Staff are faultless. Always so kind, welcoming and generous. The section of food is great and has a lovely authentic feel. Best place to go in the area for a coffee and a a snack.

After a long Saturday morning out and about with a friend, we stopped into this place for a bit to eat. Worst decision ever! We asked what the soup of the day was . The server said golden vegetables. We opted for two soups and chicken baguettes. We were then served with the soup which turned out to be packet cup a soup! Salty and powdery. I asked the server what is this, where is the vegetable soup. He said it's instant soup which is what all cafes are serving. We disagreed and told him not to long we had been to a cafe near and had fresh soup. He then said this is what head office had them doing and things would change soon. The sandwich had wilted blacken lettuce and tomato. We couldn't have the soup, it was too salty for my older friend. I couldn't phantom I was paying 3.50 for cup a soup! We were going try their cakes but was so disappointed! They refused to take this off the bill after taking the untouched bowls away. In this cost of living crisis this was a treat for my older retired friend. But we went away feeling not only robbed by blatantly lied to by the server. Telling us the soup of the day was golden vegetable and really good! Will not return there and wish things like this could be reported

Used to love this place but sadly it’s gone down hill. Most notably the service is very bad - they have young servers who don’t care to be there and are quite dismissive/ rude. Also sadly the pasta hasn’t been as good the last couple of times. Such a shame, this place used to be a gem.

Very bad and the food is disgusting and not fresh its a shame because this was the best to eat kebab at but now it's worse than worse

DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THE GOOD VALUE MIRAGE . ONCE UPON A TIME it was ok and it was value for money . ONCE UPON A TIME One pint of lager and a plate of horrid chips £15.00 YOU CAN HAVE A DECENT MEAL ELSEWHERE FOR THAT THE FOOD? AWFUL -EVEN NEIGHBOURING TABLES WERE LEAVING THEIR DINNERS BEHIND I'm not even a lager and chips person but seeing as most ok things have been taken off this location's menu (a likely cunning move to prioritize net earnings over customer satisfaction) it was one of the only things I could have. The chips were far from 'loaded' with mere sprinkling of processed cheese and blobs of tepid pre-made chili con carne . I WROTE TO THEM TWICE NO REPLY

Staff are very welcoming and lots of options to choose from however there was hair in the coleslaw so be mindful.

Very poor. The food wasn't particularly hot even though they delivered it quite quickly. The salad was off-colour and the meat Was cold & looked like it had been hanging around all week. Needless to say I've had tummy gripes all weekend.

Well known to be one of the worst Carribean kitchens in and around Harrow. The food is often late or arrives cold, nothing is fresh, usually prepared as a batch and reheated (so it's more like catering) and that isn't even the worst part of it all, try experiencing this and telling Mamma V - she will tell you her food is fantastic and she is always busy, but the 3 star google reviews (which were actually worse before she had some friends top the score up) and 2 star just-eat reviews (which she can't cheat as easily) tell a story. It's a shame because it is a charming little dining room that really feels like you're being hosted in someone's home, but the food is worse than not up to par.

No entregaron nuestra comida ya que dijeron que les cobraría llamar a nuestro teléfono para informarnos que había llegado. Lo pasaron como completado y nos cobraron de todos modos. Cuando llamé preguntando por qué eran increíblemente groseros y me culpaban por tener un número internacional. Servicio horrible
