What a JOKE!! Ripping us off are we? Deliveroo just refunded me my entire order for this absolute joke of a medium pizza. Guys turned up in some 4x4 and handed it over. It's literally a cheap Iceland supermarket pizza!!!! Medium my backside (put my hand over to show the size) and quality is atrocious. Stick to dominos or pizza hut. Let's hope this tribe is put out of business soon.

always amazing service everytime i come in, especially from Uddin . food is made to a high quality and within 10 mins which is perfect for my lunch break.

Just went today orderd a pizza and its was 10/10 delicious amazing service !!!

Some of the potato wedges looked as if they had been cooked 3 times. The potato skins were pretty tasteless and the ribs were mostly fat, so not very pleasant. The sauce was tasty

Yh I liked your delivery person because they apologised for being late but my ice cream was lowkey no where to be seen.

I ordered two pizzas with extra toppings and a portion of bbq chicken wings via deliveroo on Saturday. The total came to £41.86 (including deliveroo fees). The chicken wings never arrived and the pizzas didn’t have any of the extra toppings I paid for. I contacted deliveroo straight away and they said there was nothing they could do. I don’t understand how an order could be messed up so much. I paid £7.99 for wings that I never received and paid extra for toppings that were missed. So I ended up paying around £40 for two standard pizzas. Shocking customer service from both Tops Pizza and deliveroo.

Came all the way up to my door even though it took 2 flights of stairs. Food was yummy and still very warm.

I have been a customer for quite some time now in the East Twickenham branch. The service has always been extraordinary, food is spectacular. The chicken bites and pepperoni pizza are to die for in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Food order was delivered correct and hot and the courier was polite and professional.

The wings are not breaded nicely. When ordered they came burnt and the breading doesn’t not have any crunch it’s very soft. Wouldn’t recommend them. The pizza however is always of good guality

This is something you (shouldn’t) order when everything else is closed. It’s sbi, what else would one expect? The dough, ingredients, baking… This is pretty much what you would call anti-everything that is pizza or Italian food.

Gluten free pizza base isn’t too bad, customer service via phone has been pretty bad on 3 separate occasions at this point when trying to order in, someone has put the phone down.

I have ordered from top for years and I got treated so rudely by Isra on 1st March I have downgraded by may orders to 1 star and will never order from here again. To the owners I would say you should remove rude staff or you will continue to lose previously loyal customers.

First time in the area. Walked past them and have not eaten pizza in many months. Ordered a pizza with some of my extra toppings and they did not have garlic. That being said the pizza was actually quite nice. Place was very quiet, and service was prompt. Cannot complain too much so worth a stop over.

We order meal 4 for and we receive 3 small pizzas and 2 very tiny garlic breads. Don’t call it medium then if you are not sure for the names of your products.
