Zizzi's in Tower Hamlets

Gran comida y servicio en una ubicación encantadora. Siempre ha sido uno de nuestros favoritos en Londres. Solo negativas son algunas ofertas de descuento de Zizzi exentos en este restaurante debido a la ubicación.

Este restaurante está en uno de mis lugares favoritos de Londres: los muelles de Katharine. Es la segunda vez que cenamos allí y Zizi nunca nos decepcionó. El ambiente es cálido y encantador, el personal es profesional y amable y la comida es tan buena como siempre. Cenando con la vista sobre los muelles es tan hermoso. Incluso en invierno. Volveremos de nuevo!

Fantástica ubicación con vistas a la calle. Muelle de Catherine cerca del Puente Torre. Terraza sería un lugar perfecto para comer en una noche de verano. Amistosa camarera. Su pizza de venado era muy bueno - grande y lleno de sabor. Mi pasta de langosta estaba ligeramente sobre cocida y un poco sosa, pero la porción de gambas reales era generosa.

Ambiente molto piacevole, personale gentile. Piatti italiani molto modificati rispetto ad altri ristoranti italiani, e non sempre specificate le modifiche nel menù. Arriva qualche sorpresa di abbinamenti discutibili ma in generale il cibo è di qualità.

La comida y el servicio eran buenos. Los 3 estábamos apretujados en una mesa en una esquina y con las grandes tablas de madera con pizzas rústicas puestas, estaba muy apretado, preguntado si podíamos movernos, pero aparentemente no. Además, no se puede utilizar Blue Light Card en este restaurante.

Even though the restaurant was quite full we managed to get a table for 10 of us with no reservation. One of our group has a nut allergy. We were blown away by the attention to detail given to her and her order. Even her glass had an "allergy" sticker on it. Our food came up promptly and every ones order was correct. All of us loved our food including two very fussy little dinners that stated "this is the best food ever" The staff were friendly and helpful. We were a little apprehensive at first as we have had poor experiences at other Zizzi's but St Katherines Dock restored our faith. A really lovely lunch and highly recommended

What can I say…. As soon as I sit down, a bird decided to let a dropping down on me. I had to ask for stuff to clean my jacket twice and was spoke to I was joking Onto the food. Abysmal no taste. The staff live in a different world and come across like their cocaine . Asked 4 times for the bill and was waiting 15/20 mins since first request. Even went to the till were the drinks were made and the bar lady looked at me like I had 2 heads. Over priced and awful place.

Entre, main and a dessert for 24.95 which we thought was very reasonable for the two of us. It was plenty of food when combined with an appetizer and drinks. We had the Piggy pizza, bruschetta, and lemon cheesecake, along with Mac and cheese appetizer. Our server was busy with a large group but once we got her attention she got our food quickly. The only downside was they didn’t take cash.

We were welcomed and guided to our table. We sat and we were not attended for over 20 minutes. We were about to leave when I managed to grab someone attention. We ordered. The food came cold “ish’ to the table. We were drinking the most expensive wine on the menu when the empty bottle was put on the ice bucket upside down nobody noticed, nobody asked if we would like another, again we had to asked to be served. Lacks attention to detail, lacks engagement with clients. Not good.

This lunch was organised by me as part of a family day out. For the 3 children, it was their first time in London. I thought that Zizzi’s would be perfect as there was something on the menu to suit everyone and actually, the meals were good and reasonably priced BUT!! The children and my niece went upstairs to use the toilet facilities to be greeted by a horrible sight and smell. All of the toilets were blocked and unusable When my niece came downstairs to politely complain, the waiter just shrugged and told her she shouldn’t have gone to them because they were closed. No apology!! No sign to say they were closed or to direct customers to alternative facilities. No means of washing hands before eating - luckily we had our sanitizer with us The visit did leave a bad impression of Zizzi’s and we won’t be going again. There’s plenty of other choices of where to eat!!

Called in for a meal 1 evening. Ordered a meal each and a bottle of wine . The meal was put in front of us within a few minutes not even giving us chance to take in the atmosphere and drink a glass. The food was decent. Gave 3 stars because when i was given the bill a 10% gratuity was added as an option on the receipt....however the girl who put the contactless payment machine had added it giving me no option to remove it so for that reason i made her remove before i paid as i thought that was rude.

had a lovely lunch with my partner today, friendly efficient service, and really nice tasty food, we sat in the sunshine and watched the world go by.. really nice relaxing location in St Katherines dock, the nice young lady on reception was super friendly and welcoming. looking forward to another visit...

Really nice food. The kids pizza was very tasty but slightly blackened around the edges. Would expect this from a thin pizza but an autistic kid definitely did not so it got avoided! Waitress was lovely on greeting, and very friendly. However, trying to pin down a waiter between food being dished out was slightly difficult. Very friendly towards children, even toddlers, which was nice.

Booked a table for a 70th Birthday meal for 4 adults and 2 children. It was our second visit to this particular Zizzi and it was even better than the first. We were running late and called them to let them know and it wasn't a problem at all. Service was great. Used Tesco vouchers without any issues, which made the meal great value for money. Lovely location and beautiful views. Everyone had three courses and everyone enjoyed everyone that was served. Delicious! Would definitely return!

