Gusto (Italian Restaurant) in Brent

Really high quality food, we ordered a pizza which was very delicious. The order was processed quickly, so that's a bonus. The prices were reasonable. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit there again.

I ordered a Neapolitan pizza from Gusto Italian through Uber Eats for pickup, and it was an excellent experience! The pizza was freshly made, and the quality was outstanding. The chef even added extra olives and anchovies, which was a lovely touch and really made the flavors pop. Highly recommended 🙌

Amazing and authentic menu. Pizzas beat well-known pizza restaurants/take outs a 1000 times over. Very reasonable prices for excellent quality of food and service. Walked past this restaurant numerous times and regretted that I didn't try this place earlier.

Good food. Great staks. Milk pudding is homemade. The service is very friendly but can be a bit slow if a largr party is using the out back area. Worth booking a table a head. As it can get busy very quickly. At ground level, so access is easy, tolets are on the same leve and clean. Park can be a bit hard to find near.

What can I say, I am Italian, and the pizza taste exactly like back home, fresh ingridients and you can taste the quality ! I am smitten !!

Flora, her husband and Cristina provided fantastic service to make my son’s 18th birthday and A level celebration a memorable occasion. We booked the area at the back. We were allowed to go in early to decorate the area. We could play our own music and show photos on a large tv screen. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. After dinner we had space to dance. I highly recommend this venue for the food, service and ambience

First time coming to try Gousto… We were impressed of how modern and such a nice atmosphere was. We came for fathers day as a special treat for my dad. Although the pizzas looked amazing , we decidid to try the pasta. My mum loved the carbonara she had 5* … me and my dad had the Pasta with Prawns and hes only complain was that he wished there was 5 prawns instead of only 3 😹… fresh orange juice was great and the lady serving us was very nice and helpful! We would definitely come again!

We always enjoy Grange restaurant. As a big family we find it very convenient. Kapil was very patient, understanding with our needs of children, etc Apparently, one of the Caucasian rolled her eyes at us with us asking for takeaway containers for the birthday cake.

This was my second visit to Gusto! All the staff are really welcoming and friendly! Food is good and comes relatively quickly.

I was there on 28/01/2024 around 15:00 and found the restaurant quite empty and I liked that a lot because the chef had time to quietly prepare food for us only. The girl who served us was very kind and extremely attentive. Thank you for your services.

The food and service were average .

Very loud it was very hard to hear my partner speak, food was average, Calamari small and oily, Risotto was nice but very small portion, my pizza was just lukewarm ...we cannot recommend it and we were very dissapointed and unhappy. Not coming again

Hidden little gem of a restaurant. Delicious food with great service! Portion sizes a big (we shared a starter and a main). Service was fab and food is very reasonably priced. Will definitely add this to list of regular restaurants!

When they opened before lockdown, we were their first customers and we went again once eat in was allowed again. This is such a lovely local restaurant and it was great to see they were busy as this area needs something like this. The food and service are both brilliant. They have plenty of choice especially for vegetarians and even my kids enjoyed the food. Went again in Jul23 and the experience was still brilliant. It's just a great place to have on our doorstep and the owners are very friendly which has filtered down to the staff. We love their garlic bread. A firm favourite of everyone

Had a lovely meal on a Sunday eve. Loved their Pasta, pizzza and Tiramisu. We were served by Alvaro who was very friendly and very generous to show us the garden seating area as well. Definitely coming back here

Food is consistently good, lovely ambience, pizza crust amazing, yummy homemade milk cake is so good.

When you first opened the pizza was the best in the area, over the last 2 yrs or so, the quality of the pizza has gone in the wrong direction. It now tastes bland and plastic. I just picked up a margarita pizza. I used to come most weekends with my son. The places used to be busy and now it’s not. Surely the owners see why. Please improve the quality if your food.

went there to have my lunch Had calamari for starter and sea bass fish as a main, I'm glad I had a glass of wine with it cos other ways would got me sick. Horrible food everything was soaked in iol , calamari was uncooked taste like been just microwaved, fish was covered in tomato and olive sauce seemed like was trying to hide the fish in it. Avoid this place.

Amazing food with so much choices. I believe this is a family run business, all stuff where really friendly and welcoming. I decided to have the Sea bass with prawns. Food was so good that I had to order another plate of prawns. Definitely is worth going to with your family as the atmosphere is family friendly. Restaurant has a nice interior and a nice ambient atmosphere. The menu has a variety of food and some good options for vegetarians. The food tasted fresh and the pasta was cooked perfectly with plenty of flavour. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was a little busy when I visited but the service was still very good. I would advise booking before attending and this can be easily done online. I would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent food and great friendly staff.

Service was not good, the waitress didn't put our starter order in and the table next to us came in half hour after us and they got their food way before us...no apology from the waitress and it wasn't even busy. The food was below average. King prawns were chewy (over cooked). And the vegetable ravioli was bland... Disappointed by the whole experience especially as google reviews show this as 4.5 on ratings.

Great food and large portion sizes but the service was lacking. The waitress was miserable but did her job. Doesn't make you feel welcome but most of all the biggest problem was the constant smell of people smoking cigarettes in the back. Really put me off and won't be returning here.

