First experience last night at Panas and it was superb! The service was spot on and food gorgeous. The chef tweaked my meal as I wanted something Nepalese that wasn’t on the menu and I could not fault it. Ambience is also great. Value was great. Will definitely return

I can absolutely recommend Panas for their lovely service, delicious and rich food, and value for money. Our first visit was just before Christmas 2023. It was lovely to see the restaurant get busier as the evening went on, eventually to a full house. With this in mind, the staff were on top of everything, keeping a great level of service to the table and their warm manner towards everybody. We were pleasantly full and managed to take some of our leftovers home with us. We had a selection of well-flavoured dishes, particularly enjoying the Panas Chicken starter, a couple of the Biriyanis and various curries. You could differentiate between the curries as well. Sometimes you'll order 3 or 4 different ones and not really get much variation. Not so at Panas! We had such a warm welcome, incredible food and a delightful night that we returned again in February for a birthday meal. Not only all this, but given the London-outskirts location and the level of food and service, we thought prices were very reasonable! Parking is available at York House Car Park across the road (a 1 minute walk) and I think prices were reasonable for the evening (if not free?) Can't wait for another excuse to visit. Thanks Panas!

Delicious meal, great service, highly recommend

I came here for second time after a while it completely changed think under nee management. Nice ambience friendly staff food was delicious overall it’s awesome.ofcourse weekend live music was add on. I strongly recommend.

I visited the restaurant with my friend on last Sunday. 1. The service was amazing although they was fairly busy 2. The host were amazing at the Bar and waiting area 3. Dishes we ordered was the best food I have had since Covid ended..my friend also said the same and confer with all of above and below.. 4. We were surprised that we were given complimentary drinks Weldone Guys! Oh Nepalese dumplings were delicious!

Four of us visited here after the Harlequins Big Game. We booked the table beforehand and glad we did, as the place was super busy. Lots of staff and a reduced but very tasty menu is a great idea, as the food was really nice and served very quickly. We had the goat curry which melted in the mouth. Service was superb. £32 per person was good value. We'd happily return here!

I had the Chicken Lasun khursani Curry as a recommendation by the staff. It places in the top 5 curries I’ve had so far. Nice atmosphere and very friendly service.

NOT INDIAN AT ALL. They are Nepalese restaurant, their food does not remotely match the Indian food. I don't know why these people sell anything under the Indian name.

Best Nepalese restaurant in the area and is run by lovely people. Food is always delicious, I recommend their Khukuri Chicken curry. Prices are very reasonable too! When dining out in the restaurant, it's the little details such as small appetizers, hot towel just adds to the lovely experience.

Service is impeccable and food is good and gives the nearby Indian restaurants a run for the money. The paneer starter was new and interesting. The butter chicken was creamy.The Panas lamb and lamb grilled were cooked right. There are Cobra beer and Everest beer on tap too. Worth a try in a Nepali restaurant. We will be back.

They have more interesting dishes on their menu (as well as the usual curries) - all beautifully cooked. Rounded off with the theatrical touch of their 'magic' hot towels. Service was super too.

Disappointed! Chose this place based on the great reviews but just can’t understand them? The chicken tikka masala was bland and flavorless, just tasted of coconut. The sag aloo was too salty and had a strange chemically after taste and the onion bhajis were soggy and dripping in oil. I don’t like writing bad reviews for a local independent but feel like they could do better and don’t want people to waste their money. I only ate a little on my plate and the left overs all went in the bin. Maybe there is a different chef or something as I don’t understand why our food was so bad when the reviews are great?! The man who delivered was friendly at least

The most delicious meal we have had in a long time. We have compared multiple restaurants in Twickenham… this equals if not exceeds the most expensive. The food was wonderful and the staff fantastic. Can not recommend more highly (also great atmosphere with good music and lighting.. great date night local )

1 year on and the food and service is just as fantastic as before! One of the best Indian/Nepalese restaurants I've been to ever! Delicious food, some unique curries I've not seen elsewhere and fantastic service by staff. So accommodating to our 6 month year old son too and just great service. We came all the way from North London and we'll be coming again!

Ordered chicken tikka masala, received plain chicken covered in tomato soup. We ordered on deliveroo and we had honestly never seen or heard of a worse CTM. I'm not being dramatic when I say it was the equivalent of plain chicken in a can of soup. The chicken tikka was lovely! Shame they didn't put the same amount of care and flavour into the masala.

First visit on Match Day, firstly the good stuff : The food was delicious. Great attentive service. Great atmosphere. Bad Stuff: Match Day Menu with overinflated prices compared to normal Menu to rip off supporters. The Match Day Menu listed drinks that were not available. The Match Day Menu detailed dishes with chilli logos to identify strength of spicy food, however there were lots of errors on the Menu. Would visit again but definitely not on Match Day.

Love Panas. Great Indian food. Do some deals during the week. Definitely worth a visit if in Twickenham. My favourite is the lamb chops for starters.

Can’t say much for the food but their staff are always outside shouting on the phone, slamming bins around and being a nuisance late into the night or really early morning setting the alarm off. Really need to think about surrounding residents.

I went to Panas with my partner. As we entered, we were welcomed by Manager with a smile. Very good hospitality from the staff. Ambience is nice and pleasing. Coming to food, we ordered starters and curries with naan bread 1. Apollo fish and Chicken momos were awesome and they became my favorite 2.We also tried Chicken Shahlik which was also good. It was like a sizzler. 3.Tried Lamb Chops Curry for the first time and the curry was yum. Lamb chops were very tender and was made authentic Indian style

Panas, top choice for authentic Nepalese food. I really loved the tandoori prawns and lamb tikka. so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The lamb madras was spicy and flavorful and the egg fried rice was the perfect accompaniment. Service was attentive and friendly.

