I love top pizza specially tandori lovers I always ordered and takeaway tops pizzas I give 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠

The pizza is tasteless the guy didn’t put all toppings that comes with the pizza ,service is very bad the guy served

Really bad customer service wanted to order food they started shouting at me saying I should use my phone to calculate the price and the guy at the front his breath stinks

Good honest independent local takeaway pizza. Tasty, friendly, fresh, generous toppings but not stupidly overloaded. Also a sensible price for just 1 pizza - so many places only make sense if you buy way too much food that you wind up binning. The receptionist at the Premier Inn said ‘opposite Dominos and way better’ and he was right :-) I’ll be back…

A year ago, I had ordered a pizza from here on Deliveroo. When the pizza had arrive the delivery driver was very inappropriate and commented on me. As well as this, the pizza wasn't good.

Shop opens at 11 but the guy telling me come back in 30 mins. Also there’s a sign to scan and review for free drink, I done it and showed the guy he told me the offer isn’t available anymore. Why have the sign advertising free drink if your not doing it anymore and why open at 11 if your not ready to take my order until 11:30

One of the first places I've ordered from where they have delivered every single item I asked for. So polite over the phone and the food is hot and delicious. Definitely a very safe and good choice for a late night munch!

PERFECT PIZZA AND STAFF IS VERY COPORATIVE

I pulled up not expecting much, but man... that first bite hit different. Crust? Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Cheese? Stretchin’ like it owed me money. Sauce? Tangy, rich, and seasoned just right. And the toppings? They ain't shy with 'em either — every slice was loaded. This ain't no basic chain pizza. This that “call the homies, grab a box, and post up” type of pie. I ate one slice and was already planning my next visit. Real talk, if you haven’t tried TOS Pizza yet, you sleepin’.

Ordered food over 95 mins ago. I'm being told it's on its way for 45 mins. It's now marked as delivered when it's not been delivered. Totally unacceptable service over the phone. Arguing with me, interrupting me and being extremely rude.

Been waiting nearly 2 hours for food that I'm being told is on my way. Apparently not possible to sort a refund. Im being told it's also been delivered when it hasn't. I've experienced extremely rude staff over the phone telling me to wait. Interrupting me, being belittling me and completely unhelpful. If you've apparently "been busy", don't take on more orders.

Omg, never been. I been to a takeaway where staff argue with customers. Before I get into that. The pizza I got 2nd time 1st was an online order, and the second was this in store was poor and tasteless. prior to that, it was not so bad. Use to order every month as the area was low on halal pizza. Now that's changed completely unsatisfying, the taste and quality are very poor. Placed order at 5:30pm to collect 7:00 pm told it would be ready by then. Got there, and I'll end up waiting 25 minutes. There's excuse was it ramadan. I understand that, but then don't tell people to come and wait inside a tiny little shop pure principals. Then he has a full-blown argument with a friend. If mine you've nevere owned a restaurant you dont know how it is that. really, it's a pizza takeaway shop, not a restaurant, so go educate yourself on that. Then he goes to me, "Did I order from this place before? I'm like yes every month." The absolute disrespect of customer service is disgraceful. I like to give shop with lower stars a chance but to see this 1st hand in front of other customers is the reason why it has 3 stars. In my opinion, it's far too generous 1 to 1 and a half max. I'm I going stop ordering from here. Absolutely that £500-£600 a year going to another takeaway. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Very cheesy pizzas. Could have upgraded the quality a bit but I guess a standard chain. Staff toilet doesn't have soap but they kindly let me use it. They give people a free soda for a 5 star so probably why so highly rated

Pizza is tasteless with burnt edges and the toppings taste bad. Worst take away pizza I’ve had. Dough hasn’t been rolled out well with holes in the pizza followed by very expensive for what it is. Plenty of other good pizza providers out there with this r/s led the worst I’ve had in London!

Brilliant place, receptionist at Premier Inn said go here instead of Dominos over the road. Guys in Tops were brilliant, pizzas really special. Sorry about the photo, it doesn't show the pizza great, but you can see my son George is really enjoying his pizza ❤️

Scam business. They’ll mark your order as delivered when nothing even arrives and then act clueless. Workers are uneducated and can’t even speak English properly. Was a cash order so luckily nothing was taken from me

Top pizza is not just the brand it's the top quality pizza I found in my local. They need to improve behaviour with customers, I don't mentioned their name but staff were at service desk between 3pm to 3:40pm on 31st Dec 2024.

Food did not arrive. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I never received my order. The delivery guy delivered only one pizza. I never received my tandoori pizza and BBQ chicken wings! I called the restaurant who said they’re too busy and never got back to me regarding delivering the rest of the food.

Deliver didn’t come up and the food wasn’t cooked fresh felt like it was all dry normally I don’t have a problem with there food.

Pizza available even so late at night , good and fast service as well
