Some of best Chinese food I've had. The service was 10/10 from Clare on the phone who directed me through there menu and what would best suit me! Back to the food, it was fantastic and well seasoned. Portions were very generous and couldn't fault there food. The delivery of the food was also exceptionally quick and the food was still steaming hot. I would highly recommend going here if you are passing through or live in and around the area.

Thought we would give this place a try. We was recommended by a local taxi driver, Nepalese food is so tasty and a nice size portions The food was really hot and well presented, The service was excellent and very helpful. Nice decoration, Reasonably priced, Easy parking at the rear of the restaurant, We will be back.

Formal Complaint Regarding Supervisor’s Dear Costa Coffee Customer Service Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your Costa Coffee shop on south well road on 13/02/2025 at 6:50 am Unfortunately, the behavior of one of your supervisors was highly unprofessional and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. During my visit, I was subjected to rude and unacceptable behavior, including being shouted .This was not only embarrassing but also shocking, as I did not expect such treatment from a staff member, let alone a supervisor. The level of customer service I received was far below what I would expect from a well-established brand like Costa Coffee. Instead of a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. I believe that every customer should be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect, regardless of the situation. I kindly request that this incident be investigated, as no customer should have to endure such treatment. I would also appreciate it if you could inform me of the actions you plan to take to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. I have been a loyal customer of Costa Coffee and have always appreciated the quality of your service and products. However, this experience has left me very disappointed. I sincerely hope that my complaint will be taken seriously and that appropriate measures will be taken to address this issue. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Very nice cafe restaurant surrounded by nature.

Food amazing, always piping hot very friendly would highly recommend

I think this is the worst Chinese I've had. The dishes were bland but the ones that had flavour tasted off or strange. Really genuinely unenjoyable. My partner got food poisoning from the meal and he usually has an iron clad stomach. The lamb and pancakes was so gross I couldn't eat it. It was 80% fat and tasted off too. We bought a lot and most of it went in the bin. I also ordered duck spring rolls and there was no duck in them. The squid was not salt and pepper squid at all. It was just battered squid. Not spicy at all and very tough. The literal only thing I could eat was the side portion of curry sauce I bought and that is just powder and water.

Had some good points but overall disappointing. Lovely chicken pieces. Mushroom pilau rice lovely. Decent price. Sauce tasteless and watery. The sauce in all 3 dishes just didn’t meet the mark. A real shame.

Ellie was very helpful serving me today and assisting with menus and guiding me to the golden eagle website to use the allergen filter. She was very friendly and always smiling. Would 100% be returning and recommending to friends and family.
