Rio's Piri Piri Wembley in Brent

High priced, and very average food Today I paid £8.99 for a supposed large meal, I got about 16 cold chips, very thin bland burger and their sauces were watery and tasteless , only the canned drink was good They claim to be gourmet and boast about being flame grilled, the truth is they use generic frozen food then reheat it , like any other fast food place For 8.99 I could easily have gone to any standard chicken shop and received double the amount of food,and it would have been hot

Comments are never read I always ask for garlic sauce and they give chili 🤦🏽‍♂️

Decent food, but high price - also got my order wrong and wouldn't pick up the phone after calling multiple times. Probably unlikely to order delivery from here again.

Excellent food, visited with my brothers and all enjoyed meals. Perfectly cooked chicken and fluffy rice. Excellent customer service from the brother in store, wish I knew his name!

I found a bitten chewing gum in my chicken pitta sandwich. I'm so disappointed as I have always bought from Rio's piri piri chicken. A member of staff must have done this to spite someone in the company. Will never trust them again.

Worst burger ever tried in my life.

I didn't mind the delay, the driver apologised which was fine due to the rain. But the condition that it arrived in was not good. The sauces were squished to the point that it leaked into the onion rings and one of the burgers which made them soggy, I ended up eating soggy onion rings and a soggy burger. I regularly order from Rios, but was a bit disappointed today.

Such lovely service so sooooo kind. Will come back again.

Really good grilled chicken. Piri piri chips are very nice but spicy. Nice sauces and good selection of burgers and wraps.

I had a terrible experience at this place unlike Rio’s in Marylebone who had all food fresh. I ordered a takeaway and came back with the chicken wings. The staff admitted that the chicken wings (part of my order) wasn’t fresh because at his own words it wasn’t their best seller and would end up in the display for days. The cashier was unhelpful as he didn’t offer a different option or refund. The food overall was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

Food is cooked fresh, so will take time for your order. Taste is fantastic not your normal chicken n chips trash. Prices are fair. Restaurant aesthetics are nice.

Burgers were stale, dry and hard no flavour

Running some sort of scam. Claim their card machine is not working and force customers to pay with cash. Enter the wrong amount into the till. Experienced the same thing in December 2021. Thought I'd try them out again but 2 years later they are still doing the same thing.

Everything you want from these types of places. Parking is free outside on Sundays and evenings. The guys working are very friendly, decent portion sizes Everything is halal

Had a fabulous day at the Rio peri peri. Got a first-time chance to eat in. Normally, we order at home and always get superior delicious,pipping hot food. Especially the young gentleman who takes our order at the phone has outstanding customer service skills, super brilliant to get an order instantaneously.

Food was good. But I Ordered Chocolate Fudge Ben and Jerry. And got Cookie Dough instead. You should have called (courtesy) as I was craving something chocolate.

There was a unpleasant smell coming from the packaging & food..complained to Just Eats

Initially i thought it is a bit expensive in comparison to Nandoos. But the food was really worth it, the grilled chicken was very soft and the sauces were excellent. Highly recommend

As I live in Bristol, I had no idea of this restaurant but some of my friends recommended it to me and I rate it highly after trying delicious foods here. The atmosphere is neat and clean and the staff is quite cooperative, Muhammad Munsif, in particular. The burgers are very tasty and finger licking along with fried chicken and sauces.

We come here all the time despite the branch being so far away from us! we order the 1x whole chicken platter and it’s so juicy and delicious. The flavours make my insife happy. The lady was very kind, as usual and helped show me options of which zero sugar drinks they had. Would definitely recommend

The worst burger I ever had, doesn’t worth the money

Rios used to be so good, I'd tell my friends this was the best place to eat. Unfortunately, the fried chicken is so dry and also flattened. The burger had a weird after taste. The sauces have been watered down so much, it has no flavour. To top it off, they have jacked up the prices. You end up paying more money for less quality.

I've been going to Rios Wembley for 7 years now. The food and service is always amazing and continues to go from strength to strength.

Food is extremely nice for the price and portion sizes are great, very good staff so its a 10/10 from me.

Used to be a lot better, smaller portions and quite pricey, burger is small compared to the bun

Ordered 2 strip burghers with chips deal, got home no chips, ok thats fine, BUT then the buns were dry, the chicken strips were also very dry, hardly any sauce... Very disappointing experience....
