I am at The Windmill Wetherspoons at Stansted Airport. In all the years travelling we have met the most accommodating member of staff. He is a true asset and at every opportunity went out of his way to ensure your experience was faultless. Helpful and polite and attentive.

Straight forward drinks and pub food. We went several times due to the proximity to our hotel. The drinks are averaged priced. There are some specials that seem sto be a very good bang for your buck, though they were not on the days and times we went.

We have often passed through Victoria Station and I fancied trying this Wetherspoons for a cheap bite to eat - this week we found it closed on arrival with a barrier at the escalator saying something about refurbishment. We tried the nearby Willow Walk instead but didn't like that pub. Going back the following day we found this one, upstairs in the station concourse, open again. It was quite busy but we got a nice table in a quieter area at the back, 'outside' on a balcony looking down on the train platforms - great for people watching! We both had a curry which was nice and tasty, served with naan and poppadums. The food and drink combo prices at Wetherspoons are always great value. Pepsi was off in the soft drinks menu but the Lemonata made a good substitute and the beer was fine. A nice experience in a well known chain pub that can be hit and miss.

The lunch is so good and great value for money food came on time must go back to our local weatherspoods for event with Family/Friends weatherspoods has eveything you want.

I've eaten 3 times at the pubs,personally not impressed. The katsu chicken was served up cold ,I had to send it back. 2nd time,fish and chips. Fish insipid, chips warm.. 3rd time ,I thought I could play safe with ham,egg and chips,and even said to my partner " you can't go wrong with ham,egg,and chips " Well, yes you can ! Eggs cold,chips warm...yuk ! Why don't the chefs serve up hot food ? Basic standards...I think the food is cheap rubbish,and I won't be eating there again. Also ,the rule of no dogs outside is dated and ridiculous. Yes, Wetherspoons make enough profit,but if they allowed customers with dogs,even more profit would be made,and at the end of the day they are a business, ultimately to make profit,deliver good service,and should be presenting hot ,reasonable food !! It's true,you only get what you pay for.. Staff were fine.

Wetherspoons changed British pubs for the better. A welcoming place for everyone, and especially those not usually catered for in a British pub: families, businesspeople, single parents, people wanting a good value meal, etc. No music or other noisy distractions, what you get in most Wetherspoons is just the happy buzz of conversations. The menu caters for everyone, and provides excellent value for money. This isn't restaurant style fine dining, just simple, honest to goodness food - the sort you'd make at home, but here at Wetherspoons often costing less than you could make it yourself. And the beer selection is always impressive, and at the lowest prices you'll get anywhere. Before Wetherspoons it was always difficult to find a pub in a strange town that offered a decent selection of good cask beers, and was welcoming, and did food, and allowed children, and did all this at a very low price. Since Wetherspoons, other pubs have taken some of Wetherspoons ideas. The old fashioned grubby old mens pubs are closing down, thank goodness, and are increasingly being replaced by Wetherspoons and its imitators.

Ate at gatwick airport. Pizza is all soggy, nachos have absolutely no cheese at all... came here for a drink whilst having a snack, very bad choice indeed

We go here a lot, my partner and myself. The app is fantastic. I buy our food on the app and my partner (not very tech savvy) pays me back her share in cash. Service is always very quick which is great. Loved the 5 bean chilli today... however... see photo...It's popularity is also it's own worst enemy. It's always busy most days. To find a table is a mission. We can be lucky but also sometimes have to sit out on the chilly indoor station balcony. Add to that a new twist... tables only for staff. We sat next to one today. That's not only an inconvenience when busy, it's taking revenue off your own company when you want customers. Also, if you don't like the food or the service and a member of staff is sat next to you, that's awkward all round. I have worked in customer services for 25 years and wouldn't feel happy being "out on the floor" on my break. It's clearly reserved for staff and one was sat there today. "You take this break then [staff member x] will go when you come back". (Actually happened.) Not to mention being bothered by customers whilst on view on break. This is wrong. I hope it's only a temporary thing while the actual staff area is being spruced up? Hope so for all our sakes. Nice place. Nice staff. Good food. Loose the staff table! (Star deduction of one to four. You lost one because of the staff table.)

