Remarkably good pizza, friendly accommodating staff, and dog friendly! We’re regulars both with kids and without. Love the laidback atmosphere :)

We both had the small fish and chips and the portion size was too big to eat it all. Chips were cooked to perfection. The fish was in a light batter, freshly cooked and again cooked to perfection. This is as good as my favourite chip shop in Beauly.

A really good find in W12. Modern and airy with excellent coffee and a really nice menu of simple food done well. Alex, the general manager was really cheerful and clearly cares about her establishment. I will be going back when I am in the area. Wifi was good too so I could work as well.

Really warm and friendly place. Great coffee at a reasonable price, and a comfortable place to sit. Right next to the park and well worth a few steps from the gate.

I came here with my friend and was very surprised how lovely it was the decor was very nice the staff were lovely and very friendly so happy I came here love what they did with the menu it was superb, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try something new. I had one cocktail it was so nice, would like to try more. The food was so filling I couldn't even eat a desert, I will definitely be coming back though keep up the good work

This is my go to pizza place in London, not just West London. Using local fresh ingredients, pizza from this shop is definitely my cup of tea. I like the dough to have a bit of substance (if you get what I mean here) but not too chewy (I am not really a fan of sourdough pizza, I feel so tired eating that every time, too much chewing, by the time I finish the pizza I have burned all of energy I consumed 😂) They also serve desserts if you have a sweet tooth. This was our second visit to this Vietnamese restaurant, and once again, it did not disappoint. Ambiance & Atmosphere The restaurant has a cozy and warm vibe, enhanced by dim lighting that creates a relaxed and intimate setting. The décor is simple yet elegant, with a touch of Vietnamese charm that adds to the overall experience. The subtle fragrance of fresh herbs and spices lingers in the air, making the atmosphere even more inviting. Food & Flavors As expected, the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes, including shrimp, fried rice, and spring rolls, along with a few other items, and each one exceeded our expectations. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh, bringing out the authentic essence of Vietnamese cuisine. Every bite was a treat! Service & Efficiency One of the highlights of our visit was the prompt and efficient service. Our food was served within 10 minutes, which was impressive. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, making our experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re in the mood for noodles, rice dishes, or traditional Vietnamese specialties, there’s something for everyone. Poor quality of food. Lack of staff to actually provide good service. Very inconvenient when you are trying to have a quick bite before work or during your lunch. Never again. I would rather spend my money on Gail's. To add to this, since the change in ownership, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. The baked goods no longer have the same level of care and craftsmanship that made them stand out under the previous owner. The croissants, in particular, lack the rich, buttery taste they once had and now have an artificial flavour. When I raised my concerns in person, the explanation I received felt dismissive rather than reassuring. While technical details like layering matter, the most important thing is the overall taste and quality. That being said, the two staff members working there are absolutely lovely and provide great service, but they seem to be understaffed. I truly hope the new owner takes customer feedback seriously and makes improvements, as this bakery has the potential to regain its former excellence.
