Tops Pizza in Richmond upon Thames

I have ordered from top for years and I got treated so rudely by Isra on 1st March I have downgraded by may orders to 1 star and will never order from here again. To the owners I would say you should remove rude staff or you will continue to lose previously loyal customers.

I have been eating their pizza since 2022 but still I didn’t wrote anything about them,this is kind of unjustice to them .Honestly i loved their pizza ,i tried different branded pizza but they are the best among all of them 🤩. And the environment of their shop as well staff friendly behaviour always gives me plesure to go there. Recommend 9.5/10 🤩🤩🤩 Good luck tops pizza richmond …

First time in the area. Walked past them and have not eaten pizza in many months. Ordered a pizza with some of my extra toppings and they did not have garlic. That being said the pizza was actually quite nice. Place was very quiet, and service was prompt. Cannot complain too much so worth a stop over.

We order meal 4 for and we receive 3 small pizzas and 2 very tiny garlic breads. Don’t call it medium then if you are not sure for the names of your products.

I like Tops Pizza. They have a good range of different toppings that feature a rich taste. I get the 3 blend cheese with peri peri chicken and mushroom & tomato. I enjoy this pizza as it’s my favourite order. Tops Pizza has a very differential sauce at its base. It’s full of flavour. It’s kind of sweet and savoury in a tomato type of way unlike many other places. I find as it’s unique; it draws you are in more to get a pizza from here. They usually deliver in good time too - There are two Tops Pizza’s in the area - I prefer ordering mine from the 381 Richmond Rd branch in Twickenham as they appear to have more consistency in producing the quality that I like in my pizzas. Amazing pizza. Went in at 4, was quickly greeted and I ordered. The pizza was ready In 7-10 minutes which is nice as I like my nicely cooked and not rushed. I ate everything and left no crumbs. The after taste was good too as it left me full but not sick full :) came here before at 1am was perfect too, I’m happy I found this spot.

Mashallah...Very good but once forgot to give my sweet corn so I was very disappointed since I love sweetcorn. But overalls is a very good delivery services and the pizzas is delicious so I will recommend it it a very good place.

I am sadly moving away but this tops pizza has been a constant in my flatshare - we absolutely love their pizzas (and the fact they’re open until late). Uddin in particular is an absolutely lovely human being who deserves a shout out and is always smiling whilst delivering a great service, and is honestly why we keep coming back.

Great building and excellent food. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the toilets were very clean.

These guys took over 2 hours to deliver a pizza. We ordered at 6:15pm, food came at 8:50pm. When I phoned them to ask where the pizza is, he gave me so much attitude. ‘I told you it’ll take 45 mins just wait’ - it had already been over an hour at this point. This guy either can’t tell the time, or thinks I can’t tell the time. When I corrected him, he just said ‘no 45 minutes’. Make it make sense !!!! When the delivery driver came he handed over the pizza an hour later and was also so rude ‘I don’t care if I’m late, if the pizza is cold give it back I don’t care’. These guys desperately need to learn some manners, basic skills on customer service and time management. The pizza was OK, (by this time we were starving anyway), they were stingy with the toppings (why?!?). Also their medium pizzas should’ve been classified as small. These guys need to take a chill pill and relax. Otherwise you’ll lose customers, like me. I’ll be going to Domino’s next time. All the best with the time management lessons- maybe a New Year’s resolution.

On the 30.09.2022, I ordered pizza for my daughter and a group of her friends… this order pasted the 1 hr delivery time, when I called they said 10mins more, they never showed, I called again 10mins more and agin they never showed. So I had to go to ll Gustos in St Margaret’s and order more food, as Top Pizza in Richmond we’re now not answering the phone and no sign of arriving. Then 2hr 1/2 later it arrives, I tell the drive we no long want the order as it was so late and I had order food from somewhere else. He threw it at me and said it’s not my problem!! When I called for a refund, they refused, they said we will give you a side for free!! Absolutely Disgusting customer service, rude and arrogant. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM TOPS PIZZA RICHMOND!!! There are plenty of other nice place to get pizza from!!

