I have lost count how many times I have ordered from this store. I am probably there most regular customer without a doubt. There food is amazing. But today the service was an absolute joke! And I don't say this lightly. On the app I asked for the pizza to be deliver at a certain time, this was because I was going to be home at that time and not before. They then arrived early to my house. I called the store and the worker said that it's my problem. Who does he think he is. It's not my problem that the company app doesn't work. Why does he think he can talk to people like this. This is the last time I'm buying anything from here. It's takes a lifetime to build a reputation and a second to lose it. Congratulations to you guys.

The service was extremely poor. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. When I asked about the cancellation policy, he literally yelled at me. He questioned why I hadn't read the cancellation policy on the website before placing my order. Seriously?!
