Subway in Barking and Dagenham

I ordered a Italian cheese and herb 1 foot long with turkey on the woman who served me put steak on it I don’t eat red meat whats so ever any way she changed it I thought for a fresh Italian cheese and herb with lettuce tomato’s and red onions only to find out when I got to my sisters all she did was scrape some of the steak off and put the turkey on top 😡so it all ended in the bin this is the worst subway I have ever been to and will never return how you can mistake turkey for steak I don’t know I wish I had taken photos before I put it in the street trash bin

I bought a samosa from sweetcorn stall. It was meant to be a chicken samosa. But had 95% onions in there. O it was gross

Ordered from Deliveroo vegan patty salad with guacamole, crispy onions, vegan cheese and salod. Plenty of lettuce however patty was cold, no guacamole, crispy onions. Grated cheese which is not vegan covered the whole of the salad I complained sent photo on the online site of the salads. When I realised I had only had a refund for 1 instead of 2 went on Deliveroo chat line and the photo had not saved on phone and they insisted on a picture despite it all being in the compost bin and box in recycle bin which showed evidence of grated cheese before I received a refund for the second salad So please be careful from ordering from Barking as we have never had problems with Subways anywhere else

I got a coupon from Subway which I tried redeeming at the counter. The staff got angry and she started shouting that I have to tell that before placing an order. If I have to say before then it should have been mentioned in the coupon. She said it cannot be redeem first and then she accepted once I said let me talk to your supervisor. Very rude behaviour and no respect for the customers. They need some training on soft skills. Avoid this store otherwise you will get disturbed with there arrogant behaviour. Thanks Dr Prasanth

Went in to the subway on Sunday 01-08-2021, server named drusti was in a hurry to get the order while I was still not decided what I want , she tried it for the second time I was still ready then she walked away from me when I was ready I was looking at the board and tried to give the order while I was standing in the centre, in a very rude manner she asked me to come to the right I moved to the right but body language was very bad and she kind of annoyed with me , i suggested that she should calm down at this point she started an argument with me . Argument was so bad her colleague had to interfere and takeover my order , I told her colleague that she need to be trained with customer service skills for which she interferes kept arguing. I asked drustis colleague if there’s a manager present make a formal complaint, drusti asked what do you want to complain about and she had the attitude that she don’t care about anything, when I asked her name from the colleague she jumped into the middle and start spelling her name to me and said I’m free to complain and she doesn’t care I’m a regular customer at subway never experienced such harsh customer service person
