friendly and helpfull. Takeaway should be arranged in a different location to dine-in customers. Location is great. Parking: paid straight parking if your lucky

Worst place I’ve ever been to. I ordered and waited patiently for about 30 mins. I then asked how long because half an hour already passed and my order was still not ready. Then the employee asked if I ordered and only then did they make my food. Terrible Don’t come

the worst burger, what I received was not chicken filet, I waited a long time and threw the whole order in the trash, I couldn't give something like that to children, shame on you for thinking that I give it to children

The bread was so hard and stale could not even bite into it. Also the chicken lacked flavour and the whole presentation was messy. Could eat it!

Really poor customer service. The shop was closing 12 midnight. I’ve been calling around 1030 nobody was answering so I had to drive For 10 minutes and when I went, the door was open, the guy Syed told me you’re close, not answering phone. I can understand it might be busy but Not even taking orders and walking in absolutely disappointed

Made an order to collect at 22.30, I show up at 22.30 and am told I need to wait an additional 15 mins for my order. I ordered chicken and rice, which for some reason came separately rather than mixed, and the rice was undercooked.

Prime pitta meal, chicken not cooked properly and tasted off. It made me completely sick. Forgot to mention their lack of hygiene was clearly visible, chicken pieces lying on the floor. Delivery drivers sitting on one of the food tables socializing. And general lack of care. They said 15min for the meal but took about half an hour also.

Pathetic experience. The driver was sent opposite way to the shop to deliver the 1st order than my order arrived after 30 mins stone cold.

Not the first I’ve ordered peri peri chips and not got what I ordered

Staff doesn't understand what is the diffrence between large and regural chips and when i asked them they are very rude to customer and she just talking with her own language that i doesnot understand but she doesn't know that i am also from same place where she is belongs to .Very bad expireince.

Today we are 8 people had lunch in pepes burnt oak but it’s a worst experience we face because when we were gone there because off to much hot weather but that time they switched off ac and when we paid bill then they turned on ac this a worst behaviour they are perform with us and we are spending approximately 40£. We are eating our lunch more then 2 times in week and they behave like this . Also they are not take care about hygiene policy. We face so much trouble over there regarding this.

The sauce for the chicken was really tangy. Too much citrus.

I got wrong flavour paneer rice and also delivery package also wet.

The burger meal quality was very bad and not like what was advertised. My drink was warm. The pot of sauce had hardly anything inside. Very disappointed.

The extra hot sauce in the rice was way too salty and unfortunately inedible. Had to be thrown away

Food was cold by the time it was delivered, your rider was on a bike not a scooter, and he decided to pick up my food and drive in the opposite direction.

I usually order from pepes peri peri burnt oak branch, they hmgive enough but today rice was less and chicken was less aswell. However, I asked them for a spoon and a fork they didnt gave me.

This meal was awful, cold hard tasteless chips and overcooked chicken with NO FLAVOUR.

Chicken /cheese chips was good taste but not good box, it came in very flimsy and not warm. The other fries were dry/ not warm enough not as good as previous orders shame.

How do I have it without the G/H sauce

I just ordered via uber eats and the food arrived in 55 minutes, and it was so salty that i couldn't take 2 bites from it....i called the store and after they passed me to 3 different people, they claimed i never oredered from them....some customer service. £54 order....

The initial order was missing a regular fries, but I called them and then they delivered within 20 mins, and a large fries instead, so thanks for that! 😃

Ordered 2 items for pick-up, it said food was ready to collect, i go there and wait 20 mins for the food does it take 50 mins for panneer rice and a chicken burger? The staff were just sitting on top of the counter and chilling and singing songs. very poor customer service. im waiting and a lady was mopping the floor with no sign saying wet floor, she mopps on top of my shoe and doesn't even apologise disgusting.

NEW OWNERS- DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered from Just eat. Chips were cold and Chicken XL burger was missing that costed £8!! When I called they claimed they packed it but it clearly was not in the bag. They said there's nothing they can do and ended the call. Absolute terrible customer service. I had to reorder and bought from Kingsbury branch instead.
