Tried this place recently with a friend, and went back again a couple of days later! Really good, tasty vegetarian food. Could maybe do with a little more range, but it's very tasty and affordable. Like many buffets, the could do with paying a little more attention to hygiene...it's not dirty at all, but with so many people opening and closing the food dishes, they could stay on top of keeping it clean a bit more.

I came here with my husband for the lunch. The food was piping hot and varieties of options are available. Best service provided by Nishant.

Food was bland and when I picked it up none of it tasted fresh, our wraps were completely soaked and had leaked through, and to top it off the manager kept telling me the food was fresh when there was literal mould forming. I repeat... never eat here again, absolute waste of £50

The worst food i have ever eaten in indian buffet the buffet food tasted like its spoilt and it really tasted bitter at the end. They need to improve quality. Instead of noodles thry used vermicilli in noodles which ruined the whole taste. The buffet pao bhaji was totally spoilt and smelling and bun for pao bhaji was burger bun instead of the normal bun. I will never go back there and suggest others not to visit the place .

Went together with my family and all had the buffet. We have been many times before but this time many of the dishes were below standard and had to wait ages for them to be replaced. The waiters/waitresses were polite but had to call them numerous times before we could order our drinks. The final straw came when there was a hair in the bhajia. This was in the batter so definitely from the kitchen. The manager apologised but didn’t do anything more. It’s a shame as this has put us all off returning. Considering there were 17 people in our group I think a big loss for Sakonis in Harrow in challenging economic times.

We been to the place in weekends. The buffet was wholesome with lot if options but the food is not absolutely upto the mark. Sorry but being a chef I can't recommend this place food atall. The place was not crowded , the buffet was replenished well. The front of the house staff, Uncle and Aunty were doing their best. I felt like there was staff crunch in kitchen. Dessert quality was good but the Chinese food on buffet was terrible. The soup seemed like ball of gelatine. The advertisement put on the road side glass said £12 BUT They charged £14. Which was not atall value for money. After seeing their hardworking I didn't felt like removing my service charge but still lot of improvement require.

Sakonis Buffet Restaurants is a fantastic option for an affordable vegetarian Indian buffet. I recently enjoyed their Weekday dinner buffet on a Tuesday, priced at just £10.99 per person. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, providing excellent value for money. While the service could be improved, considering the reasonable price, it's still a highly recommended choice for those seeking a satisfying and budget-friendly dining experience.

Long standing restaurant with a famous Indian Buffet consisting of paneer, pizza, dosa, Mogo, noodles, curries as well as a number of desserts. The lunch time buffet cost just £10.49 which is a bargain considering chilli paneer alone costs this price from the main menu. Fresh food was brought out on occasions but the majority of food does not get topped up until it is close to being finished. This is acceptable for dry paneer dishes but dosa is unappealing after being left for soo long. They have recently changed the decor and the crimson walls and poorly fitted booths are off putting. I would 100% suggest Ealing Road branch. Had visited to try this branch but not up to the mark. Even the service is below average. Service at Ealing Road branch is brilliant

Ordered their chilli paneer as a takeaway and it is honestly the best I have had. It is spicy, flavoursome and not sweet like a majority of other restaurants make it. It’s true, authentic and how chilli paneer should be made everywhere. Yum!

RECENTLY THE STANDARDS HAVE DROPPED. THEY HAVE A YOUNG MANAGER WHO IS RUDE AND SAYS THAT THE CUTOMER IS WRONG. FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. WOULD NOT GO THERE. A year on and the standards worse. The food is served cold, stale and tasteless! Apparent offers on buffet but the food is sat in there for long and looking lifeless and tasteless.

Zero food qualities in unlimited buffet. Cold food and ridiculous taste, some foods smells.

Buffet was dirty and overall horrific, food tasted horrible and also very expensive for this rubbish. Service from waiters was also not great, they didnt look like they cared about anything. The seats were cheap, dirty and moved about. The tables similar. The only good thing I had was the milkshake however they used plastic straws with a somewhat dirty glass. Highly do not recommend.

Great food, good value for money (we had the buffet option), they have updated their decor since our last visit, which has definitely helped with the overall look. Booths look nice and were comfortable and cosy.

