2nd visit and another booked for Nov. Brought friends this time and we all enjoyed the fantastic food, can't fault anything. Can't wait to return.

1) Not enough the car park area 2) all the cloth with dirty things 3) too many tour inside this hotel 4) swimming pool too small 5) far away to the city, 6) clean up the room always to forget to change everything

Well worth the drive from the coast to eat, service was great as was the food. Crispy duck was delicious as was the chilli squid my husband had. Didn't go much on the cutlery, gold, bamboo shaped handles and flimsy but wasn't eating that . Hanging baskets outside were beautiful.

Party of 4 people. Service was terrible. Table booked for 19;00 waited for 2 hours for a main course , Spoilt a birthday celebration . Would have been appropriate to had been informed of the 2 hour wait on arrival . Will not return

Food is really good. The lady who takes the orders is really helpful and cheerful. The delivery man is an absolute credit to the business - always has a smile when delivering.

I finally stepped inside after passing by countless times. I'm delighted we finally made it, as everything was delightful: the warm service, delectable cuisine, and bustling ambiance. It was truly a pleasurable experience, ensuring this restaurant will become a regular haunt for me.

We visited Thailand in june and stayed in Bangkok. It was a 5 days visit.. The first day, we visited the well-known Bridge on the river kwai,constructed during second world war time, about 80 km away from Bangkok. This bridge is one of the important historical landmarks in Thailand.we also visited sticky water fall in chiangmai .It's a remarkable natural wonder surrounded by lush forest and vibrant nature . This allows visitors to climb directly through waterfall without fall.This is a first-time experience in my life.

Very slow service , mediocre food , very expensive for what you get . First and last time.

Awful food..just ordered sweet n sour as pork in everything..soggy unflavoured rice, sweet sour out of a ready made, prawns were completely flavourless.. couldn't finish it..didn't want to park in town..Next time I will..so so bad..for 23 pounds!!!

We booked a table for four and we were not disappointed. I had read the reviews prior and decided to find out for myself. The waitess was lovely, there was no delay in food being served and the food was tasty and well prepared. I had read on the reviews portion sizes were small. This was not the case at all ! Very impressed and very pleased as this was a very special occasion.

We were driving by the restaurant after dinner and decided to pop in for some Thai desert. The experience was extremely shocking when we were rejected the service as our order was below GBP25. When we promised to be back the next time when we were more hungry, the chef arrived informing us that he was not happy to serve us! They have literally chased us away with this poor experience. THE SERVICE WAS VERY VERY POOR WITH AN EXTREMELY RUDE ATTITUDE FROM THE CHEF.

Delightful, flavoursome food. Well presented and great service. Nothing was too much trouble. Vibrant and traditional decor with a great atmosphere and attentiveness.

I am going to book a table for January as we going with 3 friends of ours , so we look forward to this very much . Nice place to eat. The food is amazing and I would definitely recommend a visit. The prices were not as bad as I thought would be, which is a bonus. Plenty to eat and I even took some back home with me.

Food was good hot and fresh well presented but not the tastiest or authentic I’ve ever had. Would recommend the pork ribs. Coconut rice was nice. Thai green curry white milky and no spice. Everything we ate and enjoyed so it is hard to say, just have had better. Staff and service were great.

I have been passing this restaurant for years and when my girlfriend offered to treat me to a takeaway I was so looking forward to it. The delivery came on time, but to be honest, I wish it hadn’t come at all. I knew it wasn’t the cheapest takeaway available and I was so disappointed with the quality. The Pad Thai was tasteless and ‘gloopy’, we were expecting crunchy & fresh, it certainly wasn’t! I had Gang Pa Neur, ok, I’m used to Indian curries so was fairly amazed when I opened it and it looked more like a soup. I had enough beef to fill a British Rail sandwich snd then a mass of vegetables to fill it out, certainly not worth £13.95, In all a pretty bad experience. Maybe Thai food is not meant to be transported and better eaten straight from the kitchen. I will never know ad I won’t be returning!

