Incredible place, lovely shisha, good food and immaculate service. I’ve been coming here for months, and it is certainly my favourite place to spend a chilled evening in London.

Poor. Tried the spicy dip burger which was dry and not spicy at all. Small portion of fries with a can of coke. Not worth 7.50. Other places spicy dip burger is at least saucy and spicy. They seem to overcharge here for what it is with misleading deals. 4.99 for chicken and rice deal but only in a small box with a small portion so hardly a deal is it. If it is a deal should be the same size. Pepes far better in terms or taste and value.

I ordered a shawarma wrap today from here. The size of a medium wrap is the size of a small wrap. Don’t bother or waste your money here because they will scam you with the size. In addition, the chicken shawarma was burnt and it did not taste good at all, made me feel sick. So if you value your health and your money do NOT buy from here. The person that was working here as well was very rude and couldn’t serve properly. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The staff at this place are what make it. We were greeted so warmly, given good advice on what and how much to order and the manager and his staff came at decent intervals to check we were okay. Desi omelette was fab - would order again Naan - got this on the advice of the manager instead of roti. Hubby very, very happy with it Chicken cholay - not bad but I'm comparing it to my mum's and nothing is going to beat her cooking! Pilau rice - well made and good flavour The restaurant is nothing fancy and the toilets could definitely do with sprucing up but as an impromptu and informal breakfast/lunch/dinner place, it's good and we'd go back.

Looking for a place to have Linch it was unplanned however found parking and decided to try this place, wasn’t so busy when we came as it 4pm so Lunch rush had finished! Loved the menu style decided to try the lacha parathas with Daal and Bhindi… definitely authentic Pakistani home cooked food so would recommend, pricing is reasonable , Biryani, and kebabs were ok but if recipe is a little more improved then definitely worth 5 stars! Family run business with an excellent chef who makes the Parathas to order nice an fresh! I will definitely come for breakfast on one weekend with family!

A nice Mediterranean / Italian style restaurant and whilst quiet on the lunchtime we chose, we nevertheless had an enjoyable a relaxing hour and a half. Service was attentive and the food good and in adequate portion sizes. If you have not tried Gusto 272, do do, especially if you are attending Wembley Stadium / Area, just get the Metropolitan Line to Preston Road (1 stop), cross the road, turn left, find gusto and enjoy. You won't be disappointed, A bit of a hidden gem given some of the local offerings.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the food. I ordered a 3-piece chicken, burger fries, and wings, and everything was subpar. The quality of the food was unacceptable, and it was evident that the oil used had not been changed in a long time, affecting both the taste and safety. This negligence resulted in stomach problems after the meal. While the customer service was courteous and attentive, it’s clear that the management and ownership are not maintaining proper standards. I strongly urge others to carefully inspect or taste the food before purchasing. This establishment needs to address these issues immediately to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
