A very nice place to enjoy food with nice service.

Waitress Marie made us feel very welcome. Good food with lots of veggie and gluten-free options.

We came for lunch before the theatre, food was great, really good and friendly service from Marie.

I’m not really sure but the vibes were so weird or just something was so off but took some nice photos and the food was alright. Desserts are amazing 🤩

We eat here quite regularly and the food is always lovely but today, Zizzi, you lost our clientele because you insisted on seating us squashed up with a load of other noisy people, although there were about 15 free tables on the other side of the room. You should give people the choice.

Katalin who was looking after us tonight was absolutely amazing. We came in to quickly have something to eat as we were rushing for a train. Katalin was really understanding. She has served us drinks, food and bill in really good pace. We have managed to be home on time.Katalin was extremely professional, kind, polite and friendly. Early dinner so was quiet. Total time in restaurant 20 mins!! Only had drinks and mains but food so quick no way was it fresh and dangerously hot as reheated. First time in a Zizzi and won’t be back. £49 for 2 mains and 2 soft drinks. Optional tip added and charged me without question. Was expensive for the time we there and very rushed

Muy pobre. La persona original que nos conoció fue muy servicial, pero eso fue el final de los positivos. Teníamos a nuestra nieta con nosotros y pedimos del menú bambino para ella. Pedimos el zumo de manzana en el menú infantil, y una pizza. El menú venía con palitos de pepino que son sus favoritos, así que eso fue bueno. Llegaron las bebidas y las patatas fritas gratis, y luego nuestra red y su pizza. Tuvimos que perseguir el arranque, que llegó unos 10 minutos después. Pedí la pizza rústica, pepperoni, y fue como comer cartón. Apenas había queso en la pizza, y una porción escasa de pepperoni. Si eso fue triple, me alegro de no haber pedido el sencillo. Luego pedimos la factura, ya que no había señales del desierto de los niños. El servidor dijo que la factura era de 65 libras, y pedimos verla, y ella estaba muy agotada. Cuando vimos la factura, incluía un jugo de manzana para adultos a £ 4. 25 por un vaso pequeño. Preguntamos qué era esto, ya que asumimos que era el jugo de manzana del menú para niños, ya que apuntamos específicamente a eso, pero no nos habían dado una bebida para adultos. Además, hay una oferta de comida para niños gratis con un adulto, así que preguntamos por qué nos habían cobrado por ello. Dijo que teníamos que pedir que fuera gratis. Ella quitó a regañadientes la comida de los niños, pero no la bebida. Luego pagamos con £ 40 de vales que teníamos, y la factura era ahora de £ 56 incluyendo una propina de £ 5. Esto no es Estados Unidos, no debería haber una propina automática para una mesa de 2 adultos y un niño. Dijo que era política de la compañía no tomar dinero en efectivo ni dar cambio. Como resultado pagué £ 11 en mi tarjeta y me fui, todavía no hay niños desertar por cierto. Mientras estábamos en la parte superior de las escaleras poniendo a nuestra nieta en su cochecito, pude ver a la camarera señalándonos, lo que no fue agradable. En general, nuestra primera visita a zizzi en cualquier parte del país y que será la última.

Our waitress was especially lovely.

Very good place in the center of London, it has its special vibe, we waited a little while to be served and the Italian girl Manuela who served us was lovely, we have not had the same experience in other restaurants where, not being from here, they treat us with more coldness and little empathy.

Thank you Marie you made our Dining experience fantastic what a wonderful happy bubbly person you are. Food was amazing too! What a fantastic time we all had.

The layout of the restaurant is nice with an open kitchen. The food was amazing between the starters and the main dishes we were so full as the plates sizes are very generous. The waitress Marie was amazing! Very nice, funny and welcoming. We had a great time but unfortunately no room for desert🤗

Just had a fantastic lunch and Katalin was our server. As someone who has a GF menu I was impressed with the service and knowledge. The GF pizza I had was also delicious!

Hemos estado aquí varias veces siempre bien y no decepcionó esta vez. Estaba tranquilo cuando llegó al final de la tarde, que es raro, pero estaba empezando a llenarse cuando se fue. Katriana nuestra camarera era encantador y atento. Probamos el nuevo pan bomba de ajo con miel caliente que era increíble, uno de nuestros zizzi favoritos y volveremos cuando vuelva a Londres.

Was a lovely meal after a theatre trip to back to the future at Adelphi. Katalin was really friendly and really made the dining experience.

As a visitor around Christmas, although it was very crowded, the service was quite fast, the garlic bread delicious and the pizza very good with many combinations of tastes and aromas. Friendly staff, we felt excellent and it was an inspired way to end our visit in a friendly atmosphere. I recommend.