Lovely restaurant to go for proper tasty food. Honestly can't fault the place. Other restaurants need to take note. Lovely welcome, superb service and amazing food. Yes it is slightly on the expensive side in comparison but i have never left a restaurant so content and it is absolutely worth every penny. 👍

Nice restaurant. Quiet. Good service. Tables are very close together so no sharing secrets! Prices are EXTORTIONATE !! if Im paying £19 for a curry I expect rice to be included not to be charged another £7 for it! The food was nice but there are Thai restaurants in Norwich (and an amazing one in Wymondham) where the food is just as good for a lot less money.

Was made to feel so welcome on arriving. Highly recommend the food so tasty and so much of it. Will be returning when we are next in Norwich. Accidentally left my handbag there and returned two nights later after they had called me. Over the moon with their customer service, so nice to visit such a lovely restaurant.

I live in Lincoln but we don't have a Thai Restaurant close by that can touch the surface of the quality of food and service at Thailand. So we are happy to travel to Thailand on all special occasions.

One of the best thai restaurants in Norwich!

Unfortunately there is only a small car park so had to park elsewhere, staff where lovely and very helpful food was ok the squid was so overdone it was like chewing a rubber band and for the price I expected a little better

I really do not think this restaurant has any right to charge such high prices. The quality is terrible. Our food last night came out so quick there was no way it was fresh! And the taste proved it. Our pad Thai tasted like it had sat there for hours. The menu is not authentic. The only positive was the service. Literally the only positive. Don’t waste your money. There is so much better take away authentic Thai’s in Norwich. Expensive rubbish.

Very authentic Thai restaurant, lovely atmosphere very quick and efficient service. Food was great with an extensive vegetarian and gluten-free options. We went on a Monday night and it was fully booked!! So book ahead

Had a great meal attentive staff worth a trip and every penny spent it may have cost a little more then others but it was worth it . Food good quality good size portions well presented. We will return regularly.

Have always highly rated this place, food really is very fresh and service great. Have had to knock off some stars though unfortunately because last time we was in we noticed that the prices have gone up even MORE! Which isn't good because it was high before hand so feel price increase isn't necessary and not realistic being in Norwich. Would make more sense if it was London or somewhere like that but a bit to much for Norwich I feel. Almost £10 for a bottle of still water. Absolutely crazy! Noticed restaurant was the quietest I'd ever seen to which can imagine is just unaffordable for people to go in now.

We visited as a group of four adults.. OMG £200 …. For Thai food…. £200!!!! The food was ok but nothing special and I love Thai food. Sad times….. I know restaurants are all suffering with costs and price rises but £6 for a bowl of rice!!! That’s crazy!

Food was very nice smal portions and very expensive.Had a starter each and main with a tea and lemonade £68. Set meal for 2 £90.00 would of been better value and probably a bit more filling as ended up getting a McDonald's on the way home.

We had the restaurant recommended to us whilst staying on holiday in Salhouse. Visited with my wife and 12 year-old son. I felt it was lacking in atmosphere (partly as its feels like being on best behaviour in someone's front room.) The owners obviously have a great pride in the restaurant and showcase its history and accolades. Personally I thought the food was very average and the starters quite disappointing for the money (Chicken Satay/Spring rolls.) We had two starters and three mains and the food bill was £80! £8 and £6 respectively for a bowl of fried rice and boiled rice seemed very steep. Drinks also a bit pricey - eg £5 for a 330ml bottled Singha. Came away £97 lighter inc drinks! Wouldn't normally write a review but its still niggling me a week later.

It's a nice place, nothing has changed in the past 25 years of going here. The food is very nice but it is very expensive.

Ordered three portions of curry along with portions of rice/noodles for takeaway; Cost over £50. The portion sizes were disappointing to say the least, with the curry containers only just half full. The food itself was ok. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t anything to shout about. The rice was quite mushy. The service was good. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time (actually a little bit early so that was good!) and staff were polite. Generally, I wouldn’t come back here or recommend it. It’s very over-priced for what you get and there’s better Thai’s out there for less cost.

