The best restaurants in Thorpe St Andrew North West Broadland East of England

Very nice food. Nice atmosphere. The area is small so it can be crowded when busy (not when I visited). Prices are high and the portions are medium. As others commented, the main disappointment was £6 for a bowl of plain rice, which is over the top. Easy to find and good parking spaces. Recommend Tom Kha Gai and Chilli Kick Beef.

Just had dinner from this place and it was absolutely awfull. First time I've ever thrown away chinease but it was inedible. Plastic taste and all the dishes tasted the same. I would never go back even if they gave it free!!!

Probably the best chips I’ve ever had in my life. When I pulled up I saw the queue and knew straight away would be a good chippy. The queue went down really fast too. Lush chips. Will be back

I've eaten here many times and the food, service and atmosphere is always great. On my last visit, I had toad in the hole, which was very nice. I would (and have) recommend it to everyone.

Always good here for a takeaway. We've been rather a lot in the last 7 years or so of living in the area. We usually have the same thing, (Set meal for 2(B) ), always well cooked & nice & excellent value....& usually enough to have some for lunch next day lol! We have compared with others in the area, though for us, New China is the best of them. Xx