Out of the "chain" restaurants, Zizzi is definitely our favourite. The menu is vast and always something different to try. First time visiting St Katharine's Docks and would definitely visit again.

Ho ordinato una peperoni campagna che prevedeva come ingredienti : funghi , peperoni e prosciutto. Mi è arrivata una pizza con il salame piccante ho chiesto che mi venisse cambiata poichè non era la pizza che avevo chiesto. Mi hanno riportato la stessa pizza aggiungendo il prosciutto ed i funghi ma lasciando il salame piccante. Ho fatto notare che la mia pizza non prevedeva il salame piccante ma i peperoni. L hanno riportata indietro per l ennesima volta e senza rifarla , hanno tolto il salame piccante ed aggiunto i peperoni. Conclusione: mi hanno cambiato tre volte la stessa pizza che ormai aveva preso il sapore del salame e non degli ingredienti che ci sarebbero dovuto esserci... poco professionali!

We called in Friday evening without booking to be seated straight away. Staff were very friendly and ordered within 10 minutes of arrival. Food came which was absolutely amazing and really tasty. Joined the Zizzi club on there app and got a free main course! Would definitely recommend!

I honestly had one of the nicest dining experiences I’ve had in years here. The manager Justina was so attentive and friendly, I was incredibly impressed. Our waiter Bahador equally fantastic. So eager to help, polite and quick service. We came for my friends birthday and she really had a brilliant time. I often dread visiting chain restaurants but I’ll be back for sure. Food was also delicious. Really can’t recommend enough.

Great restaurant to take in the surroundings of St Katherine's Dock. A hidden gem right in the centre of London.

A weekend in London and decided to eat here due to the lovely location on the dockside. Booked in advance and allocated a 90 minute time slot! The service was good but hectic as it was very busy. I ordered salmon pasta which wasn't available ( but salmon Risotto was!) So I hastily had to chose another dish thinking the pasta with meatballs would be fine.... the meatballs were basically mush and looked like dog food had been stirred through the pasta. My husbands "special" pizza was a huge base with a minute amount of topping. The final insult is they automatically added a 10% charge to the bill without pointing it out or asking if everything was OK. WONT BE GOING BACK!

It has been many years since our last visit, this is still a special place to go, the outside seating is a great place to eat - the food and service were great - the place always seems busy so either book or just take your chance at the door

We stopped in for a quick drink and appetizer. Great service, lovely inside and the patio looked great too. Food was delicious. Hope to go back for a full meal before leaving London. Bonus - prices were very reasonable

Wrong order twice ended up just having dessert told the waitress I had an intolerance to olives she sent back after two forkfuls I saw the olives , also table was broken the waiter said he couldn’t fix it we had to hold our drinks , they ate complacent as quite busy with out door space , although the waitress was hive and felt bad for the order being wrong , the manager was very unhelpful wouldn’t find us another table which didn’t wobble , he thought he was doing us a good service by not charging for the awful salad I didn’t eat .

We have visited this restaurant before and had a great meal so decided to return whilst visiting London. We pre booked as we knew it gets very busy. We were greeted quickly. Service and food was good, only criticism was my husband ordered the signature beef and chianti ragu and to be honest wasn't worth £16.75 we paid for it, small portion and hardly any beef.

First time at St Katherines Dock Zizzi... Was not disappointed...lovely setting, friendly staff and delish food... We really enjoyed it here... Would we come back if we were in the area.. yes of course!

Firstly the food was really nice ... the service was a little hit and miss when we went started off ok then dipped, even to the point where our food came and we had no cutlery, to be fair as I got up to get it myself I think the waitress realised she had just left the food... we were not offered any further sauces etc ... What upset us was another table that arrived after us seemed to be over run with service and willingness to attend their 'wants'! ... I ended up saying something to the manager who obviously gave a great 'reason why' but to be fair apologised ... suddenly we had a different server and oh my goodness what a difference .. Location is stunning we were lucky with the weather, as I say food could not be faulted and they did rectify the issue with service which is all you can ask thank you very much

Es waren nicht alle Speisen auf der Karte vorhanden, bei der Bestellung hat die Kellnerin technische Probleme mit ihrem Buchungsgerät gehabt und daher ihr privates Handy zur Hand genommen um sich die Bestellung zu notieren. Kurze Zeit darauf wollte ein weiterer Kellner die Bestellung aufnehmen, dabei stellten wir fest, dass die Bestellung doch nicht vollständig war und bestellten ein zweites Mal. Die Speisen wurden nicht zeitgleich geliefert. Der Salat wurde ohne Dressing geliefert. Auf Nachfrage nach dem Dressing, gab es nur die Antwort das man aktuell kein Césardressing hätte und Essig Öl anbieten könnte. Der Boden der Terrasse war mit Müll übersäht und insgesamt kam das Personal sehr unkoordiniert rüber.
