Would rate it a zero if I could. Not good food at all. Don't come to this place.

Found a hair in the chicken biryani. Wouldn't offer a refund. Asked for a fillet burger meal instead for the same price of the biryani. Would not even give me a proper full meal. Wouldn't come back to this place

As far as I could tell, there weren't any problems and the food tasted good but not great

Worst food I have ever eaten. I will be complaining about the food and hygiene to the council as the food gave my children very bad stomach infection worst diarrhoea and vomiting. This place needs to shut before anyone dies of food poisoning. Never ever going back. Please avoid at any cost.

I have been here many times, and regretfully have to leave this review. The first month, food was great, no issues. Afterwards, I have had food poisoning or a stomach ache literally every time I ate here. I'm not exaggerating when I say at least 50 times. It's now absolutely wrecked my stomach permanently. The hygiene issues I see in front of me.. I don't want to start because I was a regular. I'm always surprised to see other regulars here. Maybe it's from the watered down mayonnaise/chilli mayo. Chicken often tastes rotten too.

Disappointed!! The attendant was confused. Got me the wrong and incomplete order. The menu showcasing at the top of reception is wrong as confirmed by the attendant himself. I ordered a chicken burger, Chicken meal, and a chicken wrap. Chicken pieces were refried. Bill was wrong and I had to ask to correct it. Not a good experience.

Ordered fillet burger, after faffing about a bit in the hot oven area, the guy gave me the tiniest fillet he could find in the batch . When I was given the food, I opened it and noticed the fillet was all cut up and not in one whole piece, and covered only half of the bun. I asked are you sure this is a fillet burger, guy was like oh don't worry that's how it comes. I took it as I was super hungry and it tasted ok, but not worth the money they charged for it. Not going back 👎

Never gonna buy anything from this shop, ordered Lamp curry in takeaway when open the box at home there was just the oil and onion mixed in lamp looks like a sauce. I would say never trust them when they give you takeaway order. They close everything at the back of shop and shows they have provided us a great deal.

Absolutely disgusting. They need to close the shop down. The wings smelt really bad and tasted very nasty. Don’t waste your money nor your time on this restaurant. Close this place down! If I could give it no ratings, I would!!! Very unhygienic too

Food was very dispointed got fries and nuggets the nuggets wore still frozen inside fries refried the shop is a hazard in its self never ever would I eat here again the staff are very rude and racist the shop is dirty and un clean too this shop should be shut down please don't visit this shop I would not even give it a 1* the only reason I gave 1*as it wasn't letting me post

Old stale fried chicken and re fried chips. I watched him just re fry old chips. Everything was dry and nasty.

Most digusting chicken shop all the food is so greasy the chicken is wrapped with greasy batter enough to choke on there was chicken blood still in the the fries like wooden sticks ,advice that customers not to go there had throw the takeaway in the bin.👎👎👎

Too much costly compared to other chicken shops and food is not fresh, they give old fries by putting them in the oil again, basically REFRIED. And the workers literally force too much to buy their stuff. Definitely NOT going and NOT recommending to go.

I visited this place with my kids on busy market day on Saturday afternoon we went in to this restaurant because was not busy, wanted quick lunch, we had quter pounder and 5 hot wings meal. Hot wings and fries was refried,. kids had stomach pain by the time they got home and I had stomach pain at the night time. will go back again. Please stay away from this place.

Repeatedly serving cold fries. Even after being told that they've done this they continue to do so. Make silly, flippant comments to customers. Charge for a drink on top of the meal price which includes a drink. Lacking in basic business ethics. What a shame for a place in a good location. Business owner needs to sort out the low standards.

Absolutely shamefull fried chicken. Cold tasteless and coating just fell off in two pieces. I think they get away with it because there on high street and get allot of first time customers. Actually felt sick and chucked it

Covered the whole chicken burger in some strange watery mayonnaise and the chicken fillet had a burnt ashy taste. Didn’t know it was possible to get a chicken fillet burger this wrong!

Food was rubbish and I ordered grill burger it's patty was so small and he put too much sauce and salad . Couldn't get taste chicken grill burger it's like salad burger . chicken wings is also cold and disgusting. Please don't waste money. And go there.

Reasonably priced but poor quality food Would not recommend

Eating in at this place is really nice and a decent experience, but the quality and service seems to be disappointing when ordering as takeaway, I went in for pizza and chips a few weeks ago and the food was really nice, but I ordered takeaway today and missing 3 portions of chips and quality doesn't seem as good for some of the items I did recieve

Positives: very decent prices, variety of food and customer service. Negatives: wings are dry and flavourless. Chicken fillet burger wasn't fully cooked and lacked flavour. Chips were re-fried and soggy. A real need to improve quality of food here and it could turn out to be a gem with prime location.

Hi I went to buy nugget n chips today my chips is cooked twice looks very greasy and rocky hard. Not fresh crispy chip at all. Nit happy with the service tookbabit while to make. But usually the guy gives me nice chips n nuggets today bot good at all. I am not going there again

I have had 2 bad experiences here, never again. The first bad experience I had was when I ordered a donner burger, I got the burger with just salad and no donner. The second bad experience I had was the staff they are soooo disrespectful fat shaming me saying I shouldn’t eat and making faces at me to show that my face is fat. They really upset me and made me cry.

Extremely bad experience. Was ordered food but received incompleted items and when asked them the guy was advicing to order more food instead of admitting their mistake and sort it out. never expected such pathetic behaviour from people over here. totally changed my concept. very very dissapointed and will never recommend anyone.

After a busy shopping, hunger striked. Found Deshy Grill nearby. Place was not busy so ordered a grilled chicken meal (for wife) and a lamb doner burger meal (for myself... Took 15 minutes for the food to be ready. I could have gone to Nandos and had a quicker service. The staff were more engrossed with the flavour of their conversation between themselves. Before leaving a staff told my wife he did not charge her correctly so required an additional amount and that he gave fries with the grilled chicken meal. We got home and wife found no fries with her meal. Only grilled chicken and a drink. While I started eating my lamb doner burger (very juicy due to volume of there burger sauce), I bit into a chunk and realised it was a small piece of a bone. Mistakes happen so ignored. After couple of further bites I bit into another piece of a bone. This time it was the size of a half frie but flat. Gave up eating the burger and threw the whole meal in the bin! The worst service, the worst food ever tasted. Very lucky the cuisine is in an area where there are no neighbouring grill/pfc, otherwise this place would have been shut down by now. A true example of poor food is from Deshy Grill.

NEVER EVER EVEN THINK OF ORDER FROM HERE if you health is matter for you !!!!!! Just ordered on Uber thought was good as the pictures was nice as make me hungry . But what’s arrived is soaked like man s....... We ordered new your burger with beef only and New York special burger and you can see what we get . I never ordered fries and they have sent 2 box of full on with oil ... I have ordered a pizza but I have received soaked paper with cheese oil what was cooked hours if not days ago. I have put all in a bin cost me nearly 17£ for 2 burger and a mini pizza which is a price of five guys burger . I don’t need refund just please use that money to clean the called restaurant ...

The portion is excellent! Taste is amazing. Really hospitable people and its Halal.
