Cajun chicken pasta was ok. Sticky toffee pudding wasn’t the best, was quite hard and difficult to break apart

It would have been nice if the delivery driver did her job called restaurant a few times always same excuse the delivery driver food arrived Luke warm never again and this was my first time ordering from Zucca

Pasta overcooked and stodgy and salt and chilli chips soggy and drenched in sauce. Disappointed

But it was mothers day and i still love zuccas food. And it was still hot so im happy with everything. No negative here.

Enzo pasta was very spicy. I’ve had it numerous times but was disappointed with the taste. Chicken goujons were dry and the coating was overcooked. Pizza was average. I’ve ordered these items on numerous occasions and thus us the first time I felt .

Enzo pasta has some sort of spice/chillies through it tonight & we are unable to eat it..... very disappointed 😞

Super fast delivery :) Tones of pasta compared to bolognese and sauce :( Garlic bread was thin and dry and defo a pizza not trad garlic bread :( Poor value for money

Pizzas were under cooked bottom extremely soft and wet, always amazing from Zucca which was unfortunate. Order was £34.74 paying in £40 cash driver came to top floor flat with no change and felt obliged to give an almost £6 tip instead of waiting for them to travel to the car and back. Would have been fine if food was of usual standard. Hopefully better next time

Good atmosphere BUT be prepared- some diners are very LOUD after a few drinks ! Food tastes good- BUT a massive black mark for no cooked SALMON fillets on the menu! Our favourite food! Service is good-but as it’s always busy you need to catch passing waiting staff, but they’re all pleasant . Add SALMON FILLETS for a top review.

Pizza was tasteless and soggy, chips had no flavour bar spicy and were soggy as well. Really disappointed I won’t be ordering again

Despite having a text message from Just Eat telling me the order was ready to collect when I arrived I was told the foos was not there and would have to be cooked. The pasta was also cold.

Portion size?!? Previously ordered the sticky toffee puddings before as they are delicious but after tonights offerings I'll never order from them again. £6 each, child portion. Usually they are a chunky square from previous times ordered

Went for lunch with a friend.expected a tasty and appetising lunch, not so ,very disappointed with my pate starter and my pasta was just a bowl of penne with very little sauce.My friend ordered a minestrone soup which she assured me was nice followed by a stack of pancakes with bacon (which was hardly cooked .) just a mess on a plate..the garlic bread was a joke, Had not been for a while ,and after coming home ,decided I would not be in a hurry to go back.

Pasta was plan no flavour at all, cake tasted burnt.

There was an issue with my order BUT the staff were amazing and resolved the issue very quickly. The food that was lovely. I will definitely order again.

Went here before the panto at the Village Theatre. Food and service was really good and was very Christmassy in December. One thing we did point out, the same Xmas song was on repeat. "I wish it could be Xmas every day" 😓 they then changed it and another song went on repeat.... Was funny tbh. Would recommend 🙌

Driver was so sweet, even wished me a Merry Christmas. Which was lovely. The truffle oil and parmesan fries were amazing and the pasta was mwah! 🤌🏽 chefs kiss!

Service was extra-ordinary. Waiters took care of our food restrictions very well and were v accommodating. Environment and food was great too

Delivery moved more than twice by JustEat with food being cold and chips being soggy. Most of it ended up in the bin.

Chicken goujons were overcooked, dry and hard. Triple cooked chips were half cooked. The pizza was ok. Very expensive meal for most of it to be thrown away. As hungry as we were we couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed

The delivery girl was so kind and lovely, she greeted me and asked me how my night was which amazing! She definitely deserves a pay rise!

Was here on Friday 6th December. Service was terrible and main meal was sparse to say the least. Had the Seabass. It was a half fillet and brocolli was brick hard. Couldn't cut through it. £23 for xmas lunch. Defo not worth it.

I have not received my order at all, its not late it has not been delivered, confused why it states it has really disappointing I expect a full refund

Usually absolutely love this place, but pasta’s were very dry with next to no sauce at all, the Lazio pizza had hardly any pizza base sauce & the margarita had too much sauce & hardly any cheese, you would think for £48 you would be getting amazing food.

Very tasty hot food. Pasta delicious, tasty garlic bread. However I was very disappointed with the side of triple cooked chips. 6 chips in the box which is almost £1 a chip

food was ok. pretty cold, the breads never faired well with the standing time. usually enjoy the food from here, but a 2 hour wait for lukewarm food is pretty poor after spending £60.00.

the haggis bon bons and sauce absolutely fantastic tasting pizza was excellent but with the peppering a little sparse for my liking there was only around 8or10 pieces on the base that was the only let down I am all for making a profit but when customer satisfaction is comprised then we fail but will try them again with same order and look for portioning improvement.

