Very tasty, good and fast service and Dilaxsan was very friendly

Vengo aquí una vez al mes, y no es suficiente. Las comidas son deliciosas. Solicitar sin gluten es muy sencillo (ellos entienden / están bien informados en esto) Son corteses. Merecen muchos más clientes, pero su fachada es sencilla y por lo tanto son fáciles de perder. Son muy accesibles, estando al final de Blackstock Rd, justo cerca del tubo Finsbury Pk. Y no es nada caro. Vete. Enjoy.

Amazing customer service Good Food great people great atmosphere

The rooms are so small that there is no space for two people including hand luggage. The “bathroom” is the size of a telephone booth. There is also a smell of sewage in the hallways and rooms. The rooms are moldy and not clean. In addition, the location is in a not so great area. I can't recommend staying here unless you want to check out straight away…

Came in on Friday 13th October was amazing atmosphere but unfortunately was disappointed in which the manager,went to bar to order my drinks as was with my partner and my 73 Yr old sister has she recently lost her partner and I try to get her to come put o a Friday to karaoke at this pub I was waiting at the bar and others who came after me was getting served first so I said to the manager im next he ask for my order so as I'm dyslexic and autism I can only order one drink at a time and cos I couldn't give him all the order in one go as there was 3 dif drinks I was ordering he said i need to order all in one go and i explained I can only say one at at time cos it takes a little while for me to remember what I'm ordering the manager said I need to order in one go he said I need to tell him complete order strait away I explained I was dyslexic and can only name one at a time and he said I'm not stupid you need to give me the full order in one go or I'm not serving you which I felt humiliated in front of some friends at the bar as I'm a very regular customer on a Friday he then refused to serve me so my partner came over and wondered what was going on as he could see I was waiting a long time so I explained to my partner who had to leave my sister unattended and had to get another member of staff to serve her , , after my partner spoke to the manager explained I was dyslexic and it was like the manager didn't care he had upset me ,,,,I will continue to use the pub as I take my sister there but I hope I can get served by other bar attendants as the other guy was amazing nice pub attitude manager.....from rosa and and Linda

I stopped going for months, because the chicken was not done twice! Started back with a friend recently, and my last 4 visits were abominable. 3 times, my orders were incorrect. Twice, the original chicken was crispy. We were unable to dine in because air had been out for couple of months. The manager (Randy) has NO customer service skills and his attitude is awful! He made an incorrect order in drive through, hubby didn't go back. Next time, I ordered INSIDE and he did the SAME thing. I took it back! Once he gave someone my order through drive through while I was at counter, took it back and tried to give it to me. I explained it left the premises, it is unsanitary and is supposed to be disposed of....remake my order! Tonight was the last straw. Chicken hard, dry and tasted freezer burned. Upcharged me for white meat, when he said that was all he had! He refused to correct the situation. I could go on and on. Last visit there....
