Gusto (Italian Restaurant) in Brent

Arancini was okay, but overpowered by the tomato sauce. Linguine was very salty, and the accompanying lobster wasn't served with a lobster fork or wipes. For the food quality, the price is reasonable, but the service left a fair bit to be desired - it took far too long to bring the bill for a table of 3. Decor was nice and the atmosphere was chill, but I wouldn't describe this venue as authentically Italian.

Ordered 2 pizzas from here for delivery and requested rocket on side and started eating my food and I didn’t know this was mouldy underneath and ended up with food poisoning and ended up A&E! They had to give me fluids. See pictures. The staff are rude, disrespectful and nasty too. Wasn’t a great experience for me. Check your food before eating from here. Oh you the staff need to control their attitude and swearing. Disgusting and disrespectful. I’m not happy about this. No apology will make up for this. Don’t recommend

Absolutely the worst dining experience ever. This place is very unorganised and unprofessional staff.We had a table reserved, and had to wait a good minute to be sat down. The desert came before the food and drinks. We ordered 2 pizzas and one was brought to our table, then we had to wait another 30 minutes for the other pizza. This is not an authentic Italian restaurant

Authentic Italian, always get consistently great tasting food. The Gusto Special dessert shouldn't be missed if you like milk cakes

I never had lasagne made out of meatballs and marinara sauce this isnt normal.lasgne if i knew i would buy it didnt like it and thrown in bin its inedible not nice at all hard pasta sour sauce meat not nice big ball weird not hapoy with my todays

The food had no taste. The Carbonara wasn't a carbonara, the egg was cooked, no taste of panceta, Peper or the parmezan, the pasta was tasteless ... The lasagna was crusty, and tested like moussakka, there was no separation to the pasta. Very disappointed

I'm an Italian guy. I ordered a pretty good margerita. 7 out of 10. the waitresses are not very attentive to the customers. I had to look for them several times to order. and for other requests. the food is quite good 3 out of 5. and I don't understand why on a restaurant with an Italian name why there was foreign music.

I recommend this one place for all your Italian food the pizza here is amazing just like Italy buono, me & my family loved the seafood pasta! If you’re ever in London this place is a must visit!

DO NOT GO HERE TOURIST TRAP!! service was pushy and felt like a conveyor belt rather than a nice sit down meal as we were rudely forced out of our table less than an hour after we had arrived for new customers (despite having pre booked). The waiter rudely shoved his business card with his name on it on our table instructing us to give him a good review rather than asking if we wanted anything else. If you want an authentic and cozy Italian in Barcelona, I wouldn’t even consider this. Absolutely not coming back 2/10 experience at most. Do not waste your time or your money on such a dismal dining experience.

Pizza dont come with cheese was weird and its close to where i live yet it come cold

Really high quality food, we ordered a pizza which was very delicious. The order was processed quickly, so that's a bonus. The prices were reasonable. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit there again.

I ordered a Neapolitan pizza from Gusto Italian through Uber Eats for pickup, and it was an excellent experience! The pizza was freshly made, and the quality was outstanding. The chef even added extra olives and anchovies, which was a lovely touch and really made the flavors pop. Highly recommended 🙌

Amazing and authentic menu. Pizzas beat well-known pizza restaurants/take outs a 1000 times over. Very reasonable prices for excellent quality of food and service. Walked past this restaurant numerous times and regretted that I didn't try this place earlier.

Good food. Great staks. Milk pudding is homemade. The service is very friendly but can be a bit slow if a largr party is using the out back area. Worth booking a table a head. As it can get busy very quickly. At ground level, so access is easy, tolets are on the same leve and clean. Park can be a bit hard to find near.

What can I say, I am Italian, and the pizza taste exactly like back home, fresh ingridients and you can taste the quality ! I am smitten !!

Flora, her husband and Cristina provided fantastic service to make my son’s 18th birthday and A level celebration a memorable occasion. We booked the area at the back. We were allowed to go in early to decorate the area. We could play our own music and show photos on a large tv screen. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. After dinner we had space to dance. I highly recommend this venue for the food, service and ambience

First time coming to try Gousto… We were impressed of how modern and such a nice atmosphere was. We came for fathers day as a special treat for my dad. Although the pizzas looked amazing , we decidid to try the pasta. My mum loved the carbonara she had 5* … me and my dad had the Pasta with Prawns and hes only complain was that he wished there was 5 prawns instead of only 3 😹… fresh orange juice was great and the lady serving us was very nice and helpful! We would definitely come again!