Mi esposa y yo estábamos buscando la cena antes de ir a un espectáculo de comedia cerca. No habíamos reservado nada - luchando para decidir sobre lo que queríamos - y Zizzis parecía cálido y acogedor en una noche bastante fría! Tuvimos mucha suerte - no había una cola enorme cuando llegamos, y nos sentamos muy pronto. ¡Veinte minutos después, la cola subía las escaleras! El menú fue muy tentador, por lo que fue una lucha para elegir, pero terminamos teniendo un calzone para mí y la lasaña arcoíris para mi esposa. Ambas comidas estaban sabrosas y bien preparadas - aunque soy un carnívoro confirmado, me habría comido felizmente la lasaña vegana, que se veía tan bien como sabía. Mi único comentario es que la calzone podría haber sido un poco más grande. El pedido de patatas fritas que compartimos también fue muy bien recibido! El pastel de queso de frambuesa de postre era un excelente sabor y textura, pero de nuevo, podría haber sido un poco más grande. El tiramisú era una porción mucho más grande, que mi esposa luchó por terminar, pero dijo que era excelente! Esta fue nuestra primera visita a un Zizzi, pero nos fuimos con un excelente sabor de boca, tanto literal como metafóricamente!

We were a family of four, with one kid. No kids menus were offered so had to go up and ask. Our order was incorrect and then when we went to pay, I wanted to pay part cash but was told they were cashless. THEN the table next to me pays with cash. Terrible service! Won’t be back.

Gran ubicación central es para nuestro almuerzo. Buena comida, personal estupendo. Mi única queja fue que mi tarjeta de Luz Azul no fue respetada durante el período de Navidad. Sin embargo, tuvimos una comida encantadora.

Zizzi offers good food in a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes were fresh and tasty, the pizza was particularly impressive.

Men’s toilets are disgusting - both urinals don’t work neither does the flush in the one toilet cubicle so it’s piling up!

The restaurant is quite large and has a beautiful setting. The pasta was very good. The waitress was very friendly and patient.

We ate here on Christmas Eve years ago it was really delicious. The food was very good, the quantities huge and the price very reasonable for London. Rusticana pizzas are massive, too big for me. Taste good. Chips ok. Meatball starter is quite spicy. I don't recommend the mocktails especially the peach and raspberry one , tastes bad and too strong. Cherry one was ok. They didn't have any mayo. Restaurant service is very good and the restaurant looks beautiful and not too busy . It looks smaller on the outside but you have to go downstairs and there's plenty of space. Mens toilets are quite disgusting however.

Great location, good food and service, fair prices.

The food is passable and the price is OK for a restaurant in central London. However, I found it strange when I wanted to have one of their desserts, the waiter advised me against the dessert in question. In any case, don't expect great gastronomy.

A very beautiful and stylish place in the center of London. We ordered pizza, we got it with cheese and steak, it was very delicious. There are also many types of beverages.

We had our work Christmas lunch at Zizzi's and after being initially sceptical, had a really good time! The food was better than I expected, and Katalin, our main server, was super on it, catering to every need and being really attentive without being overbearing which had a really positive impact on the whole experience

The pizza was absolutely average for the price (almost below average, as an italian person i have quite high expectations). The tomato sauce way too sweet. Asked for oregano, and apparently, in an italian pizzeria they didn't have any oregano?! Asked to remove the service charge and the waitress seemed annoyed, she asked if was all good with the service (which was ok but nothing special). The ladies next to us started staring and commenting "disgraceful, shame on them"... if the service charge is discretionary, please the next time don't try to make your guests feel like it is an obligation. It felt very uncomfortable, won't be back.

Expensive and poor quality food

We had lunch on a Sunday as a family of four. Katalin and Manuela made everything possible to make lunch easy and enjoyable with our two sons. Thank you again!

Very nice food, pleasant atmosphere, good service

Katalin was very patient with us as a huge group with lots of coeliac’s (gluten-free). The food came quickly and we really enjoyed it. She was very helpful and made sure everyone had what they’d ordered and checking in with us regularly. Our only suggestion is ordering would be easier if starters and puddings were marked as gluten free on the menu. It’s tricky to check the allergen lists online.

I’d say it the best place to dine in this area! Super delicious food, fantastic selection of drinks,very tasty desserts. Big and spacious. Very friendly staff. We are super satisfied and will return on any future occasion!

As a visitor from the States. I came across Zizzi, which the food seemed very promising. And I was right. The food was great and the service that Lily provided. Lily was very great and making sure I was being taken care of. For all travelers, I would recommend visiting Zizzi's!

I had a truly delightful dining experience today at Zizzi’s on the Strand! The meal was a feast for the senses, overflowing with vibrant flavors that left us wanting more. The portion sizes were generous to the point that we happily packed some delicious leftovers to savour later. It was a little too cool as the air conditioning needed to be turned down. Also no step free access it’s down in the basement What truly made our visit exceptional was our wonderful waitress, Katalin. Her attentiveness and warmth added a personal touch to our meal, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our time there. With her friendly demeanor and impeccable service, Katalin ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. We will definitely be returning, not only for the amazing food but also to enjoy the fantastic service provided by Katalin!

Popped in for lunch, easy to find, the restaurant is located 1 level below street, and a rss is via stairs. We were greeted, seated and served by Rob, wonderful service, order was spot on even with changes, and food and service were 10/10, you could happily spend more and get lower quality food and service. It was reasonably busy but still quiet, and a nice place to escape the madness of nearby Covent Garden and the Strand. Comes highly recommended for location service and food. Thank you Rob.