Ok, my review is based on at least 5 years ago BUT it was my go to pizza place when I lived up there Quick service, and always hot on delivery. I am sure it was a vegi hot att with extra jalapenos and black olives.

Basically I live in Luton but I went to London Richmond for couple of reasons and it was taking a little bit longer then accepted, for what I was feeling hungry then I went out and found the Tops Pizza this one, Added more I gave order American Hot Pizza and takeaway,, The taste was very delicious then accepted, Especially manager behaviour was Pretty good and too punctual..... next time if I go to London definitely I will go to this shop "Tops Pizza" and take the same one,,, if anyone ask me what number I will give them out of 10 for everything I will say 12.

They delivered the wrong pizza and refused to refund claiming that we contacted them late. I don't see the point as we don't have to consume the product straight away, do we?? They were also very very rude on the phone. They don't know what the customer service is. I've never seen such a reaction here in the UK.

We are usual customers of Topps Pizza for family night movie takeaways - their cheese stuffed crust, American hot pizza and scrumptious BBQ wings are to die for. But what made them really special was the pizza delivery for the birthday party I organised for my son. Despite a really early order right at their opening they diligently came in earlier to fulfill the order on time! Personal touch from the manager in store Uddin made the whole thing easy to deal with! Thank you

The person on the phone was a man and he was very rude he dont haven't knowledge how to speak with with thier telephonic customers. He should need to take traning from thier superior this was happen 3rd time with us. Every time we just tolerates them but this time he has refused to take order and he was just arguing with me Everytime we order n say we want chicken halal and its comes in our duties to informed what we want from restaurants if we dont say them . I have been a regular customer for over a year and although Topps pizza do tasty pizza’s, they NEVER deliver on time when using the Uber eats app. Last night they were almost 40 minutes late. When the pizza finally arrived, we had already bought another pizza from another company (thinking Topps had forgotten about us) … the cheese and the toppings were stuck to the box, the pizza was cold and we were incredibly disappointed once again! In the past when we have called about the significant delay in our order (not talking 5 or 10 minutes here!) the lady on the phone was rude and said “it will get there when it gets there”. The food is good and I’m not one to complain, but the delays, the service and the consistent delay in delivery times means I will no longer be buying from Topps again! I hope the management can look into these issues so their customers aren’t left with the same feeling we have been after ordering - sheer frustration and a sense of being consistently let down!

We placed an order at 00.30 and said delivery would be between 20-30 mins. It has gone 2.40am and have rang them numerous times and said the driver is on its way! If you could not carry out the order be straight forward rather than mess us around! Poor service . Would not use again ! Avoid delivery .

Terrible service, staff not properly trained. I called at 5:15 made an order and at 7PM staff is saying the driver is on the way. At 7:05 they have advised the order was not placed yet due to issues. Unbelievable

The lady working at the front has some sycological problems. Very rude, desperate, with long nails not hygenic at all but unbelievable this shop has 5 star on hygiene rate.

We order from Topps regularly, My son has just come home from UNI, we asked him what he wanted for his evening meal, he wanted Pizza, we have always used Topps and been happy. Tonight, on the one night that would have been good if it had run smoothly, we have waited over an hour for the delivery. We have have rung twice and been fobbed off twice with them saying the driver is close or on their way. Please, never ever believe their timings, be prepared for orders to reach you much later at times, will seriously re-think who we use in the future, has made a family moment very disappointing !!!!!!!!!!!

I called to order for delivery all absolutely fine, until it came to payment! For some unknown reason to me when giving a card expiry date that runs out in 2023 the man on the phone kept telling me it was out of date! CLEARLY NOT! I then tried another card with him which he then tried to tell me was an invalid card number, it is literally my business account used every single day, NOT INVALID! I then told the guy to forget it and hung up to order from else where. This idiot then decided to call back not once, but FOUR TIMES to shout at me and give me abuse for hanging up on him. Absolutely outrageous! I’ve never known anything like it!!! Only stopped Calling me when I threatened to turn up in the store!!
