Really nice boba, and lovely staff!

I feel so bad for leaving a bad review but the boba I got from here was absolutely horrible. Of all the places I have tried in Wembley Park, Shakeii Shakeii and 9tea9 are the best. Chaboba sadly can’t even come close to them- paid a lot for a small drink that tasted like nothing, and very stale and chewy tapioca pearls.

Keyuri served us and gave us the best recommendations for our first bobas and honestly I can say we’ll be coming back! Service with a smile 😊

The other reviews are true about the service being non-existent. The other review was from someone, a month ago and the owner commented saying they will make sure it won’t happen again. I went in at lunch time today and no one was there but you could hear the workers at the back having a conversation. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to come to the front to take my order. I had to make a noise and walk around to get their attention to let them know I was there. What’s the point of even opening up if you just want to hide in the back? Is the owner going to comment that they will make sure it won’t happen again? Good Luck with that😂 This is how you lose customers. First impression is the only one that counts. I have no intention of returning, no matter how much you beg to give you another chance. I ordered a fruit tea with jelly as a topping. For what it is the price is extortionate…. £5.10 for a Small size fruit tea which is basically just syrup, too much water and tea. Could not taste the fruit flavour at all! The jelly is hard and tastes of absolutely nothing, despite listing various flavours like strawberry and passion fruit. Conclusion: Avoid! Far better bubble tea places around in Wembley Park. You have been warned.

I advise Nobody to go here, must be the Worst Bubble Tea Shop:( it’s not even authentic Bubble Tea, just a load of Super Sweet Syrup & Watery Tea. The 2 Female Staff Members did not even Welcome us & we’re talking in their Gujarati Language, Worst Customer Service Please Avoid Better to go to nearby Boxpark for Bubble Tea.

Me my mom, brother, and sister wen't there my brother got a apple fruit tea my sister got strawberry fruit tea me and my mom got brown sugar milk tea the boba tasted really good the tapioca was cooked and chewy the place was clean and the lady that searved us was really nice although I have one complain the boba was a little to expensive it was £20 but other than that it was really good experience can't wait to come here again. 😊😊😊

I recently visited a Chaboba and was blown away by the exceptional service and quality of the milk tea. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor from the staff. They suggested me various options and I ordered Chocolate milk tea with vanilla and raspberry popping boba it was absolutely delicious. It was very yum chocolate and packed with flavour. Before I visited chaboba I tried bubble tea at many other bubble tea shops but I was never satisfied with the taste but after I visited Chaboba I was satisfied with taste. Overall, I highly recommend this Bubble tea shop to anyone looking for a delicious and high-quality treat. The exceptional service, quality ingredients, and inviting atmosphere make it a standout in the crowded world of bubble tea shops.

The boba was the worst boba i have tasted it was so sweet and disgusting, the popping boba had a thick layer around it. This boba was extremely cheap and for the price (£5.80) was terrible.

The toppings dont have any taste. Tapioca pearls are chewing but plain,no sugar or anything. But the rest are fine

I'll preface this with my boba experience comes from Canada and the US. This boba tea was some of the most bland tasting milk tea and tapioca I've ever tried. The service was good as they were helpful and friendly, but I'll jump in the English channel before I order another drink here again

it seems like almost everywhere i’ve been going recently, bad customer service has been following me. I walk in, theres a lady stood by the doorway of the boba bar and the staff room. she does not pay any attention to the front door so i have to say excuse me to catch her attention, she then tells the other worker to come out to serve me and she does. i ask for a thai milk tea and mishears me for a taro, i see the purple drink being shaken and i ask “is that taro” she said “yes you asked for taro?” and then i reply “i asked for thai”. she gave me a look and started arguing with me by saying “you didnt say thai you said taro”. i said “i didnt say taro i asked for thai”, she then even has the audacity to still go back and fourth with me by saying “no you said taro”. Even if it was my mistake by being a quiet talker, she shouldn’t have argued back with me. If a mistake is made it can be solved easily and with respect. I must also say the price is ridiculous for milk tea made with powders.

I have been going to this bubble tea place for over a year now, in that time I can’t tell you how much I’ve spent. I have just been to get my usual order and asked the staff if they could combine my 3 loyalty cards each with 3 stamps on, (9 drinks in total which is around £49.50 spent as I always buy large!) they refused to combine my loyalty cards and said I can only use one card at a time, so I have to fill each one to 10 before being able to claim my free drink? It would have been so easy for them to combine the cards but they refused, meaning I won’t get my free drink. I won’t be returning and instead taking my business to the bubble tea place in Boxpark from now (5 minute walk away!) the prices are lower and the staff aren’t as rude.