Restaurant is really nice food as well. the service needs a bit education ie if somebody still eating do not clear the table or a bottle of water half empty is still have water in it do not take it away .I really want the restaurant to succeed so please be a bit better with the service .

Food was good and also have good ambiance. But the only issue we had was that our starter and main came at the same time and we had to rush to finish our starter before our mains get cold. Also lasagna was bit soggy for me. But had good flavour.

We spent 25 each for 3 courses and 1 glass of alcohol. I thought it was good value, and the portion size was larger than I expected. The vegetarian food is good. I wish there were more pasta varieties and different types of pasta. We orderedbthe garlic cheese bread, and I had the penne aribiatta. I had asked for peppers to be added but it got lost in translation and instead I got extra chilli. I had the gusto special for dessert. If you go you must try it.

Updated review: reduced to one star. Regular visitor service can be very hit or miss. Either very good or extremely poor. After our recent visit and most probably our last, the service was pretty poor from the offset, food arriving at very different times for a party of two, had to ask for cutlery twice, had to ask for condiments. Chase our drinks and etc. Ask for napkins. Only one other table was occupied at the time we had gone so the restaurant was not busy. on paying the bill and ready to leave, the owner asked how was our visit. Tactfully we said the service was left wanting and explained our experience. His response was, I’ll check the CCTV. Wow! Just wow. We didn’t ask for any reduction on our bill or removal of the service charge but his response was bizarre. Not the kind of response after spending £100 for lunch. Food is good but not spectacular as the quality varies from visit to visit and 12.5 service charge is certainly not warranted. Happy to take our custom else where.

Nearly two months ago we had our dinner there. Three pizza and and one spaghetti and one starter a toast with avocado on it, and and two Fresh Orange juice and one normal apple juice. Cost us £69.40. For a couple and two little kids. The food is good but it’s not we expected. There service charge of £7+ just only for sitting. The Orange just coat a glass is £4.50 and a toast with avocado is £6.95. To be honest I prefer Turkish cuisine ten time than Italian

over priced, and service charge of 12.5% in Preston Road where there is nothing but off licence shops around, ridiculous! can't imagine how their would be in Central London? not going back there again. They are only here to rip the customers off.

Lovely spot on Preston Road it was definitely needed and the food is lovely. I do feel it is priced high for the area but again the food is quality and the interior is amazing but may be a bit too price. Would recommend and I will be popping back down with the family.

Staff were brilliant... regularly checked on us. unfortunately mains didnt come out at the same time so one person finished when anothers came out... but it was a one off as never happened before.... been a few times and always been a pleasure to visit. Will still come again regularly! Foodwise, on point!!!

Nice Italian food, nothing special or different from any other Italian restaurant to be honest. The only thing that shocked me is 12.5% service charge! On Preston road!!! Would expect that up London but not on this area 🫣 rather take my family somewhere nicer area and pay same £100 for 4 pizza's and soft drinks.

This was my first visit here. The decor was very inviting with a big pizza oven to the left at the back. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was good, although a little heavy on the olive oil on the bruschetta. My risotto was nice but not as creamy as I expected. I added parmesan cheese for more flavour. The Panna Cotta was lush! I really enjoyed that. My son enjoyed his meal too. The music was on when we arrived then went off after a while, which changed the atmosphere for me. I like a bit of music in the background. Just after I mentioned it to my son, it was put back on. I wonder what vibe they are going for here as it comes across from outside as a restaurant but when inside, the feel is quite different. The menu is a little pricey and the pizza options were not as varied as I would have hoped. Be prepared for a service charge too, would have preferred to tip the waiter myself. All in all, a good experience.

Since 0 stars is not an option......Poor WELCOME and disorganisation!!!! Entered the restaurant and another party arrived just after but they were greeted first. I found that to be quite rude to be honest. THEN to add insult to injury they had no recollection of the booking I made on Open Table. I had a booking for 7.15pm and there wasn't a table reserved to accommodate my reservation. I found the staff unhelpful and not that apologetic either. Then they decided to add a chair to a table of 4 which obstructed the walk way. Also, the tables are quite close so sitting comfortably near people at other tables would have been a squeeze. Quite glad it worked out this way to be honest and looking at the menus the food is over priced! THUMBS DOWN!!!!!

The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and extremely fresh. They even obliged with a last minute request, providing a slice of cake and a candle to celebrate a birthday. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Enjoyed a lovely meal here last night with my wife and son. A lovely Italian restaurant tucked away on Preston Road. Beautiful well appointed decor with nice ambience. Excellent attentive service catering for our every, need even a spillage or two from our son ;) The food was delicious especially the Sea bass and King Prawns accompanied with a lovely bottle of recommended prosecco! Highly recommended 👌 👍

Authentic Italian. Lovely local restaurant, with beautiful decor creating a beautiful atmosphere. Been here twice already, trying the pizzas and pasta, and I have not been disappointed. I am sure to visit many more times.

We had lunch at Gusto today with a group of friends (6 in total). The restaurant is welcoming with beautiful decor and friendly service. All the food we sampled was delicious and very well presented. The seafoood risotto and penne with pesto and prawns are highly recommended. Good starters and home made desserts to finish off a great meal. We will be back!!
