Arsenal Tavern in Hackney

Came in on Friday 13th October was amazing atmosphere but unfortunately was disappointed in which the manager,went to bar to order my drinks as was with my partner and my 73 Yr old sister has she recently lost her partner and I try to get her to come put o a Friday to karaoke at this pub I was waiting at the bar and others who came after me was getting served first so I said to the manager im next he ask for my order so as I'm dyslexic and autism I can only order one drink at a time and cos I couldn't give him all the order in one go as there was 3 dif drinks I was ordering he said i need to order all in one go and i explained I can only say one at at time cos it takes a little while for me to remember what I'm ordering the manager said I need to order in one go he said I need to tell him complete order strait away I explained I was dyslexic and can only name one at a time and he said I'm not stupid you need to give me the full order in one go or I'm not serving you which I felt humiliated in front of some friends at the bar as I'm a very regular customer on a Friday he then refused to serve me so my partner came over and wondered what was going on as he could see I was waiting a long time so I explained to my partner who had to leave my sister unattended and had to get another member of staff to serve her , , after my partner spoke to the manager explained I was dyslexic and it was like the manager didn't care he had upset me ,,,,I will continue to use the pub as I take my sister there but I hope I can get served by other bar attendants as the other guy was amazing nice pub attitude manager.....from rosa and and Linda

Fabulous pub! Amazing staff and a brilliant atmosphere over the weekend! Loved seeing everyone up dancing and having such a good time.

Visited on my first day in London. Was sure I would do so many times, until I met the manager. Staff were lovely and there was a great ambiance. Manager was unwelcoming from the second he laid eyes on me, power tripping over the fact it was "My pub", as he made sure everyone knew. Poor staff that have to work under such an insecure, weak, excuse of a man.

Called in yesterday afternoon with my mate and his wife. After about an half hour my friend knocked his drink over accidentally while taking his coat off ,immediately one of the security came over became aggressive and no one came over to clean slippy floor .Before leaving I went to the toilets where 2 lads were snorting cocaine on the basin .

Popped in on Saturday when Arsenal won 2 - 0 what a fantastic atmosphere the pub was full to the brim singing and enjoying the result. There was no trouble and plenty of barstaff all working together to get everyone served. I am a local resident and can honestly say there is no problem with noise or disturbances even when it is opened late at weekends we'll run establishment with different entertainment most nights of the week we'll done The Arsenal Tavern👍👌🏐⚾️🍹🍺

Really awful manager in yellow shirt, poor people skills. Rude and aggressive. We are local and won't go back. He would prefer I guess drunk football fans rather than two women enjoying a quiet drink.

I would recommend the arsenal tavern 👌 i stay their for 3 days and had amazing time the room were clean ever morning when we left. The showers 🚿 were working good and very easy to uses also their was many toilet 🚽 on ever floor. We found that their was many nice people in the room and lots of space for are stuff. I give it 5 star ⭐️

A large pub and good match day meeting place. Enjoyable in better weather when the drinkers move outside

Llegamos y nos guardaron las maletas en una habitación trastero, los baños muy sucios y las camas te clavabas todo tipo de muelles. Para no repetir.

Always call in here when myself and my son go down the Arsenal. Always a great atmosphere before any home game and always a good pint.

A good atmosphere, sports to watch, you meet a wide range of people, pool table and everyone is happy to play, they even play doubles if there's a lot wanting to play, so everyone gets a go, I just don't like paying £7.00 for a double Whisky, there's no house doubles which is a shame really.

Si por una de esas casualidades te encontrás en las inmediaciones del estadio de Arsenal, aquí se viene a ver los partidos de fútbol y a tomar muchísima cerveza. Como la típica de Londres, caliente. Pero muy rica. También si tomaste mucho, tenés el Hostel en el cual me quedé mucho que se encuentra no recuerdo si al lado o arriba y es del mismo bar.

Not just for Arsenal fans but a good place to stop for a bit of pub grub....very close to Finsbury Park which has many events happening even like concerts..Food is good it is clean.....perfect place to go if you couldn't get tickets for the concert...you can hear it as if you had been there and it is so close to the main train/tube station

Потертое, видавшее виды заведение недалеко от Хайбери и Эмирейтс. Без фанатизма и прочей мишуры, тру паб для до и после матча.

Обычная совершенно едальня, не особенно чистая. В основном там питаются обитатели смежного хостела. Из еды стоит брать все виды сэндвичей. Их готовят вручную. Из плюсов - просторная гостиная, много пуфиков и есть места у барной стойки. Вечером здесь очень шумно.

Muy buen lugar para ver un partido del Arsenal mientras tomas una cerveza, cerca del estadio y vibrando con sus fanaticos. Lo mejor es ir un dia del fin de semana cuando hay mas gente.