Had a Takeaway Saturday evening for six people. Ordering was easy by phone and the meal was ready to be picked up on time. Choose a mixture of starters and six different main courses plus rice,everything was hot and very tasty.Having eaten at the restaurant in the past the takeaway was just as good as the food to eat in. Will definitely order again.

Consistent quality and excellent service

Ordered starters and main meals for my, my hubby and daughter and her hubby. Everything was spot on, absolutely delicious. Freshly cooked, not greasy, the flavours were amazing. Everyone loved their meal. I should've taken before photos, but am only left with 4 empty plates. Will definitely be returning.

I can’t comment on the food as we did not eat there unfortunately. The man behind the counter was so rude to us when we asked for a table not directly in the door. We had booked and were not walk ins. He had a shocking attitude, and upset us so much that we left. We preferred to spend our money at a friendlier restaurant………

One of our favourite restaurants. My wife and I have visited many times over the years and we have never experienced a bad meal, a bad course or even a bad mouthful! The food is first rate, beautifully cooked and well presented. With so many good things on the menu it is perhaps unfair to highlight just one but the "Pork Ribs Heaven" are a must on every occasion; little riblets falling off the bone served with a divine sauce. Tiny criticism/suggestion: maybe finger bowls would be a good idea with spare ribs? Like many catering establishments at the moment staffing levels are not as high as they were pre-COVID and as a result the service times are slightly (stress slightly) longer than before. But hey, you know what? Who cares! This is a classy restaurant serving classy food not a greasy fast food joint. Kick back, enjoy the ambience, have a beer secure in the knowledge that the food will be well worth the extra five minutes wait. Remember, you are getting quality Thai food cooked by Thai chefs not some mass produced burger in a bun. If you've never tried Thai food, think Chinese with 'A' levels. Start your journey here with one of the set meals. That's what my wife and I did some years ago and we've never looked back. Already planning our next visit!

Not bad but over rated. As a frequent visitor to Thailand I can tell you this isn't great food. Way over priced!

Not very impressed by a takeaway of Garlic Squid, Pad Thai beef and Pad Thai Prawn. There was shockingly little of the garlic squid (pictured). The quality of the beef was pretty sub-standard and was dry as though it was cooked yesterday. The restaurant were accommodating by refunding 1 dish, otherwise this would have been a one star review. Unfortunately this below par meal ruined a perfectly good evening.

Meal was good for me, I got the green curry, and I always love that. My husband was disappointed at the lack of vegetarian dishes though and less satisfied with his meal!

Well we thought we would treat ourselves and give them a try but ohhhhh such disappointment. When we lifted the lids off the cartons they were barely half full. The dishes look bland and unappetising and they definitely were both. My partner chose the Chilli Beef and myself the garlic chicken. Himself said you could barely taste the chilli and myself you could not taste the oyster sauce. We had a side order of bean sprouts. Again should have had oyster sauce and onion but they were tasteless. We Collected as only 5 mins drive away but it was barely warm when we got home. For £42 it was exceedingly overpriced and definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed- had thought about visiting the restaurant after COVID but this has definitely put us off.

We have been going to Thailand for several years now and the quality of food has remained excellent and consistent. This is by far our favourite restaurant. We are made to feel welcome on every visit, fantastic staff, beautiful environment and the best food ever.

Love this restaurant. Always constantly good food and now in lockdown the take away is just as good as the in house service.

Visited the THAILAND Norwich ,last night.Not been for several years,as moved away, Been for lunch a couple of times for excellent lunchSo was excited to go for dinnerRestaurant was very busy,good service.The duck was tasteless and sea bass,could have been any fish,the price on the high side.Altogether very disappointing,was much better and mush tastier,a few years back ,think that was there prime time

Have visited this restaurant many times and would highly recommend it. The food is always to an exceptional standard, plentiful and certainly not overpriced!The surroundings are wonderful with plenty of traditional atmosphere and the staff are always so courteous, friendly and helpful.I cannot fault this restaurant...and cannot recommend it enough.
