Abbey Point Hotel in Brent

We stayed at the Abbey Point hotel mid to late October 2024. The check in staff were super knowledgeable and efficient, as well as friendly. They made us feel soooo welcome and comfortable. We selected the breakfast option, which was cooked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently positioned at the corner of Twyford abbey road, with easy access to a variety of tube stations: Park Royal, Hanger Lane (around 800m walk) and Stonebridge Park... (around 1 km walk)+ Buses in all directions and a view to the ionic Wembley Stadium. The manager and his staff were all on point. In conclusion, the hotel is very comfortable, clean and modern, with lots of amenities to make your stay pleasurable. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone...

We were very satisfied. The staff was nice, the breakfast was delicious and everything was clean. What more could you want? 🙂 If you want a traditional British breakfast, this is definitely the place for you. But there are also other little things to eat. You can check out the menu online before deciding on the hotel. The hotel is located near Wembley in an industrial area with good bus connections to the Underground. This then takes correspondingly to Westminster (approx. 1 hour). I also recommend taking earplugs with you. the street noise, but that's almost normal in London. 😉

Cosy, comfortable with friendly staff.

A very lovely hotel slightly off the beaten path. The room we had was very small but clean and recently renovated; the shower has good pressure. The hotel owners are very welcoming and are happy to help, the downstairs cafe serves tasty food with big portions and really good coffee

Stayed here for most part of a year now due to working in the area. Cant fault the place at all really comfy beds nice and clean and very nice food with good sized portions. Definitely recommend

Stayed here as we were going to the football. The staff were friendly and the room had everything you need and were clean. Only downside was all the boy racers racing up and down outside half the night but what can you expect so close to the Ace Cafe. Other than that had a lovely time and will definitely stay next time we are off to Wembley

Following a very bad experience in a hotel in the heart of London, we took this hotel room at the last minute. And we are absolutely not disappointed. The room in which we were accommodated was very clean, The cleaning lady had just redone the room And very well equipped, You can find a small fridge, a microwave and something to make a hot drink for the morning As well as 'a large connected TV. We did not take the breakfast option, but at the reception you can find everything for lunch and dinner without problem. Very good value for money. The only downside, given that it is a little out of the way, is that Transport allows you to get to the center of London in an hour, and you have to pay attention to the timetable of the bus which drops you off at the foot of the hotel. This is a place we will definitely book again in the future.

The only missing thing is, Hotel over 15 min away from Metro station.)) The rest is good.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff!, 24-hour reception, small shop with snacks and drinks. Good connections to the city via Stonebridge Park train station and the London Finchley Road Flixbus stop. Restaurant with long opening hours and moderate prices within walking distance. Breakfast selection is good and it tastes good. Towels were changed daily even though we only stayed at the hotel for a short time. Class. Very happy again!

We immediately felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable! Insanely friendly, day and night! Always up for a nice chat. The breakfast was great! Always freshly prepared and decent portions.. We will be happy to come back.

I'm a lorry driver and our main contract is with a local company. We park our trucks outside and go in for food , the food is excellent and value for money plus u get good portions

Good service, friendly and reasonable price

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are large and have a small tea kitchen. Bathrooms are new and modern. Rooms and bathrooms are really clean. There is a large selection for breakfast. The shop downstairs in the hotel is open 24 hours a day and offers a good selection of snacks and drinks. It's a good place to sit there after a busy day and have a drink, for example. A pool table is also available. The connection to public transport is very good, there are 2 bus stops in the immediate vicinity. In my opinion the price/performance ratio is very good. We will certainly come back again.

I chose this hotel because I didn’t plan to be in my room a whole lot during my trip, and a 5* hotel seemed unnecessary. Boy, did I make the right choice! I think this IS a 5* hotel. I ended up unexpectedly solo traveling due to unforeseen circumstances, and was wildly unprepared as I thought I’d have an English friend with me to take trains and busses. The staff at Abbey Point has been AMAZING. They helped me to find the stations I needed and by day two I was getting myself around with ease. They helped me book an additional night due to my changed plans - last minute - and honestly seem happy to see every guest, every day. I’m sure they have bad days, they are humans, but the guests would never know. The cafe on the first level is absolutely delicious and makes a great cappuccino. It’s a bit off the beaten path for typical London hotels, and I am so happy I found this gem. I will stay here every time I’m in London if I can. If you’re a traveler who likes to spend a ton of time in your room, it may not be perfect for you. But as a traveler who prefers to get out and explore while also enjoying non-touristy sides of town, it’s perfect!