Went to Sakonis in Harrow. Excellent customer service by Nishant and Parth. They both were very welcoming and helpful. Food was also very tasty and delicious. We had buffet, some of the items were actually too good and some were just okay. Some of the dishes like Hakka noodles, chilli panner, sambhar, chana masala were really are must try. Most favourite dish was Shrikand, highly recommend. By chance we went on a Tuesday and buffet price was less than other days. Overall good experience so thanks to waiters Nishant and Parth

Visited Sakonis recently and it was awesome! Food was top-notch - loved the flavors. Dinal, she was fantastic, super friendly, and knew her stuff.

Very basic dhaba type ambience and no taste in food... No water serve no onions no chutney nothing....owner should pay attention on cleaning as well coz dinning area smells a lot.

I ordered food for takeaway and when I got there I was given the wrong food even though I clearly said what my order was. One staff member then had the audacity to cut the phone on me twice as I was speaking to her to tell her the order was incorrect. The other staff member Shreya as said her name then proceeded to tell there was no manager on duty even though every restaurant must have a senior staff member to handle situations. Service was terrible they don’t know how to treat customers at all. Avoid at all costs.

Nice and helpful staff. But massively let down by the food and the state of the restaurant. Not sure if this is formally a branch of Sakonis in Wembley (highly recommended). If so, this place desperately needs upgrading.

The Harrow branch isn’t worth it at all. Food was horrible, didn’t seem fresh, the atmosphere was disgusting. Food choice poor especially dessert. Chilli paneer was extremely salty. Would never come back to this branch or recommend to anyone.

I use many times this business. Always good service and atmosphere but food quality is much good . There is many options for vegetarian food some is better and some is completely rubbish. We always buy thali and we it some items only . Indian mango pulp is always good and fresh also sweet Siro good . Bhel and dahivada is good . Soop is don’t try it .

I recently went to Sakoni in Harrow... Food was absolutely disgusting. I honestly don't know how other Guji customers could eat in that place? The quality was not there and the taste of nasty 🤢 I only ordered basic stuff like bhajia and Bombay club sandwich and they still couldn't deliver good taste. I honestly don't think check their out of date foods as a lot of it is pretty much frozen. My partner went for the buffet and even he said it was absolutely disgusting and couldn't believe people still eat there thinking this is food. The Wembley branch is far better and the food has good taste and quality and they serve the exact same food but there is clearly a night and day difference. The worse part is dining at Harrow Sakoni was the cost...I usually don't mind paying a bit more but this was definitely not worth my money....I will never go to the Harrow Sakoni again. The only thing that was good was the waitresses, they are all welcoming and friendly but still not good enough if the food isn't up to even up to slightly good standards.

Excellent buffet experience for dinner on 5/8/2023

Today I visited this restaurant in wembley and was totally disappointed by the food,the service, the rudeness of the staff. The food was cold and stale. An example being that the naan were completely cold. The buffet containers were constantly empty and no one was there to keep an eye to keep on refilling and ensuring food is hot.

Very misleading as not owned by the same people anymore, despite keeping the name. Food standards have dropped significantly. The buffet lacks variety and food looked old. We instead ordered off the menu. The food was disappointing- especially the chilli paneer. Sugar cane juice was off (despite it being freshly made), however, when I adked for a new one, it was fine. Will not he coming back.

Went for the Sunday lunch buffet in the early afternoon. The food was fresh and they kept replenishing and were very open to feedback. Service was excellent as they catered to a member of the group that had dietary requirements, all as part of the buffet! Small complaint was that the price advertised on the window wasn't reflected on the receipt, but I didn't realise until later and it was small difference.

Food on hot plates for a long while

We got Calcutta meeta pan! It was a disaster.

Placed order with Harrow on 10th July via their online order system for collection, received the confirmation email for my order thanking me etc etc…. 30min later turn up at my collect time as their provided 13:05pm to find the branch is closed. Tried phoning branch multiple times to get my refund and tell them about what’s happened to no avail. Sent numerous emails today their email address… no replies Then on the most recent email I decided to tag Wembley branch into the chain as I wasn’t getting any and they replied and of course told me to get in touch with Harrow 🫣 Order total was only £19.48. Still not refunded. Not a lot of money at all I know but I am kicking up a stink because the level of service received is SHOCKING! Sakoni’s… great food at a reasonable price.. but there is no such thing as customer service for this branch

Quantity is good but quality is quite ok

The buffet food was completely stale and a total waste of money. On top of it there were flies around the restaurant. Do not recommend going here at all.

Food is nice and also the staff member is excellent. All the staff members bansi, prachi, nishat anup and anil is very helpful and I loved chilli paneer which is made by Aniluncle.
