Food is excellent quality and freshly cooked and hot! No complaints, my local chip shop! The staff are very hardworking and friendly people!

Brown Rice, far to many veggies in the food, not tasty, I had a Mushroom Foo Yong that was 50% full of bamboo shoots, House Special Rice was bland.

Just moved to the area and tried two other places. This was the best by far, and I will certainly order from Bengal again, very tasty saucy and very yummy

This is a regular eatting out spot and recommend to friends and family , food is perfect and it’s run so well . The manger is friendly and staff. have got to know the manger over time and he is soo lovely just a shame his having personal issues with someone who’s set out in destroying his rep because it didn’t work out and his moved on . Def would recommend and my kids love eatting there brillant priced and good deals . If u have a big family like I do def good priced and deals through out the week ❤️ Thank u to everyone at the red for making every visit friendly and good food and service and have made a lot of friends wiv other regulars

Worst pizza ever Chips were raw and tasted like cardboard, staff were very rude, pizza was burnt and didn’t give me the right selection I chose

The owner Mohammed hang up on me when i was waiting for 1 hour 30 mins, he said it will arrive in 10 mins time and ended it, I call again in 15 mins time and he says sorry. the food still doesnt arrive. i placed the delivery early [6pm] on purpose to ensure the food comes in time. Driver finally comes 2 hours 15 mins later, he says its not my fault the restaurant sent me to harpenden???? how is this my issue? poor service, poor excuses. who even delivers to harpenden which is a 15+ mile radius from the restaurant?!?!?!!!?!?!?

Food was 2 hours late the last time we ordered so we was offered 50% off the next time. Guess what 2 and half hours later and our food still hadn't arrived. We should have learnt the first time. If you're happy waiting 2 + hours then go for it as the food is nice.. if you get it. Although we was told it'll be 25 minutes more, it never turned up and we called them to say don't bother.
