Horrible, Don't go there, as a true Italian this is a tourist trap, 4 of us all ordered different pizzas and all of them were sweet, dry and lacking in authenticity

I always loved Zizzi, but what makes it special, is the service you receive, and this time was very very welcoming. Lily looked after us this time and we felt like home. 💯 happy 😊

As a visitor from the States. I came across Zizzi, which the food seemed very promising. And I was right. The food was great and the service that Lily provided. Lily was very great and making sure I was being taken care of. For all travelers, I would recommend visiting Zizzi's!

Lovely evening, food was great! Lots of choice on the menu (I have already chosen what to try on my next visit) Our waitress Katalin was Fab, great atmosphere and although very busy she checked in with us throughout the evening.

It's a cosy restaurant with good food and lots of options! The staff are also very friendly. Accessibility is limited, you have to go down some stairs to get to the restaurant.

The food here is nice but the service well there isn’t really any service. We placed our order and then waited for drinks, they came…we ordered just one starter which was put down, no check to see if it was ok. My daughter wanted to keep the fondue bowl for her main and quickly had to say she wanted to keep it because it was just about to be whipped away with NO words spoken to her to see if she was finished or was happy with it. Our main meals arrived which was 3 pizzas…they all looked great and we asked the server for 2 pots of aioli to which he said yes he would get some, we waited 5 mins to start eating before realising that none was coming so began eating, again NO table check to see if everything was ok with the food, did we require anymore drinks, did we have everything?! Had this been don’t perhaps we would have got the aioli! 10 minutes after finishing our food someone came to clear the plates so I mentioned that we never got the dips (same server) he said he put them through! He then walked away, another 10 minutes passed before another person came with dessert menus to see if we wanted to order anything…at which point we had decided we just wanted to leave! We finally got the bill and had still been changed for the aioli that we didn’t get even after telling someone!! There is no continuity, no service but then they charge you a service charge for the privilege! My advice to anyone in central London wanting to eat at Zizzi, choose another one! This is the worst experience we have ever in a Zizzi and a London restaurant!

I heard that the Zizi have very good food and have really nice and positive service so I decided to eat dinner there and I was positively impressed. I was surprised with the food, it was really good and portions were big. I was the most surprised by all the waiters, they were hard working because restaurant was full of people and they still were so nice and positive. Jessica and Marie won the award for the best waitress, both of them were busy but when they were passing by or taking our order we had a little chat which made my evening. Thanks to whole Zizi team so much for this wonderful meal!

I've just been treated to a fantastic meal at Zizzi's The Strand, London. This was a surprise 40th birthday present from my mum after going to see Lion King. Although we arrived at a busy time, the service and friendliness we received from Marie P was excellent. She took time out of her busy service ro make us feel welcome and recommend various dishes. This all added to a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to return in the future!

Came here for dinner with my girlfriend, the portions were big and we certainly left full. The food was very good as well, chicken was juicy, veggies nicely grilled and gelato not too sweet but very tasty. Although the food was amazing the highlight of our night was certainly our lovely waiter Jessica. She made very good recommendations showing her knowledge of the menu, allowing us to have the best night possible. Thank you so much Jessica and we will be returning certainly.

A lovely meal and great customer service as always particularly from the young lady serving us at table 3 between 5-7pm on 19/10/24. Very professional and she was confident to ask for help when needed, an asset to the team! Food was delicious, hot and fresh as always. The quick turn around time always gives us confidence to use this branch in between/before theatre shows. Always a great experience here. Thank you.

As always good choices on the menu for vegetarians. Point to note is this is a basement restaurant with no lift. Excellent value if using the TasteCard. Recommended for quick pre theater show.

We had the most wonderful person serving us Onni. She was a breath of fresh air. My Ravioli was beyond delicious. It’s one of my favourite pastas but this one at Zizi’s was the best. Great venue reasonable price.

More than happy! One of us has Gluten intolerance and could eat more than 70% of the menu, both salads and exquisite pasta and pizza, even almost all the desserts were gluten-free! (And also excellent too) Great treatment from the staff, and it should be noted that the service is quite fast, our expectations increased and it has become a trustworthy and safe restaurant for us to eat Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan. Give it a chance! You will love it.

I visited Zizzi The Strand with my family for lunch. I must say we have been stunned with the service provided by staff working there. Everyone has been so charming, very engaging with my kids too and so they absolutely loved it! Cherry on the cake was obviously the delicious food made by the chefs 😊❤️

The food and service were fine as usual, and as you may expect from a Zizzi restaurant! But the very annoying thing was the noise in the restaurant, it's so loud and the restaurant wasn't even fully booked, we could hardly hear ourselves, very annoying after a long day out visiting London! We meant to have desert to celebrate our daughter's B-Day, but even she asked to leave...

Great options for gluten-free and Vegan, we were served by Jessica who was so lovely, she absolutely made our night!! Would come back just to be served by her again 😊

My wife and I had a delightful dining experience at Zizzi. Marie, our waitress, was absolutely adorable—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food was simply amazing. Zizzi Italian restaurant is anything but standard for you! Amazing experience at this outlet “The Strand”. The menu is indeed Italian but the food is sooooo good! It has a fusion and twist to the way they cook it. Take our Rustic Sticky Pig Pizza 🍕for example, it has slices of pork skin on it. 🐷 It was so crispy that it crackles when we bite into it! (And roasted or fried pork skin is such a Chinese dish) Well done on this creation and very rightly, a highly recommended dish. They also use a traditional pizza oven to bake the pizza. (See pic) 👩‍🍳 The staff are all very friendly! Asked for a quiet table setting and they brought us to an unseated section. This would mean the waiter would need to walk further just to serve us and they did it anyway. That is very good service, it shows the waiter is listening to our request and is willing to go the extra mile. They are polite, cheerful and very helpful, well done and keep up the good work! 👨👩🏼‍🦰Restaurant is also spotlessly clean. Such a great restaurant to be dining in.👍👍👍 I highly recommend you make a reservation ahead of time. Called in yesterday around 6.30pm. It was packed. The staff were totally on top of it. They had us seated with drinks and menu in very little time. My husband, a pizza lover from New York, agreed that this was one of THE best. The 'sticky pig' is an absolute treat to the taste buds. Delicious and creative, highly recommended. Peach tea drink was gorgeous. My husband had the classic Margarita. The simple but quality ingredients made it a 10/10. Polite and efficient staff. Great atmosphere. Terrific food in a great location.

Personally I am a Zizzi fan and would eat at most of their restaurants. I only gave this place a 4 star in their atmosphere as you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the main eating area. Otherwise, the food is great and the staff there are always helpful.