Just been to Zucca booked as a last minute think. We opted for the brunch menu which was absolutely amazing. A huge brunch selection with something for everyone. We had the Stornoway stack and American breakfast, both of which were amazing. Everything freshly cooked to perfection. This is a must for a lazy Saturday or Sunday morning. Staff so friendly and attentive. We also had some carrot cake which was the perfect way to round off our brunch. Loved it so much we're booking for next weekend with the kids & grandkids ♥️

The best pasta & pizza I’ve ever had! Outstanding service, outstanding food and a very relaxed atmosphere. Amazing food & portions for the price, extremely reasonable!! Cannot fault this place at all. I will 100% be back!

Usually enjoy dinner in Zucca but not this time. My meal was just ok. My husband had stroganoff with more mushrooms than meat it. Had to ask waitress where our wine order was as by the main course we still didn't have it. Asked for more water and waitress forgot so had to ask again. All in all sadly I didn't enjoy my birthday meal.

Excellent food, nice atmosphere, really friendly and attentive staff. Couldn't fault anything.

Got the family deal & the pizza's were burnt black & truffle and parmesan fries just tasted like plain chips the mozzarella sticks & pasta's were great but quite disappointed in the pizza's no way they would have served those in the restaurant they would have them sent back

Friend had her graduation dinner there tonight 28th June. Lovely food and staff. Been several times for celebration meals and never disappoints.

ordered Cajun fries and there was plastic, as if from a bag or package or something inside. the pesto pasta didn't taste like pesto at all and was extremely oily. not sure I would order again.

Delivered in about 10 minutes, food was hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. Zucca never disappoints!

Pleasant dining experience. Tho long wait for meal. Obviously some issue ? in kitchen. Perhaps complimentary bread/ butter would have been acceptable. We were not in any rush this time but previous time did have a schedule as going to a show.

delivery took over 2 hours came an hour over stated delivery time...had to phone twice sated the food had left and didn't arrive till 45 mins after seeing phone call, food was cold

Pasta was ok but focaccia was quite salty. Needed to be clearer that cutlery wouldn't be provided. Requested a phone call on arrival but driver didn't call.

Garlic mayo missing from our chicken goujons, not the first time. Little mistakes but disappointing when you are looking forward to something. Love eating in the restaurant, just think the take away lacks some attention to detail.

Loved the cajun chicken pasta and the chips, pizza crust was a bit over done but I'd order a pizza again just not with bacon which was my sons choice.

Shocking tonight’s service! 2 hours wait to have order cancelled. Absolutely starving.

Food was meant to be delivered around 19:35 but didn't arrive until 20:40. My pizza was burnt and my daughter said its the worst pizza she's ever had the tiramisu was the only thing that was nice. This was the first time ordering from Zucca but it will definitely be the last will be sticking with Tony Macaroni.

I ordered a delivery from Zucca East Kilbride on the just eat app, placed at 18:55hrs. Order was confirmed and then stated that it would be here no later than 20:20hrs. We phoned the restaurant at 20:25 to ask how much longer we’d be expected to wait for delivery. To be told that the order wasn’t even made yet and would be a further 30 minutes at the earliest. The food arrived at 21:00hrs. This isn’t acceptable waiting over 2 hours in total. I’d like a refund. Thanks. Graeme

Normally would recommend Zucca but tonight nope. Ordered at 6:50pm to be delivered at 8:15pm got a call at 8:25pm to be told the desserts we ordered were now not available. We asked to cancel the order as it took an hour and half to be told what we ordered was available and food hadn’t even left the restaurant. We were told no we couldn’t cancel as part of the order was ready, girl on the phone then hung up. I called back to be told just cancel via just eat. Very disappointing tonight

Just had operation and had to stand outside for 10 min as driver at wrong house number and told me to wait outside in the cold no apology will not use again

I recently contacted Tony as our Club Hamilton ODC were performing our show All Shook Up at the village theatre and wanted to arrange a buffet for cast and crew inbetween matinee and evening shows on the Saturday. Right from the start Tony was so helpful in suggesting menus and choices and also providing information for those who had dietary requirements. Nothing was a bother and food was delivered on time by very helpful and courteous drivers. The food was amazing and our cast and crew were delighted with the choices and said what great value for money it was. I/we would definitely either dine or have takeaway here again. Top class as usual!! Such a good variety on the menu and really fairly priced as well. I got half pizza half pasta and they catered to my allergy by providing dairy free cheese on the pizza. Always such a pleasant atmosphere and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend!

Got a £38 family deal. Two pizzas, two pastas, two sides. Absolutely dreadful. Pizzas we're freezing, chips were soggy and tasteless. Worst macaroni cheese I've ever ate, well the three forkfuls I had. Just pasta in white sauce. So bland and tasteless I thought I had covid. Literally one of the worst meals I've ever attempted to eat. It should be illegal for food this bad to be served to anyone. Including delivery it cost over £40. An absolute joke. £40 in the bin.

Not ordered from Zuccas in ages, so glad I did tonight. Food was delivered on time and the delivery guy was lovely despite being dragged out in the rubbish weather. The cajun chicken pasta was as delicious as I remembered it being, my partner really liked the pizza too. Good wee deal on and proper comfort food in the terrible weather.