Lovely restaurant with fantastic staff and service. Honestly really lovely people and the food was fantastic too. They even offered us a complimentary little starter too which was just the icing on the cake, will definitely be back and recommending to friends. :)

We are fairly regular visitors to Panas and it is now my favourite curry restaurant in Twickenham. The menu has a range of classic traditional Indian curries but also a great selection of Nepalese dishes as well. The food quality is excellent and I'm a particular fan of the lamb tikka fry masala. The staff are always friendly and welcoming to us. There's a nice atmosphere in the restaurant even when it's a bit quiet. It's also great that they have a kids menu which is quite unusual for curry restaurants. Our boys always have the kids korma and rice, which is a very generous portion. I definitely recommend Panas and we will be back again soon.

Lovely authentic warming Nepalese food. The waiters were friendly, attentive and helpful and directed us towards some delicious traditional Nepalese dishes which were just divine (lamb tikka was to die for)! The restaurant took a bold step several years ago offering an international cuisine with table top barbecues. It created a bit of an identity crisis. It's now reverted to a purely Nepalese restaurant where everyone knows what to expect. And the food is excellent, served with style and charm in a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Every meal here is a treat.

Friendly, attentive service and really good food too, a new favourite of ours. Comes with nice little details like complimentary nibbles. Tip: the white marshmallow-like things served with water at the end are in fact hot towels!! Definitely recommended.

The food and service here is incredible. We celebrated a birthday here last night and the staff were so kind and attentive and made the evening feel so special. The value was also so good. Would 10/10 recommend this place!

Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff who help you through the menu and of course delicious food.

What a wonderful place to eat. Service top notch and the food waves of spicy flavour. To start they brought out a complementary appetiser that was a crispy ball filled with herbs and you then pour in a small glass of tamarind liquid and pop the whole thing in your mouth. Wow! What a fantastic little experience! Then I had the chilli garlic mushrooms. Once you squeeze the lime over it the dish comes alive. Great flavours. For the main I went with the Chicken Khukuri with a garlic naan. Again a great choice. And as a final last nice touch they bring your hot towel out on a purpose built serving plate and add the hot water to it at the table. Great food, great service, great experience.

Best curry in Twickenham and it's not close.

Lovely ambience, tasty food, the complimentary appetisers were fun and service was personlaised even though they were very busy. The food tasted fresh, which justified the slightly longer wait time. Will go again, and highly recommend- try their Panas specials when you visit!

What a gem, we normally walk around looking for a table or pop over to Richmond, but I booked Panas because of the reviews. I wasn't disappointed the service was fantastic, the food was amazing and the restaurant is well decorated and very 'good time' orientated. We will definitely be going back it was by far the best place we have been to in Twickenham.

This was easily the worst curry I’ve ever eaten in my life. The staff are useless, inattentive and down right thick. I have never seen anything like it one of my party fell asleep it was so horrible. All in all I hope no one ever has to eat there again. If I could give it no stars I would

...long waiting to get serve: order drink and get serve was ok. order menu, then start arrived 15mins later. main dish arrived +hour layer after start, we has to ask mutilple time what's going on, always same answer "will arrive in 5min..." is you dont have time, dont go there. We sadly had to make a cancellation at really short notice this evening due to the storm Eunice. The staff were really understanding. We’ve already rearranged our curry night and look forward to getting in there soon!!

We had a great meal here. Service was top notch, they couldn’t do enough for us, our water was kept topped up and we felt really looked after. They gave us a few extras that we didn’t expect which was very nice including hot towels at the end. Food was very good and decent portions. It was warm, spacious and comfortable inside. We will definitely come back.

After our disappointing meal the night before at tandoori restaurant up the road on previous night this was a very welcome contrast, would have awarded more stars if I could. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was full of flavour and very well cooked, probably the best curry I've had even in India and Pakistan. Sadly we don't live in the area, but if we visit again this will definitely be top of the list for dinner.

The menu from the outside looked good but when we walked in, they had ‘special menus’ as the rugby was on at twickenham. A king prawn curry without rice was £19 and tasted like a tomato sauce. The service was shocking and the waiters didn’t know what they were doing. We wanted to have a nice time but it was obvious they wanted to rip us off, which was quite a shame

First time here. Small limited menu with everything done really well. Good quality condiments with the poppadoms was a good sign to start. Service was friendly, but slow as they were a bit understaffed on a busy Twickenham rugby day. My favourite curry house in Twickenham.

Fantastic food and exceptional staff. Booked a family lunch for 6 adults not knowing there was a match on at Twickenham. Despite this we were able to order off menu with out issue. Every dish was immaculately presented and all tasted wonderfull. The Gurkha curry goat , Lamb Madras were delicious and the Kathmandu Aloo was a real change from Bombay. So good to find an Asian restaurant with some fine dinning touches, the treat and mango sorbet, with prosecco, between courses was well received by all and something rarely seen anymore. Can't wait to return for a full dinning experience. A bonus for those living locally is they can also get takeaway meals.

Nice place but when I informed them I was vegetarian they still sent out complimentary canapes with meat, had a duck spring roll on my plate.. it was disappointing as we've had quite high expectations judging by the decor and the menu