We were leaving on the Megabus from Victoria coach station and popped here for food and drinks.Ordered drinks on the app and although busy received in 5 minutes. Cracking value.Ordered food from their limited menu including pizza and risotto.Both received within ten minutes and both were lush.Would recommend.

Got a dirty cup, tomatoes nearly uncooked, eggs rock hard rubber. Bad service, really was rubbish, do yourself a favour and go to the Wetherspoons outside Victoria literally and extra 2 minute walk. A million times better. Much like most Wetherspoons I’ve been to.

The place appears clean and staff are clearing tables quickly service was quick. Choice picked was not available. the soft drinks available not the same as in other weather spoons only those on tap. Usually can have a san pelligrino Chips were warm not hot. There is outside space but no heaters and inside is very busy. Ok but wouldn’t rush back

Trovo il loro sistema molto funzionale: ti scarichi l’app, ordini la fantastica English breakfast (piccola o grande) e paghi, poi il resto lo fanno loro. A full drinks menu but a very small and limited food offering. Coffee came ready in the cup instead of being offered a choice.

I loved the free refills on coffee, even a cappuccino. Kids meals are a good value. The jacket potato was extremely basic. Cheese wasn’t even melted on the potato. The margarita pizza was decent. Good stop while in the train station. It was warm inside and the wait staff were friendly.

Popped in to here whilst waiting for a train with our children. Appreciate it was Christmas Eve but it really wasn’t busy. Rude staff ignoring customers waiting for a drink. When asked if they could serve us one member of staff swore and became aggressive. Saying my partner had funny eyes (he’s crossed eyed) better spending your money in one of the better pubs near the station.

Friendly place, good prices and entertainment!!! However, asked about gluten free food and was told ‘we don’t have any!’ Asked about the jacket potato ie gluten free? Not allowed to say was the response given - really!! Not helpful!!

Had an excellent selection of ales and were all well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed both pints and value was brilliant.

Good value. Friendly staff. We ordered on the App which I would not advise because had we gone to order at the bar we would have been told there was a long delay with food orders! Food was fine but I didn't have time to eat/drink everything, not good at a station when we had booked tickets so ask waiting time first! May have just been that day?

We followed the Wetherspoon chains around the UK. You just can't beat the food and drink prices and trust me, we looked The quality is pretty good most of the time and this visit was no exception. Great burgers!

Came here after visiting my stepson who is at uni in London, we had some time to spare before catching the bus home so came here initially for a drink to kill some time. After perusing the menu I was pleased to see that the prices are the same as elsewhere & not hyped up due to its location so with this I decided we should order a snack for us all to share we opted for the loaded chips, & two portions of chicken gougons you get the 3 for £12, they came all piping hot & very tasty. Staff very pleasant.

Great atmosphere and a very popular place. You may want to consider going a little earlier as all Wetherspoons get packed out quite quickly. And it's no wonder - the food is fabulous!

Although we happened to be there at a really busy time and our order took a while and my sons burger and chips had to be served without his chips as the kitchen just wasn’t able to cope. They promised to bring a large bowl of chips asap. Also when I informed them that my veggie burger was only luke warm. The efficient waitress immediately informed the manageress who came straight over could not apologise enough and gave me a full refund. My sons chips arrived and the waitress continued to apologise and both members of staff expressed that they hoped it hadn’t ruined our image of them and that we would accept their apologies and return. Amazing customer care wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

In all honesty chosen from necessity after a very long journey by coach and boat from Holland. We had to clear away the debris of the previous customers to sit at our table. Several. tables were uncleared. They were also in need of a good wipe . It was busy but that in itself is no excuse. Typical Wetherspoons, they really have cut a niche in middle of the road dining. Food when it arrived was fine as always. Prices are great. Its just all so down at heel, which is a great pity.

I severed be a lady called Steph, and her service was very poor she seemed like she was very stressed and was taking it out on customers. Was very poor service. Won't be back to visit nor recommend

Paramos aquí antes de regresar a Gatwick bar muy concurrido altas. Sentamos en comidas balcón.. burger ordenados Llegó bastante rápido y la comida estaba caliente. Sólo compatible que tuve fue que sólo nos dieron unos 10 chips unos más patatas fritas hubiera sido agradable. Tenía dos pintas regados bien. Precioso noblemente.

