The best restaurants in London

Piers (owner) and his team are very welcoming. We were staying across the road in an Airbnb with my 87-year-old Dad from Australia. We enjoyed chatting with the locals on several occasions for an evening beer or 3 and the Sunday lunch was superb, especially with the outdoor courtyard seating. Thanks Piers (Mac says to say hello to everyone) Cheers.

Lovely lunch with my husband today we sampled some of the new menu coming to Roy’s. It was a privilege. Such a lovely friendly and comfortable restaurant.. Great choice of menu and being a lover of sea food and fish both of my choices were cooked beautifully. My husband tried the new pizza recipe called a Panis. Really lovely light and very tasty. He also enjoyed the beautiful monk fish cooked to perfection… We highly recommend Roy’s, and have visited several times at different times. Never been disappointed..

The food was lovely, the restaurant atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. However, the waitress working didn’t have the best of customer service; she didn’t make us feel like welcomed. Everyone else at the restaurant were lovely, but we just wanted to leave as quick as possible. I don’t know if we will ever come back again.

Absolutely delicious sourdough breakfast with perfect poached eggs, spinach and mushrooms. Amazing ginger beet smoothie and fabulous coffee. Excellent friendly service. A real gem

Precioso lugar para una pinta. Cherry Batman. Muy limpio y bien equipado. No teníamos comida, pero la sidra es deliciosa. El grillo en la televisión fue un buen toque.

I came here with my friend as I had won a free Avocado on Toast for two on an Instagram competition. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles and even made recommendations to me on the drinks (as I was undecided what to have). I finally went for a tea latte, which was absolutely delicious! The Manager was there to help also and was interacting with customers. The Avocado on toast was amazing and very plentiful indeed! My friend really enjoyed it too! We are coming back on Thursday for more!

Been here several times before and have always had a great time. Went for dinner there last night and the food was amazing. Had the best Moussaka ever. Great service

This was our first visit to the Roman Road market, since lockdown and I was pleasantly surprised. We didn’t know Adam had left but the service was still great. Hot fresh coffee and really nice Staff. Now the market is starting to reopen we will start our regular visits again.

We went for a large group meal. So I already lowered my expectations but we had already pre ordered our mains weeks in advance. The table was booked for 19:30. A sharing starter platter arrived about an hour later. (Drinks took 30mins to arrive) The mains turned up after 10pm! Then the “sharing platter of ice cream” turned up and we were just given a spoon to all eat off the same platter. Very unhygienic. The waitress had a poor attitude when I asked for a plate. Yes most of the food was ok. But it was worth what we paid.

A wonderful evening with superb food and friendly attentive service. We shared 6 mezze dishes and it was an absolute feast of delicious fresh flavours. Washed down with delightful Lebanese wine. All in elegant surroundings.

Este salón está escondido dentro de The Price Akatoki y realmente es una joya escondida. Los cócteles son únicos con una amplia gama de sabores diversos. Los mixólogos realmente vierten su pasión en cada bebida. Tuvimos el placer de sentarnos en el bar y hablar con Mario y Daniele durante nuestra noche. Nos dejaron entrar en algunos cambios próximos y su lista revisada de cócteles que saldrá en unos meses se veía increíble. Como muchos licores japoneses, estos cócteles también persiguen la perfección. La diferencia es que, si bien están bien equilibrados como los espíritus japoneses, cada uno tiene una personalidad individual que brilla a través de ellos.

Coffee was ok shared street front with junk store which is kinda cool!

Generous portion with a free falafel to taste whilst you wait. Best falafel wrap I’ve had - freshly made, clean preparation site and very well priced. Highly recommend
