Zorbas in Suffolk Coastal

Had a really good 3 x Zorbas Special takeaway from here tonight

me and sam sittin in your car park rn and we eating this raps and they are dank

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken got 5 bits well over done couldn’t even cut it 😞 and live 5 minutes away the chips were stone cold and cheese not even melted. So sad won’t go back

First off I ordered 3piece chicken and chips and they gave me boneless (the picture outside clearly shows the leg/breast piece. Second they asked me to pay £1 for sauce. I pay £8 for a meal and they tell me sauce is extra charge like bro sauce is included in the meal. Thirdly their chicken is dry and tastes like b-tec KFC. The fries are good tho and good drink selection

We've ordered from her a few times now. The food is nice but due to a language barrier we got an order that was wrong. For some reason they put chilli sauce on a chicken kebab when we asked for garlic.. the owner apologised and gave us a free kebab the next time we popped in.

Very generous portion sizes, never been disappointed over the last year or so.

Absolutely amazing kebab / pizza shop. The chicken is incredible and the pizzas are amazingly tasty, especially consudering the price. The staff are incredibly friendly and I often find myself have a casual conversation while waiting for my food. Seriously recommend

Small kebab shop. It is what it is.... nice enough service, food good.

This is our most used place for Kebabs. They do pizza and other fast food also. They are always pleasant to us.

Gets worse everything you order . Sloppy. Greasy and unedible

First time customer - and last. When unwrapped the doner kebabs were just meat (and not much for a large). No salad. No pitta bread. No sauce. Limp half dead chips.

Frequent customer. The food has gone down hill within the last few months. Man on the phone when ordering was very rude and hung up on me. I had to ring back to amend my order as he failed to do it properly. When my food was being delivered I got a call asking what number I was... He had put the wrong number down. Food was stone cold, chicken kebab was dry and cold and pizza was burnt & cold that it had to be reheated. If it wasn't for the fact we had spent a lot of money I'd of chucked it straight in the bin!(where most of it went). The only good thing was the delivery driver, he has always been very polite to me.

Best fried chicken in the local area. Great team and deliveries always on time.

I ordered an hour and a half early and they cancel my order 10 minutes after it was meant to arrive and then it takes up to 5 days to refund you. Disgraceful customer service.

Lovely staff and good food at a good price

They are rude, don't inform the customer about the delivery process and cost, they just add it to the bill with out saying anything. When asked about it they are rude and said they are busy and that's it and put phone down. Only use them to collect as a RIP off.

The food is always hit and miss, Zorbas is generally quite good, but the Framlingham Zorbas tends to be below the standard of the other Zorbas takeaways, hence why it only gets 3 stars and not 4.

Initially ordered and took 40 minutes to arrive, fine, the childs meal was missing called and was told would be sent straight out, a hour later it still hadn't arrived, girl on phone not very helpful did say we could have credit for the children's meal next time we ordered but didnt even take a name. Will be extremely reluctant to use them again.

Staying at carltonmeres caravan park.Waited nearly 2 hours for a pizza just for it to arrive burnt, my partners kebab meat was black n dry, so after 2 hours and £25 we ended up having to buy a rustler burger from the holiday shop. Never again!

Even gave my boy £20 when he was born and a bag of sugar when the shop was closed. The people are absolutely fantastic as is the food. Best kebab about

Had a problem with our order. Called up the shop they replaced it fully within 10 minutes was hot and lovely will continue to order from them

We usually order from here and no problems but today we got told that 1st of all it was £26.50 and then when the man arrived he told us £28.50 but then he said dont you worry if you dint have it which is spectacle then second of all my chicken wrap had a black hair in it I am very disappointed as usually it's good

Out of town era havin a kebab on the way home - large lamb shush - £8. -absolute bargain. Try this place - it will not disappoint. Lovely

Disappointed. We’ve had lovely food from the team when we lived a bit nearer 13 mins up the road. We gave a tip of £? for a £30:00 order Only to be told we were charged £4.00 for delivery. We were not told of that charge on ordering which I do feel would be a reasonable ask! Chinese it is next time.

Top notch food made to order. Plenty of parking in the Co-op with a cash point near the entrance. Pizza is excellent and kebabs are so good. My new place for a take away.

Food was fantastic bit a little bit slow

I called up asking for a couple of pitta breads and salad, along with chips with cheese and 1 doner kebab and when I asked how much I was told £33!!! Complete rip off! Framlingham pizza and grill all day long guys

Having just moved to area told this is best takeaway, having order my family dinner got told wait outside (no-one else waiting) they came out with my order and dropped it on the floor telling me "your order" no thanks or anything. Got home and some of my order wasn't in bag when I called to say they told me I'm wrong and all my order was there and I'm lying then hung up. Sorry never again am I going to this place

Great selection of kebabs and pizza good value highly recommended.

Everytime I've order they without fail get it wrong. I never get my drink, and never get the mayonnaise in my burgers. Disappointing as my friends speak highly of you.

On a few days break. Decided place looked nice. Ordered a Lamb meat in naan bread. Staff said “er you mean wrap?” I said ok and paid said £4.50 in change. Whilst awaiting food I decided to order a portion of chips. Staff said I could order the special so I’ll get a drink. I said how much? “Another £1.70”. Ok so I tried to pay and staff said I hadn’t even paid for original food?? I tried to explain I only had a certain amount of change in my pocket so I knew I had already paid but the staff talked in a non-English language and argued with me!?? I said I wasn’t trying to rip them off but I had genuinely paid for initial food. They eventually said just pay the £1.70 and I had no drink. Great service guys!!!! 👎🏻NOT! I shall definitely NOT be recommending this place. Disgusting service 😠👎🏻 Avoid!!