Bad customer service, lady had a bad attitude, was rude for no reason, my partner had to ask her if she was ok, we also had to tell her how rude she was being serving my partners son. I work in the marks and Spencer in the outlet and this is not how we treat people disappointing won’t be visiting the store again. Thank you for your bad experience😒

Boba was nice, but the staff not friendly or helpful when ordering. My youngest went for boba, my eldest a crepe from nearby vendor, there wasn't anyone sitting inside and so I tried to sit with my children, one with boba to be told we were not welcome. Yes, I understand if we hadn't purchased from them or there wasn't many seats, but we had and not one other chair in use! Un-necessarily unhelpful and rude!

The service was good, but I can't imagine anyone making worse bubble tea than this ever like the most horrible thing ever. I need to confirm that I didn't receive two bubble teas as per what the review says. I just ordered once, and I didn't have any particular requests. I just asked for a Taro bubble tea, and that's all, nothing in particular, and it was absolutely horrendous, and it was extremely watery and tasted nothing like taro. I did not ask for a change on order or anything of that sort. This is my review based on a single product I ordered

Whilst the woman behind the counter was polite and friendly - the drink was rank! Honestly a waste of money. I’ve had bubble tea for years and this had to be the worst. I had a few sips and threw it in the bin. A waste of £4.70

The staff are excellent and so welcoming, friendly and nice. Their hot chocolate, milkshakes, slush, bubble tea, milk tea all are very very tasty and good. And the staff always serve the bubble tea in a kind and nice way. They are just superb and love to go to this place in my daily routine. I did recommend this place to all of my other friends and family. Just loved it. And lastly thanks for the all the staff who works in this shop they all are very friendly and kind to me. And specially my favourite drink is chocolate milkshake it’s just superb, yummy and so nice I loved it.

I opted for the classic milk tea and sad to say, it was the worst milk tea I have ever tasted since I can remember and mind you, my taste buds are easy to please when it comes to food especially milk teas. It felt like drinking water with a sprinkle of milk tea. 😩

Really disappointed £5 for a bubble and I can taste the powdered they used for the vanilla milk tea. The blue popping boba tasted like literal soap! I won’t be going back. Waste of £5 to be honest. Customer service was good .

Disappointing experience. With 3 people behind the counter the queue was moving slowly. When it was my turn to order, the employee made a drink for herself and started drinking in front of me. I would give this shop a 3.5 star ⭐⭐⭐ Regarding the food, the brown sugar tea i ordered for myself looked great and vibrant but the flavor was bland and didn't really taste like brown sugar tea... I think it used powder to add flavor instead of just making it traditionally? although the tapioca pearls were well cooked ! I was also able to sip the taro milk tea and mango fruit tea from my mom and bro. The taro milktea tasted great but mango fruit tea is a no go! It was too sweet, would pass! Regarding the shop and service - it was a small, cozy and clean shop. Nice atmosphere and little tables were available. The service was also friendly. Can't really fault it. Only the bubbletea let them down! It's not as good as their other competitors

I had given an excellent review of this place before ( the owner had replied back to thank me) But based on yesterday's experience I have to take that down. We ordered 6 bubble teas yesterday, we were told that they had run out of tapioca. Fair enough, we got other toppings. Unfortunately an elderly Asian lady was making the bubble teas *I had never seen her before) and was absolutely terrible at it. I am sorry to say this especially for a place we visit often and look forward to. The chocolate tea tasted just like well, chocolate mixed with water! The Rose Milk tea ( highlighted as their specialty) was AWFUL! Tasted neither like "rose" nor like "tea". It was a complete waste of our money and ruined the experience for children who were so disappointed. I didn't say anything yesterday because there was s long queue but it would be good to have our money back. I never ever say this in my reviews but, I really have to this time.

The ladies were so extremely nice and helpful in picking flavors to make the perfect fruit tea. My husband isn’t a huge fan of bubble tea, but he might be a convert now after visiting Chaboba and trying a passion fruit tea with peach popping boba. Absolutely delicious!

The reason I rated this place 1 star is because they got my order wrong and pretend as if i order it. I asked them for a mango milk tea and they gave me fruit tea. I told them my order was milk tea but they were like no you order fruit tea and started arguing with me. Further more they also offer really bad customer services and some staff doesn't know how to deal with a customer in term of taking their order.

This is an unfortunate neg review for a boba shop that used to be good. I hope the new owners realise they have to up their game or there will only be more poor reviews from the customers they have left. Quite simply, the products are not as good. Yes o know these chains use powders as their base, but this shop can’t even mix them properly. Look at pics of the taro tea bought- you can see sediment floating. Then there’s temperature- a hot drink should be hot, not lukewarm. This size is labelled regular when in reality it’s large- just say that. For the money it’s not worth it
