one of my favourite chinese places. the food was perfectly seasoned. i had the flat dry vegetable noodles. the food was well cooked with a good portion size. kept me full for a lot of the day

Talk about value for money! So much tasty food with great portions sizes at very reasonable prices. It's not on the apps and they're cash only but it's worth it! They do delivery and collection too. I will definitely be back!! The honey ribs were nice, seaweed was nice and not too sweet. The duck pancakes were amazing (note you will need to shred it yourself which is common). The sweet and sour chicken was honestly packed with chicken, they don't stuff the box full of veg! The side of fried rice was huge too. The chicken chow mein (chicken Stir fry) was really tasty and NOT oily!

Good old Chinese, takeaway nothing majorly special It seemed quiet in there when I went I was the only one to be served, but they still got my order wrong, but that mistakes happen I can’t blame them

This takraway serves very tasty and traditional Chinese food. I've found my favorite dishes of salt & pepper squid 椒鹽尤魚 and Singapore Noodle 星洲炒米 in Tasty Garden.

Terrible customer service, not at all helpful got our order wrong when phoned them they refused to do anything about it and very very rude, think twice before you place an order.

We have been ordering from tasty garden for a while now and have absolutely loved it everytime we order from there. Not only is the food really really good, the people are so kind. Now onto the food, the food is so nice and I can never stop eating it. It’s a shame when it runs out! 5/5 highly recommended

We’ve been here a few times and the food is very good and portions a decent size. However the set menu could do with some veggie options and it would be more convenient if they took payment by card too :)

Was asked am I here for collection? I said "no". The rude woman/B***H replied "if not here for collection then hurry up and order then" This takeaway has gone downhill. AVOID!!!!!!

The food is good, the service is terrible. I ordered 3 dishes for delivery, and from the restaurant to my house it's less than 2 miles radius??? The "rude" lady on the phone told me 40 minutes, took more than 70 minutes to arrive. Called the restaurant to have an update about the order, she was completely rude with me, and hang off the phone in my face.... when the food arrived, finally, it was cold and missing the drink. Call immediately the restaurant, and the lady was completely aggressive on phone, not admitting her mistake and blaming the driver (which wad super polite). If you fancy tasty cold chinese food, and if you are kenn to wait more than 1 hour... and be treated as a costumer that is making a favour to them to be served... go ahead!!! This lady should learn what is respect to customers that pay money to her.!!!

There seems to have been a change in management including the chef and I am very impressed indeed by the transformation! Excellent quality, very clean tasting. Strongly recommend!

The food is excellent quality with very generous portions. Prices are very good and the service is excellent, quick and friendly.

Ordered a few things, sesame prawn toast, sweet sour chicken, chilly chicken satay skewers, chilly squid and pork shezhuan sauce. All very tasty, only took 20 minutes, i went to collect. Thank you will come again.

I have had food from this takeaway last year and was nice but unfortunately they have gone downhill and very rude!! Ordered food tonight came very cold and chips were overcooked. When I called them about this she was rude and said I will not deliver to you again if you say food is not fresh. AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!

Ordered and didn’t come on time, came 30mins late and food was cold. The delivery driver was very rude. Didn’t understand how it took the driver to take 5min to get back to the shop and be 30mins late on my order.

The staff are very friendly. The food is nice however when you get a meat dish such as beef, green pepper in black Bean sauce you will get green peppers and carrots in blackbean sauce with some beef. Another thing to bear in mind is that they only take cash so if want to pau by card you have to go to the cash machine around the corner.

Food came on a timely basis. Recommend the food 100%. It was fresh and cooked well, and all our special requirements were taken care off. Thank you for a great meal. Price was acceptable. I have been searching for a good Chinese take away for a while. The food was really lovely. The delivery driver was polite. I will definitely be ordering again.

Order was placed at 7:00pm, with delivery estimated for 7:50pm. The restaurant delayed delivery to 8:10pm, however the food did not arrive until 9:15pm. Made several calls and staff had no idea what was happening with the order and could not provide an accurate update.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was probably the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had. The food was soaked in grease to the point where is was dripping in it. The food was very average in terms of flavour and colour too. You could get better in a ready meal bought from a supermarket sorry.

Food was lovely to be honest. But I only order 3 things and they managed to get 1 of those things completely wrong. Apart from that good quality grub and about a half hour delivery time.

Menu on Justeat is confusing - took forever to just order egg fried rice (as oppposed to special versions) but the foood was v good

Very fast delivery and the amount of vegetarian options is fantastic!

I ordered the salt and spicy chicken wings but gave me small pop corn like fried chicken instead (I did not order that) which was very hard and my gums were already hurting due to the sensitivity of them. The sweet and sour sauce for me was not rich enough. The pancake roll was very greasy and oily I couldn't finish it. The delivery time was too long for me as I was very hungry. It took 1 hour and 20 mins to deliver the food. I'm doubt I will order again.

Asked for no mushrooms due to allergy. Second time it's happened where I left a comment for restaurant and it's been ignored. Delivery was an hour and it's 5 minutes from home

Everything was fine, veg dumplings were great, chow mein was good but had an odd aftertaste. However, they didn't swap the sweet and sour sauce for the blackbean sauce like I asked in the comments - if you can't do something in the special requirements, you should call to advise of this. Just eat should make this mandatory for all takeaways to do this! Delivery driver didn't call and I eventually heard him banging on the door although there was loads of traffic and he did well to get here when he did. You guys should add blackbean sauce to the menu under a separate sauces section!!

Ordered food at 6.30 but it didn't arrive as promised by 7.15. Online it says it was delivered at 7.25 but it wasn't after calling tasty garden. It arrived at 8 and it was cold and half of the order was missing. The food was not up to the usual standard.

Always order from here as it's just around the corner, and food has always been very nice. Lately they've changed the menu and plain egg fried rice has gone missing! So ordered with mushrooms and left a comment that we wanted it plain, but this didn't happen.

Most of the ordered items were good but the chicken curry ordered contained several bulky 'chips' which seemed an odd ingredient and served only, as far as we could see, to bulk the dish out instead of using chicken and other vegetables. A bit disappointing but possibly will try this company again.

Excellent 10/10 really enjoyed everything. Will be back.

Said to restaurant no mushrooms in the curry as its a food allergy and they ignored this and still gave mushrooms.

Food was good, mainly hot but some was a bit on the cold side, probably due to the hour and a half it took to be delivered... food was tasty though.

Delicious Chinese food and a good service.

Although it arrived after the estimated time, the food was still extremely hot. This is very rare nowadays so i was pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious and cooked nicely. My rice could have been fried some more but was happy with my food. The £2 delivery charge was definitely worth it.

Not a good service had to ask for an apology after calling to find out my order had not been seen. I had to wait a further 45 minutes bringing it to a 2 hour wait. 1st and last time ordering here!!

Great food but a mix up on delivery time. However apart from that, the food was nice and they provided a drink and crackers complimentary.