The hotel itself is really nice and worth the price. My double room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. However, the location is not very convenient. It’s just outside London, nearly 1 hour 50 minutes from Stansted Airport, and far from most attractions. Very few buses serve the area. The room description mentions a view of Wembley Stadium, but you can barely see it—maybe just the arch, if anything. Lol.

The hotel is quite new and the facilities are decent. I would appreciate in case of an extra charge for a room with a kitchenette the kitchen equipment for this corner (plates, cutlery...) Microwave and fridge - OK The location of the hotel is around an hour to the center. Bathroom clean, hot water - OK Overall I was satisfied.

Excellent. Aircon, comfy bed, nice bathroom, 24hr bar downstairs. Large breakfast included.

Cozy rooms and affordable prices. You can choose what you want for breakfast and it is prepared fresh in the restaurant downstairs, the employees were able to adjust the orders to our needs. Food very good. The service was very nice and helpful. The only disadvantage is that you have to walk for over 20 minutes or take a bus to the metro.

Good hotel and great location. Carpark very small and nearby overflow carpark is expensive. Staff very friendly and helpful

1st time I have stayed at Abby Point, after years of going to the Ace and usually stay at a hotel chain hotel . When I booked in I had a slight issue , this was no means the Hotels fault . But my word Marina at the front desk went completely out of her way to help me on this occasion and sorted my issue out . I must say the staff are amazing so kind and so helpful. The rooms are absolutely spotless the hotel has a really homely feeling and to be honest you feel so comfortable and actually appreciated. Friendly kind and a great sense of fun from all the staff . Yes getting to Hotel can be abit of a pain due to a really crappy one way road system. The parking isn't to great . But the staff are happy to give up thier parking spaces to customers. What a service I will be staying here everytime now I go to Ace. As for Marina she is probably the best host in any hotel I have ever met she works her socks off . Thank you to the Abby team for making me feel like a friend you have known for years . 100% happy 😊

Pleasant and welcoming place, great small room but more than sufficient for its sleeping purpose, personal in the small room I recommend and I would come back

The rooms look nothing like the photos – old, ugly and disgusting. Completely misleading. Breakfast was greasy and tasteless, far from appetizing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

A hotel for the undemanding. Very clean. Staff pleasant. Breakfast normal. Location 45 min. from the main center. There is a bus to the metro from the hotel. Seamless connection.

Lovely hotel! Only downfall was the noice from the trading estate. Other than that I loved ir and perfect 45 minutes walk to Wembley!

The rooms are good for the price; however, when I first went in, it smelled really bad, so I had to open the window.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very tasty, you can choose from different dishes. Maybe a little more storage space in the room. The rooms were cleaned very well every day.

A great stay. The team were very accomodating and friendly. The room was of a good size and the Hotel hygine is top. ( we had a large room with 2 double beds in it. Coat hangers and a open shelving solution for cliths. Parking available as extra but a fare price. Close to several bus lines and a Tube station. We will be booking this again.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful people. We got an upgrade , and got a beautiful room with view on Wembley stadion. Huge breakfast, lots to choose, not only for guests but for lots of other people who want that. Dinner till 8 pm, and drinks you can get all night if you want!

For a great price, I honestly couldn’t fault it. There was a few stains on the couch in our room but it was very clean. The service was phenomenal, everyone there is so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was yummy. If we’re ever this way again we’ll be coming back to stay here. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel.

Decent concert stay over hotel. Nice hotel clean and good breakfast at Cafe/ restaurant below. Some portions were huge! Disabled may struggle as there were stairs outside the lift on our floor possibly making it a little awkward for the less mobile. Otherwise all good.

