Premier Inn Glasgow (Hamilton) hotel in South Lanarkshire

Good location, nice and clean room. As expected and described.

They do not make up your rooms or provide new towels if staying for 2 days despite reminding them. No drinking water supplied in the room.

I always come for afternoon brunch 😋 and never disappointed. Thx

We stayed here for a few nights as a base to explore a bit of Scotland. The immediate area is a little run down but the hotel was clean and modern and all the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend.

First time staying here. Great to see its still a pub too. So able to get a pint when I wanted, not just 6 - 10pm. Staff in pub were great, very friendly. Wasnt the best mixed grill Ive had at a beefeater but ok. Premier Inn was great. Only downer was charge for parking £6.10 for 24 hours.

Great hotel. Perfect location right off the motorway and close to city without city prices. Beautiful restaurant downstairs and close to lots of amenities within walking distance

As always it's nice to start on a good point, location is great if your wanting something local to the town center and shopping complex litrally a 5 minute walk, lovely friendly staff on arrival. Checking in was simple and easy given 2 room keys (always a bonus) Beefeater attached to hotel great for food and drinks, booking essential as these rooms usually fill up fast so restaurant seems always busy, food was standard no complaints, the only downside is the room layout, we choose to stay in a family room with having 2 teenage children with us however what we got was a standard room with a extra bed and a fold up bed wedged in-between, this left absolutely no space what so ever for anyone to get into bed without climbing up from the bottom of the bed, fine for some but unfortunately I am unable to do that due to disabilities. I feel if you are going to charge extra for a family room at least make it a family room not a standard double with extra beds. 4 people trying to get ready in a confined space causes issues.

Misleading advertising. Photographs of the rooms do not correspond to what they offer in reality. You cannot make a complaint at reception without being accused of being aggressive. Family rooms that make you feel like sardines in a can.

The hotel was good too with good continental breakfast every morning.

Checked in with one year old child instead to put a baby coat we hade single bed ,asked to change beding on 4th day as little one was sick went out for 2 hours on return beding hast been changed

Easy to get to, close to shops, only downside was that the bathroom extractor fan either wasn’t working or isn’t strong enough to clear the bathroom of condensation quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful though!

Premier is as premier does. Comfy rooms, amenities fine. Parking is to pay for at this hotel, Presently £6 for 24 hours, so it's best to sign up for the parking app, as the wardens were around. Beefeater breakfast good, if you like cooked breakfast. Dinner be warned, it's chip tastic, so if staying a few days and dining in-house the menu is a bit limiting. That said, a good stay for work. Location is easy to get to and out for the motorways and into Glasgow.

Issues with card encoding. Staff helpful. Attached beefeater lacks decent Aircon or they don't use it early enough and their alcohol license does not permit you to take alcohol and sit outside.

Been twice before and it was good. Saturday nights however it's too busy. Staff struggle to keep up. Very busy and WAY too noisy. Avoid.

Despite the fire alarm going off during the night twice, it was an alright stay! Quite a newer premier inn so you don’t have to worry to much about the standard being too “old fashioned”

Favourite for family Sunday Roast Unfortunately when we arrived for our 5.30pm dinner was advised the RoastBeef was finished but there was some chicken or lamb available Disappointed we ordered from the menu Meal was nice but not outstanding. As always staff were professional and attentive.

Food is so bad, very disappointing.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms of a good quality. No issues. You'll need to pay for parking and it can't be done through the hotel.

Great service. Staff have been trained to a very good level. Polite and go out if there way to help. Have healthy options including a gluten free menu.

The room was nice and clean and the restaurant was very good. Would love to stay here again.
