the most unfriendly staff i've ever encountered. did bottomless brunch asked to take my burger home as couldn't eat it, was told i could have a box then other staff said i couldn't. after that we had nothing but daggers and could see staff talking about us.

Went last Saturday evening for drinks and dinner with friends. Good lively atmosphere and live DJ came on later. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was acceptable, albeit nothing spectacular, portion size of the scampi and chips was rather small, however it was reasonably priced. Would come again with a group.

Rude member of staff on the phone. Called to enquire about opening time of 12pm but kids brunch finishing at 12pm. Refused to make beans on toast for a 2 year old if we came in at 12pm when it opens.

Absolutely appalling experience with Slug and Lettuce. We booked our Christmas party with them weeks ago, only to have them cancel on us with less than 24 hours’ notice. This completely ruined our carefully planned event, leaving us scrambling to find an alternative at the last minute during one of the busiest times of the year. Their response to the situation was just as bad—completely unhelpful and lacking any real effort to accommodate us or even offer a reasonable solution. For a venue that markets itself as a reliable spot for group events, this was a massive letdown. If you’re considering booking here for any special occasion, think twice. They clearly don’t respect their customers’ time or plans. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and we won’t be booking with them again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked a Christmas party 2 weeks in advance, we turned up to our table being given away and to be pushed on an extremely small table. After asking if we could have a bigger table, we were told there isn’t one, but then eventually moved us, with no waiter or waitress. Advising us to stand at the bar to order our drinks (20 minutes to actually order, another 20 to reach our table - on mains before we had a drink). We had no cutlery. Food was cold. We then had someone try to give us food that wasn’t our tables and when we told them it wasn’t ours, all we got was an eye roll telling us that it is our table. Extremely unprofessional.. will not be booking again and will not be recommending it in future. The only positive was the music. But it was completely washed out by the terrible service. If you’re going for drinks you may have a good night.

My sister booked a table for a pre Christmas get together. The service we recieved from Molly from start to finish was amazing. Molly was great, super helpful and so kind. We've really enjoyed our bottomless brunch. The only thing I would say is that the burger we ordered wasn't piping hot it was warm. We still finished it all and it was very tasty but we just wished it was a little hotter. A lovely evening out. And great food, service given from Molly.
