I placed an order on Saturday 29th March 2025 at 17.43 hours to the 339 Valence Road, Dagenham as on a google search this showed up as my nearest branch. My order no. 546978597 for 1 x Big bundle Deal of Pepperoni (13inch large) pizza; Meat Feast (13 inch large) pizza, mixed leaf salad, potato wedges, pepsi max (1.5L bottle), tomato sauce for 35.99 with breaded chicken strips with sweet chilli dip for 6.99 and ben & jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream for 2.99 - total of £49.45. An hour later I called the Pizza hut at 339 Valence Road, Dagenham on 02085981414 and was informed by the Manager Mr Abu that they did not have my order and they cover only the RM8 area, he advised me to call the branch that covered my postcode in 131 Broad Street, Dagenham on 0203 4174926 which I did, I gave my order number again and spoke with the Manager Mr Mohamed who after I explained I had been waiting fort over an hour, and had spoken to his sister branch, and needed my order as my kids were looking forward to entertaining me to a carpet picnic for mothers day the following day. He said my order was not there and promptly dropped the phone on me. I called back, Mohamed's colleague answered the phone and after waiting for 10 minutes, he came to the phone where I explained to him he had dropped the phone without telling me how I get my order which I now want to cancel. He said he had no log of my order and was unable to help me, I should either come down to their branch to sort it out or place a second order. I explained to him that the whole point of ordering delivery was because I was unable to leave the house and I had two small children so could not leave them alone all because he could not be bothered to look for my order or send me a replacement. I asked for an email address so I could send him my receipt, but was advised to call customer service. I then called Abu back at the previous branch, he called Mohamed to my hearing and asked him to look for my order which was unable to be found. I asked for a replacement again as now my kids were crying from hunger. I was told there was nothing he could do and to call customer services for a refund. I am so upset over the rude customer service I received. I have worked in customer service for various organisations and would never speak to anyone like or drop the phone on a customer..

Good afternoon, I had some meat and chips from this shop and was very bad. The chips very tough to chew. Also the meat had a bad taste was from yesterday I believe. Very disappointed. Will not be a next time.
