Used to be a great restaurant, but the new management extremely rude, the quality of the ingredients has fallen, and the prices are ridiculously high. Don't try to speak with the manager about any concerns, as you will face a very rude response.

Have tried just about all the Chinese restaurants in the area, and this is consistently the best. Friendly staff, a really varied menu, and (importantly!) always excellent food. I usually drop in and collect, but on the rare occasion I’ve placed a phone order it’s been delivered quickly and always piping hot. Highly recommended.

I ordered online spent £30 on a munchie box and accidentally order 2 extra sauces They cancelled the order and said they tried to call me ! I called and asked when my money would be back in my account and why they did this and not just gave me 3 sauces ! The gentleman on the phone was very rude and said he didn’t care when the money would be back so I don’t know how I’m going to feed my kids until they return my money

We used to love Butterwick, when a store opens, it’s fab- the cakes look amazing and the store environment is really funky. However, our local store Northampton has gone downhill. We went in today and it’s starting to look shabby/tatty with paper notices stuck places and it seems dirty. Floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a couple of days and the tables were dirty with crumbs etc, milk stacked haphazardly in the fridge etc. it’s also really expensive. Such a shame as it could be fab.

Placed our order then waited 30 minutes to receive it. Upon inspection, one item was missing so drove back round to complain. Once we'd complained, was told to drive to next window where, after waiting a further 30 minutes we received the missing item, but, as we had been treated this unprofessionally previously, asked to speak to a supervisor. She was extremely vague when responding to our complaints so we asked to speak to a manager. This extremely rude individual, because we were asserting our rights as customers, accused us of being aggressive and shut the window on us. Most restaurants would give a refund for poor service but McDonald's think they're above offering good customer service because they're such a large corporation. They seriously need to offer their managerial staff more training when it comes to dealing with customer complaints

Ordered a takeaway.. couldn’t eat it as it was stone cold! The chips were uncooked and the curry sauce was like stodgy and freezing cold, fried rice stick together like glue!. Only decent item was the prawn crackers but how can you go wrong with them. Very dissatisfied.
