Eleven98 in City of London, Westminster

I really enjoyed the 9 course tasting menu - Aidan is an incredible chef and wonderful host, bringing Hackney and local, sustainable produce to life. The evening feels like a dinner party, where you meet a lot of interesting people. There were ice buckets on the table as well (in case you think your white wine will get warm!)

Great evening with local produce served in a gorgeous home setting in Hackney. Aidan tailored to my dietary requirements easily and without any fuss, which I'm extremely thankful for. Insightful commentary on the background behind each dish. A lovely 'different' dinner experience, but for all the right reasons :)

A must visit for any foodie! Absolutely one of the best things I’ve done in london. Aidan produces the most incredible fine dining menu from fully local produce and serves it up in a relaxing, informal setting. Because of this, you can really focus on the food experience and bond with your fellow diners. Easily the best meal I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend the experience highly enough!

Had the pleasure of being apart of an Eleven98 chef’s table and would highly recommend. Aidan is an excellent host and makes you feel very welcome. Each dish was delicious, love the unique idea of all ingredients being produced or sourced within Hackney. Aidan was more than happy to accommodate my vegan diet. It was interesting to hear more about the story of Eleven98. We shared the evening with friendly guests, enjoyed some fun conversations which all contributed to a great experience.

I really enjoyed the creative approach of Chef Aidan, whom I admire for his ability to source as many local ingredients as possible from local farmers and his own garden. I also appreciate his refined taste for hospitality and his very creative style of cuisine, where each part of the ingredients is respected to minimize waste and bring super local and seasonal dishes to your plates.

Great event with so much thought put into the use of sustainable and local ingredients. As a born and bred Londoner (although from the other side of the River) I was so impressed by the dedication to keeping things local. I love this as a a concept. Great hosting by Aidan making us feel really welcome. My highlights were the challah bread, the labneh, the brassicas and the french toast and Parfait

I’ve had the pleasure of dining with Aidan two times and really can’t wait to do it again! The food is incredible and the passion that Aidan has for his work makes it that much better. Every dish was delicious, beautiful and has an interesting story to accompany it. I travel to London for work occasionally and this is such a great way to enjoy the local flavors, meet interesting people and do something off the beaten path. It’s very comfortable to go solo since the group is small and there is great conversation around the table. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful evening. Aidan’s attention to detail in sourcing his ingredients and creating his dishes is next level. Felt like a dinner party, lovely setting in his home. As a fellow Hackney resident I loved Aidan’s passion for Hackney and its produce. Enjoyed the company of my fellow diners bonding over such a great gastronomic experience.

My friends and I had a fantastic lunch with Aidan, we absolutely loved the concept and his values on sustainability, but most importantly the food was incredible. The whole process was very easy, Aidan is extremely reliable and was always quick to respond, nothing was too much trouble in terms of various guest requirements and last minute changes and he made us feel relaxed and very welcome in his lovely home! Will definitely be back!

My partner and I had an amazing dining experience at the Eleven98 Chef's table supper club. Aidan is a welcoming host, passionate about promoting local produce and sustainable fine dining. The dishes were well balanced, delicious and introduced us to new new ingredients and flavours local to Hackney. I would highly recommend this experience and we will definitely be back again.