Nos detuvimos para comer rápido antes de salir para el teatro y no nos decepcionó. Me and my family stopped for food after a 1/2 marathon ordered drinks first the guy looked lost when I asked for a corona we went back 5 minutes later to order food after he served me and my brother he then walked off and started serving someone else before serving our friend who was at the bar with us we asked him for all our food to come out at the same time but no more training need I do believe for a place as busy as this

Another cold and tasteless breakfast at Wetherspoons. This one particularly bad as the staff didn't care. That's how it comes was the response on complaint.

In arrival at Victoria Station we decided to come here for a drink and some chips, the chips arrived fast and we're tasty, but unfortunately this pub had ran out of almost everything I asked for meaning I had only 2 choices left which was OK for the time being. Prices are a lot higher than my home town of Norwich, but this was to be expected. We returned back here for breakfast which was lovely although we did keep getting other people's food brought to us, maybe the table numbers should be more clear? Aside from that it's an excellent area to people watch and I enjoyed the food and drink I did get!

We had dinner here and it was very good, and included a pint of beer. The portions were generous enough that my wife and I shared a burger. We were very pleased. This Wetherspoons is inside Victoria Station, upstairs.

Wetherspoons has rightly earned a great reputation for their atmosphere and great food and a reasonable price. As I had time to kill waiting for my train, I decided to call into Wetherspoons Victoria Station for a breakfast. At 09.08 on a Saturday the restaurant was already busy. The staff were very helpful in providing a menu and outlining the procedure for ordering. I ordered a Large Breakfast from their menu (£5.99) and waited for my food. As there was only one member of staff at the servery, I expected that I would have to wait a long time for my food but surprisingly service was very prompt, and in five minutes my breakfast was placed before me. Great presentation I observed. Good selection, and quantity fitting the 'large' description.

Our food was fine, the drinks (like all other Wetherspoons) were good but it was soooo busy that I actually felt sorry for the young, rude waitress with no manners, as it takes something to work under such conditions. Poor staff ......

Wetherspoons food is awful. That's why it's cheap. Good beers though. The breakfasts are ok too. Don't bother with the other food. Fish and chips are especially bad.

We sat outside having lunch as inside the Weather spoons was packed the outside bits belong to weather spoons so I was surprised to see a man selling the big issue wandering from table to table now I am not against big issue sellers but I found this very intrusive. The staff were great and asked him to leave. The food was nice veggie burger and chips and lasagna both as part of meal deal as we were in London on a tight budget nice wine and cider as part of meal deal. In the evening we came back to have a small glass of wine each before going to the coach station again another MSN was going to the outside tables begging inside was packed , tolilts get busy but station toilets not to far away good place for for and drink at reasonable prices . shame not a larger venue.

Love Wetherspoon pubs, always great food at great prices but when the barmaid serving me comments to another customer "We don't allow standing at the bar when football's on because the fans annoy me" and I'm there in my Chelsea top, I think I'll take my custom elsewhere thanks.

If you are lucky you are able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by! Usual good selection of cheapish beers, not eaten as yet but I'm sure it's standard Wetherspoon grub. Place is always heaving but quick service

Gran comienzo de la mañana, la señora que me atendió fue muy alegre y feliz, aunque era 7:20. Comida llegaba muy rápido, todo fresco y caliente (estándar). Desayuno grande weatherpoons Los inodoros eran un 8 / 10 para la limpieza aunque es un lugar muy concurrido.

Estábamos buscando un lugar para desayunar y decidimos entrar a Wetherspoon y sabiendo que puede ser un poco impredecible a veces esperaba que fuera bien y no nos decepcionó. El personal era educado y la comida era buena. El único inconveniente es que es muy pequeño, cuando volvimos por la noche no pudimos conseguir una mesa así comimos en otro lado.

while i was there i felt unwell and went to the restroom where i proceeded to do my business. the toilet was easily blocked by me that i had to use another toilet to finish. as someone that this happens to a lot i just want to say that toilets should always be easily flush-able.

The breakfast options are great there is something for everyone. Lots of healthy options too. The free refills on the coffee is great. Plenty of seating. Super fast delivery of good and nicely presented.

Visited with my niece and had a full English, it was really good. Quick friendly service and lashings of coffee!

