KFC Rayners Lane - Alexandra Avenue in Harrow

Very disappointed. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken BUT ALL 3 PIECES were tiny. Sometimes you get 2 pieces a fair size and a small one BUT this time all 3 pieces were tiny. Really unacceptable from KFC. Much more fairness expected and required.

I ordered a boneless banquet meal which includes a portion of fries and the order I received did not have my fries.

There were no sauces or tissues with the food.

Ordered the mighty bucket for 1 and I was only sent 2 pieces of original chicken- this is not the first time this has happened and then refused a refund- will not order from here again and staff need educating about what goes in each bucket!

Chips were just thrown into big

Rubbish service first my order was delayed they gave me my drink in cup for take away. When I asked for drink in can gave me the option of water instead. And when I asked for the manager he from the kitchen rudely said the same. No manners how to deal with customers in a good way Worst service ever.

Estimated delivery time before ordering 10-20 mins. Actually delivery time from ordering: 1h 5M. No surprise, food cold and poor quality.

Despite we did not receive the full order as the bottle of Pepsi was missing. I have a serious concerns over the food hygiene. After opening the bucket I have spotted the hairy fluff in the middle of chickens. I am about to report it to the health and safety authority.

why do my deliveries from a restaurant 2 minutes away always turn up cold?

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this kfc. Staff were rude, the floor was grimy and the bathroom was in an absolute state! I bought a family bucket and requested more leg pieces since the kids enjoy them the most. Was assured they were put in only to get home and find 1 leg piece... upset to say the least and definitely won't be going back.

The food arrived piping hot, with nothing missing and everything cooked well. 👍 However, the delivery time was an issue, my order was placed at 17:45, but the food didn’t arrive until 18:45. I assume they were busy, as the food was still hot upon arrival. Unfortunately, the salad was warm as it had been placed on top of the hot chicken. 👎 Otherwise, it was an enjoyable Friday night treat. 🍗🍗🍗

Hi the pack was open for KfC, and popcorn poured out the box, chicken was not fresh som was old chicken, hard and stiff, popcorn was all hard and stiff, as if warmed up

BBQ chicken bites were in the bag loose not in there container… Whole bag was covered in bbq sauce

This place is not suitable for family with kids. There are no high chairs for babies. There is always full of delivery drivers inside the KFC. It stinks and full of people always(not customers just delivery drivers). Staff behaves like they want us to get out quickly and not turn up soon.

And yet again missing items from my order...you'd think over time they would have got that right by now! Sad when you order meals for 2 children and only one turns up...and this has happened on many occasions. Just better to order from another kfc and hope they get it right or just no more kfc I suppose.

Ordered a might meal on uber requesting side breast and thigh piece but received a side breast and wing piece. And I was very surprised to see the size of the wing, there is not even a common sense when packing. Who in the world will send such a tiny piece for 2 piece meal?? Absolute frustration.

I recently visited KFC Rayners Lane one of the HALAL restaurant in Harrow and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and welcoming the restaurant was. The staff were very friendly and efficient specially the person called Kamal with pleasant smile made easy to order, also the order was ready in no time despite it being a busy lunchtime. The chicken was as crispy and juicy as expected, and the sides were fresh and flavourful. I got the family bucket , which offered great value for the amount of food. Everything was served hot, and the dining area was spotless. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this KFC Rayners lane for a quick, satisfying meal.

It’s missing a part of the order

I've called the restaurant 7 times due to food missing no one picked up. Everytime I order from here food is missing and no one picks up the call Lack of customer service.