L'hotel è collegato malissimo, direi quasi non collegato. Minimo 25 min a piedi da tutte le metro, zona extraurbana con solo una fermata di bus.

Séjour de 3 nuits à Londres. Belle surprise concernant cet hôtel. Propreté irréprochable dans la chambre. Bonne literie. Hôtel calme et petit déjeuner copieux. 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la première station de métro. Grande surface à proximité. Micro ondes, frigo, bouilloire dans la chambre 👍Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerais avec plaisir lors d'un futur séjour a Londres.

Para nuestra estancia en Londres escogimos este hotel por el precio y buen aspecto que tenía y, finalmente resultó ser mejor de lo esperado: desayuno riquísimo, habitaciones totalmente nuevas y los empleados muy amables. Una pequeña negativa es que el camino para llegar a las estación era un poco largo (15-20min) pero podría ser peor. Sin duda volvería a Abbey Point si vuelvo a Londres ;)

The hotel is great. The food in the café is great too and at great prices. But today I ordered a warm cheese and bacon pita with fries and look what I got: (photo attached) lmao

Goed verblijf gehad in dit hotel tijdens onze citytrip. Het kruispunt naast ons hotel kan soms druk worden, waardoor er soms veel lawaai ontstaat tijdens de spitsuren (getoeter). Dit is goed hoorbaar in de kamer, maar 's nachts gelukkig geen last van. Dagelijke schoonmaak van de kamer, zeer verzorgde badkamer, maar ik ontbreek een haakje om je handdoek op te hangen en een plankje voor wat spullen op te zetten. In de badkamer is ook geen stopcontact of haardroger aanwezig. Voor het ontbijt is er ruime keuze, maar geen buffet. Je moet het eten bestellen en ze brengen het nadien aan je tafel. Goed ontbijt gehad. De hele buurt komt blijkbaar ook ontbijten in het hotel, dus het zijn niet enkel hotelgasten. Qua locatie lig je ver van het centrum, maar op een uur ben je met het openbaar vervoer in de stad. Aangenaam hotel voor een redelijke prijs, maar ik denk niet dat ik het direct zou aanraden. Personeel wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Rooms are good, my room was clean and equipped with fridge and microwave. However, there was a lot of noise in the corridors at night from other guests and constant terribly loud door slamming. Was put on edge by this. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Best Hotel in the area.. staff is very professional and helpful, specially Mariana, she's the best 👌 I think this hotel should be classified as the best hotel in the North West of London if not in London in general.. they have the best staff ever.. so helpful that make your life so much easier.. specially if you book for business with them.

Habitación : La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada y la cama es cómoda. Te dejan sobres de café, leche y unas tazas. Dispone de microondas y nevera. Fuera de eso, no sé el motivo, pero los pasillos tienen un olor raruno... Comida :Sobre el desayuno, no desayune ahí por lo que no puedo opinar sobre este punto. Tienen supermercado/bar 24h sencillo. Ubicación: Lo malo, es zona 3, 45-50 minutos hasta el centro. Sitios de interés cerca: hay un templo hindu que sin duda recomiendo y una cafetería llamada Ace coffee o algo así donde van grupos de motoristas y tiene buena fama. * Si llegáis por la noche, sobre las 19-20, prácticamente todo está cerrado así que si vuestra idea es cenar cerca, olvidaros. Espero que sea de ayuda y disfrutéis del viaje.

Stayed for two nights in December. The hotel and staff are lovely. Tim the night manager was particularly helpful. The room was described as small, but was bigger than expected with modern fixtures and fittings, and best pillows I've ever slept on in a hotel. The evenings were quiet, heard nothing of the other guests during the night. Breakfast was in with the room and cooked perfectly to order in the cafe/diner. Only a short 10 minute walk to the tube, quicker than getting the bus. Definitely recommend this little gem, and will be staying on my next trip to London.

Room was OK, hair on walls in bathroom. Didn't like the fact anyone off the street could walk in as the main door was open 24/7 although the actual room was secure.