We always enjoy Grange restaurant. As a big family we find it very convenient. Kapil was very patient, understanding with our needs of children, etc Apparently, one of the Caucasian rolled her eyes at us with us asking for takeaway containers for the birthday cake.

Very loud it was very hard to hear my partner speak, food was average, Calamari small and oily, Risotto was nice but very small portion, my pizza was just lukewarm ...we cannot recommend it and we were very dissapointed and unhappy. Not coming again

Pasta fine. Bread (£4) warm but totally stale and thrown in the bin. This was the second time of ordering from here and because of this it might be the last.

When they opened before lockdown, we were their first customers and we went again once eat in was allowed again. This is such a lovely local restaurant and it was great to see they were busy as this area needs something like this. The food and service are both brilliant. They have plenty of choice especially for vegetarians and even my kids enjoyed the food. Went again in Jul23 and the experience was still brilliant. It's just a great place to have on our doorstep and the owners are very friendly which has filtered down to the staff. We love their garlic bread. A firm favourite of everyone

Had a lovely meal on a Sunday eve. Loved their Pasta, pizzza and Tiramisu. We were served by Alvaro who was very friendly and very generous to show us the garden seating area as well. Definitely coming back here

My order was apparently delivered 1hour before I asked for it. I asked for it at 7pm as I wasn’t in. It come at 6pm and I got numerous phone calls of the driver, abusing at times as he couldn’t deliver when I wasn’t in. (Reason for picking a time when I was in) I tried calling the restaurant 30 times, no answer. Joke really. Still trying to get my money back as they’ve said it was delivered….!

When you first opened the pizza was the best in the area, over the last 2 yrs or so, the quality of the pizza has gone in the wrong direction. It now tastes bland and plastic. I just picked up a margarita pizza. I used to come most weekends with my son. The places used to be busy and now it’s not. Surely the owners see why. Please improve the quality if your food.

Delivery driver cancelled when he got to the restaurant, but restaurant kept communication going. This was not their fault. I was disappointed as we couldn't travel...and would have to order somewhere else, restaurant was proactive with communication, offered an alternative and food was delivered. quality was excellent as usual. Justeat should inform delivery drivers if a car is needed...to avoid this issue.

went there to have my lunch Had calamari for starter and sea bass fish as a main, I'm glad I had a glass of wine with it cos other ways would got me sick. Horrible food everything was soaked in iol , calamari was uncooked taste like been just microwaved, fish was covered in tomato and olive sauce seemed like was trying to hide the fish in it. Avoid this place.

Amazing food with so much choices. I believe this is a family run business, all stuff where really friendly and welcoming. I decided to have the Sea bass with prawns. Food was so good that I had to order another plate of prawns. Definitely is worth going to with your family as the atmosphere is family friendly. Restaurant has a nice interior and a nice ambient atmosphere. The menu has a variety of food and some good options for vegetarians. The food tasted fresh and the pasta was cooked perfectly with plenty of flavour. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was a little busy when I visited but the service was still very good. I would advise booking before attending and this can be easily done online. I would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Really good pasta with great portions

Service was not good, the waitress didn't put our starter order in and the table next to us came in half hour after us and they got their food way before us...no apology from the waitress and it wasn't even busy. The food was below average. King prawns were chewy (over cooked). And the vegetable ravioli was bland... Disappointed by the whole experience especially as google reviews show this as 4.5 on ratings.

Great food and large portion sizes but the service was lacking. The waitress was miserable but did her job. Doesn't make you feel welcome but most of all the biggest problem was the constant smell of people smoking cigarettes in the back. Really put me off and won't be returning here.

Food was good and also have good ambiance. But the only issue we had was that our starter and main came at the same time and we had to rush to finish our starter before our mains get cold. Also lasagna was bit soggy for me. But had good flavour.

We spent 25 each for 3 courses and 1 glass of alcohol. I thought it was good value, and the portion size was larger than I expected. The vegetarian food is good. I wish there were more pasta varieties and different types of pasta. We orderedbthe garlic cheese bread, and I had the penne aribiatta. I had asked for peppers to be added but it got lost in translation and instead I got extra chilli. I had the gusto special for dessert. If you go you must try it.