Since first discovering this place last year every time I now come to London it's always my first or last port of call, great atmosphere, good cheap food & beer (especially for London), my friend & I called in for a burger & couple of beers before departing home & as always it was spot on, it could do with more staff as the poor girl, Clara, was run off her feet but she was a lovely lass with a great personality who couldn't do enough to make sure everything was done to an excellent standard, the only complaint I had was the bar manager (Russian) I think he was, kept going outside to a customer with a dog & being very rude & brusk towards him, no one minded or complained about the dog & there was no reason why they would as it was well behaved but this guy was so rude to the guy with the dog asking him to leave & trying to take the blokes beer off him even though he'd already been in & purchased a pint & not a soul said anything. Other than that it was another enjoyable meal & drink, Thank You

Que vaya a ver a mi familia mucho en Londres y usely tomar el tren desde la colina de streatham hasta la estación Victoria. Aquí nos poped sobre 8 veces en mi comida la vida siempre es buena y servicio bueno pero puede ser lento a veces. El precio de una pinta y la comida no puedo ya ir estar equivocando definitivamente si tienes que esperar un tren o un autobús. Iv cansados hamburguesas, alitas, India, desayuno y más aquí y siempre es bueno. El personal está entrenado en productos de witch copa me encanta. Regresaremos de nuevo

situated opposite platforms 9-15 on victoria station with an outside drinking area it attracts many just wanting a beer before their train is inevitably delayed due to no staff,line side fire,lack of rolling stock or sheer incompetence.Unremarkable place and as its in the station not the cheapest beer but given the area still good value,quite good nights when the local deaf society meet there and furiously sign each other almost like they are dancing

This is a popular eatery set above Victoria Station and one can sit here and watch the world go by whilst eating good Wetherspoon's food

Fuimos a Wetherspoon para el desayuno directamente desde el aeropuerto después de regresar de Vietnam de. El desayuno inglés completo era justo lo que necesitábamos después de un vuelo de 14 horas! Mi única crítica es que noté un £2 + aumento de precios en café de filtro ir en los restaurantes de Londres cuando comparado a la salida de Londres restaurantes y me pregunto cómo puede justificar esto.

Menú un poco limitado, pero comprensible dada (la estación de tren de limitaciones no hay gas). Gran lugar para observar a la gente y los trenes!

At first I was very happy, food was quick the beer was cold and lovely, little tricky finding a table however I did eventually, but then my food arrived, I'd ordered a cheese and tomato panini which comes with chips, part way into eating it I realised not only was the bottom burnt to a crisp and the top still raw but it tasted of bacon...... thankfully I'm a part time veggie but having some knowledge of how these things are quickly grilled it is clear that they were not wrapping the paninis and placing the meat ones on the same cooking apparatus as the veggie ones, it wasn't great due to the burning anyway.

Overlooking the concourse in the middle of Victoria Station this is an ideal place for a meal or drink whilst waiting for the train. Service was quick and cheerful and prices as always reasonable.

Lo mejor es comer en Mc Donald's y tiña más barato

La ubicación es buena, muy práctico cuando se viaja con niños pequeños. A mi hijo le encanta mirar los trenes 6 mientras comíamos.

Conveniente si usted está esperando el tren, pero es más caro que otros wetherspoons. Pedimos un bocado rápido para comer, la mayoría de las cuales estaba bien, pero el falafel con hummus era espantoso. Falafel debe ser frito pero estos parecía paquete en una pelota hizo hartas. Hummus fue el color equivocado y sin sabor. No podía comer de todo. El personal era agradable y servicio rápido. Caro debido a su ubicación.

Llegamos a la estación Victoria después de un día en Kew Gardens en buen tiempo para ver un espectáculo en el Apollo Victoria. Visitamos aquí esperando un autobús para volver a casa. Estaba muy concurrido y popular que a veces puede llevar a largos tiempos de espera, pero aquí fue bien atendido, muy amable y eficiente y el servicio de comida era el típico 15 minutos después de ordenar. Pedimos la comida, tiras de pollo, que era muy sabroso y una hamburguesa que era del Empire State un nuevo elemento de menú y era muy, muy bueno. En general, una gran experiencia, es muy popular, pero un equipo muy capaz en la unidad.
