Great place for shisha and food, I've been visiting for almost a year and never had an issue

The shawarma was swimming in grill oil and was not cooked well. They were very late for us and placed orders for people after us while we were there before.

Lovely place the staff was super helpful specially the Egyptian guys hamada and saa”d highly recommended … you must come and try the shisha on the back of the shop … if there is space for more than 5 stars I would give that 😊

Came across this restaurant accidentally because I got too hungry after taking long walk during the cold winter. I ordered 1 Grilled Chicken and it came with huge portion, including rice/chip and salad all for £13 only! Since the portion is huge I only bought one for me & my husband to eat. The grilled chicken tastes really good, contrary to the older review. They also provide 2 sauces, garlic & chili, which taste heavenly good and fresh. I’m talking especially as an asian who is struggling to find non-bland food in the UK 😂 I guess they have significantly improve their quality over time, and I hope it will always be consistently good. The staff in the counter were also really friendly. I might be coming back again and order another menu :)

Food is delicious, I have been coming to this restaurant for many years but the problem is the level of cleaning especially the cutting board and the clothes of one of workers who is so friendly but needs to look after his look while serving customers. Thanks

I know this restaurant for years. I come here when I want a traditional Lebanese breakfast. In the review, I call it brunch because we had it at midday and it keeps us full all day. Super tasty Manakish, the best smooth houmous ever, fresh kibble ( with meat), traditional Lebanese falafel, pickles, mint tea, fresh fruit juice.... it has everything you want to take you back in time to Lebanon and the traditions of the country. On top of that, everything was very clean and the customer service was great.

Horrible experience. Food was taken from a freezer and reheated, was still cold at the bottom when served. Tasted disusting, utensils were dirty. Saw a freezer downstairs labelled "cooked food" which is worrying. Would never go near it again. Dont understand how they are operating.

Absolutely terrible. The utensils were unhygienic, covered in sticky black liquid. The meats were raw. The chicken was still cold when served. The food tasted like it was old and reheated from the freezer (but it wasn't properly heated up). Overall was a terrible experience and not worth the trip.

Friendly staff and value for your money (for 6£ you can get a huge falafel wrap and chips). The food is cooked well. I have never checked out the back but it seems like a lovely sheesha area.

Delicious meal. I had the chicken shish wrap which was large and very filling for £4.50. my colleague had a open wrap lamb dish which she clearly enjoyed. Nicely layed out restaurant with a smoking area out the back. Friendly attentive staff. I'm looking forward to going back!

The delivery arrived 1 hour late, we called twice and they hung up on us. The food is completely burnt but the chicken is under cooked. Seems like 1 week old food, disgusting. The food was freezing cold! The wrap has no sauce in it, just packed with salad. The driest food ever, we won't be ordering from here again! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

Terrible experience. I ordered a few plates with Deliveroo since it said on their Deliveroo menu that everything is gluten free. However since it is very dangerous I also called the restaurant to double check. Nobody spoke enough English to understand my question. So I contacted Deliveroo help and they assured me everything was in fact gluten free. Obviously when the food arrived EVERYTHING was full of gluten. Every piece of grilled meat was wrapped with normal pitta bread, fries were not gluten free nor the sauces.....this is incredibly reckless. Someone could get seriously hurt or even worse. We did not eat the food. We ordered a gluten free pizza from another place. Too bad I cannot upload a picture of the food

Delicious Lebanese food. I ordered food for 50 people for my partner's 40th birthday. It was all presented beautifully, tasted amazing and all the guests loved the food. There was so much food that my family took some home for the next day. The owner Nasser is very kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this place.

This is an amazing place that I found in Kilburn. Amazing food, fresh, and lots of diversity. I also must say that The owner is a very good person, always care about costumers and makes you feel like home. I highly recomend it.

Went to this restaurant recently with my family and it was absolutely great! The food was delicious and fresh, really nice atmosphere and great customer service! Really enjoyed with my kids, will be returning very soon!
