Friendly staff,lovely seafood restaurant we ordered crab,mussels, prawns and oyster,fresh salads.definately worth a visit if your on the island

Didn't have any food but the drinks and atmosphere is 10/10

Went today with the other half and her Mother. Got to say the service was absolutely first class and the food we had was so freshly cooked and beautifully presented in fact the Spiced Parsnip soup i had was the best i’ve ever tasted. The Wine was lovely and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend and when back to see the Mother in Law 🤦😂 will definitely be back.

Friendly welcoming pub. Great food.

Took a trip to this pub today and wasn't disappointed. Upon arrival we were met with a lovely pink cottage type pub with low ceilings and original solid wood beams. A lovely roaring fire in the corner which made it feel very warm and cosy. We was welcomed by friendly staff and was served promptly. After getting our drinks we, went into the garden where we was met by beautiful surroundings which consisted of a small lake full of goldfish and ducks and a large seating capacity in the grassed area. Whilst sitting back and enjoying the sunshine, we ordered a delightful cheese and ham ploughman's which was just the right portion size. Ice creams were at the ready for dessert which went down a treat. The whole experience of visiting this pub was very relaxing, welcoming and pleasant. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely afternoon out.

Whether I have breakfast or lunch, the food is consistently up to a high standard. Today was braised beef and dumplings with creamy mash...yummy 😋 👏👏👏

Terrible service. Food average. X factor auditions taking place in the kitchen. Pretty poor all round. You can really see the staff don't care.
