Pizza Tonight in City of London, Westminster

Very poor. The food wasn't particularly hot even though they delivered it quite quickly. The salad was off-colour and the meat Was cold & looked like it had been hanging around all week. Needless to say I've had tummy gripes all weekend.

Food was cold and got my order wrong...never again!!!

Food was an hour late, salad had what looked like dirt on it. Meat over cooked & myself & husband was up all night with stomach cramps 👎🏻

Order was late asked for some money back but was only offered money off on my next order told them I'm not ordering from them again but still would not give me any money back then to top it off parts of my order was missing and I'm still waiting for them to do something about it!

Food is not horrible but not great. Took over an hour 45 minutes to be delivered shocking delivery service

Dreadful. Delivery confirmed for 20:35 when I ordered and then this changed to 21:05 upon confirmation of order. No food by 21:35 whereupon I called to ask where it was. Apparently still in the shop and was asked if I could wait a bit longer!!! Told them to forget it, I would not be ordering from them again and how poor the service was. I was then hung up on; charming. Stay away from this one!

NEVER ORDER AGAIN. Ordered 8.16pm.9.20pm return call us back said half the item not available.When requested whatever the available items needs to be delivered ASAP as guests waiting for meal food didn't arrived until 10.20pm.Contacted Just Eat and they have called the restaurant and got back to me saying food hasbeen already delivered.I was so annoyed and confused.Finally food arrived at 10.26pm.Chicken pieces were soggy and horrible and smell and tasted rotten oil.Chiken wings were dried and over cooked.Chips taste like rubber sponge. Not worried about the bad food or wasted money but this takeaway place RUINED our evening. This takeaway shouldn't be on JUST EAT!

Apooling. Ordered spicy wings got fried chicken. Ordered 4 cans got 3 cans not.only that they were the wrong cans and to top it.off didn't have £5 change to give me so said at the door would come back later and.never came back. Disgusted.

Took an hour and fourty minutes to arrive on a and when it did It wasn't worth the wait. First of all it was barely luke warm! 6 tiny prawns cooked to death and chewy as old boots at over five pounds a portion was just awful! Delivery driver was pleasant and apologised for being late. But apart from the chicken pakora food was seriously bellow par! Would not order from here again....

Food was excellent. Only gripe is one order didn't have the salad when requested and wasn't really hot. Other than that. Really good!

Ordered Chicken tikka kebab but brought Lamb donor instead. Called up and worst part that I was given excuse as its Friday night. Ordered Chappli kebab as well which was very blant with no flavour. Got the replaced Tikka Kebab after waiting for another 45 minutes . Better avoid on a Friday/Saturday night and there are other decent Kebab shops out there .

tomato seeds in kebab. someone is allergic to the chemicals in the seeds

Food was 20 minutes late, Diet instead or regular. Driver did not apologise, food was ok.

Expensive for the portion size..... Paid £7.99 for special kebab and nothing special about it, had to fill it with salad as very little meat... Same with all kebabs

delivered in 2 batches thus by time part 2 arrived part 1 was cold and inedible :-(

Totally wrong order not what i ordered and what was delivered was over cooked. Don't matter what you order you will probably get something else and no phone call to explain this

Food order correct but could have been warmer on arrival tbh...

food that was able to be eaten was very good, but I specifically requested delivery at certain time, and was delivered 2 hours too early, thus over half was wasted as recipient was not home to eat fresh, Money wasted this time (AGAIN)

Love the special kebab, absolutely the best in Basingstoke. Freinds have always spoke highly of their choices when ordering. Delivery can take a bit of time but you are warned of the wait prior to ordering, it's worth it!

Food poor an luke warm. Chips was disgusting an like rubber. They forgot our dips, nan bread was solid an not soft. Only bonus was the quick delivery. Will not be going back!!

A good choice of food available on the menu. Food arrived very promptly and was of great quality. Portion size was great, you definitely won't go hungry when ordering from here!!!

Tried it for the first time. Delivery was only 5 mins over estimated time and the food was enjoyable and hot. No complaints at all.

Disappointed, usually good quality but only deliver until a certain time. Delivery time is too long, sometimes over 2 hours and when it gets here there's either something missing or mixed up.

The food arrived slightly later than I was quoted but it was hot and tasty. I recommend Kings.

I ordered online and paid...It told me they could deliver to my home address so i paid for delivery as well even though my address is within the 5 miles of free delivery...I later got a phone call from the delivery driver saying he was on his way with the food but couldnt deliver to my address unless we paid him a further £3.50 because we were too far...i live in wootton st lawrence for christ sake which is 4 miles exactly to the kebab shop...I then phoned the shop and they refused to refund me today over the phone, i would have to wait until tomorrow for my refund because i paid within the just eat website....after lots of arguing over the phone i had to drive the 4 miles into the shop and pick my food up and 4 miles home to realise they had forgotten something off of my order...i will never be ordering anything from them again nor will i be paying for food before receiving it...

Good food, quicker delivery than other take-aways, driver always friendly.

Chicken was incinerated. I appreciate charring on bbq but this totally ruined it. Shocked they allowed it out the kitchen.

Took a risk as this was a newly added and had no reviews. It's worth it! Food was lovely. Will defiantly be ordering from them again :-)
