Had a banging 3 course meal & served by Daniel that was extremely helpful for our night

Wow! We had the most amazing food, 3 course meal to die for. Honestly, we will be back & we only live up the road, our new favourite place ☺️ we were served by the lovely Daniel & he was so helpful & made sure my meals gluten free. Absolutely amazing, can’t wait to be back, thank you so much!

Had a lovely lunch with my daughter this afternoon, staff were very helpful and friendly especially Brad who couldn’t do enough to help. We had pizza’s which were lovely couldn’t fault the food. Can’t wait to go back.

Good food and outstanding service. Particularly enjoyed the calzone. Staff are friendly and service is helpful and timely. If you're shopping at Fosse Park a stop here for lunch is recommended.

Renee was absolutely amazing!!! Catered to all of our needs, very humorous and friendly we really enjoyed our meal because of her!! She deserves the world!!! Although the spaghetti bolognese did not have much bolognese on it, it tasted very much just like plain spaghetti however I still ate it but its just a bit of feedback.

Renée was absolutely fabulous!! We had the best girl dinner thanks to her. Great customer service with a sense of humour!

Got an email about a free main meal because of my birthday, so we ate here on whim after work really! Server was so nice and food was yummy, but the person next to us was clearly very ill and had a chesty cough that she didn’t try and hide at all and with it being a busy restaurant we couldn’t ask to move. I’ve always thought servers should be able to say to someone “you really shouldn’t be out if you’re ill” as that’s what we do in our gym..? Also one of the other serves smacked me on the head as they walked past.. not sure how that was possible but it was a good ol’ whack with a bit of a laughing “oops, sorry”. Bit weird really

I spoke to brad from fosse park zizzi's and he was super helpful stayed on the phone while I was having issues with my order and needed something removing and was so friend and I never felt rushed.

Just been for dinner with my partner day after Valentine’s Day. I dont usually get many Saturdays off as I work in the same industry. As soon as we walked in Eloise was nothing but attentive sitting us down, taking the order with a smile and checking in on us every so often. Again working in this industry it is fantastic to see such eagerness and initiative. She is an asset to the company and the fosse park restaurant.

Had a great experience at Zizzi Fosse Park! Despite it being quite busy, we didn’t have to wait long for a table. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to dine. Tim sat us down, and we were served by Renée, both were absolutely lovely and very friendly! The food came out surprisingly fast considering how busy it was, and everything tasted amazing. We had pizza and pasta, both cooked to perfection, and the mocktails were super refreshing too. Overall, a fantastic meal with great service. Will definitely be coming back every time I visit Fosse Park!

Our sever was Renee, she was wonderful and her manager (didn’t manage to get his name) was brilliant aswell! they was extremely busy and they managed to sort us a table with no issues, food was hot and quick service too! Thankyou guys!

Not our best experience at Zizzi. I have a mild gluten intolerance and ordered the salmon and pesto risotto but I didn't get risotto, I got pasta but wasn't told it wouldn't be rice so I was disappointed. Also my salmon was very overcooked and tough. I know I should have mentioned this in the restaurant but to be honest nobody came over to ask us if everything was OK with our food. Also my niece ordered a side of chips which didn't arrive until we asked where they were and by the time they came she had eaten her main. Normally really enjoy a trip to Zizzi but definitely fell below par tonight Finally, when I got home and looked at the bill, only 1 main had been reduced by 50% whereas I thought it should be all mains

Almost all of the food was cold and had to be reheated but lowered the quality - disappointing as it was a celebration order!

Amargamente decepcionado con nuestro plato compartido. Había demasiados carbohidratos recubiertos de aceite. También aparecieron dos o tres tomates, bolas de mozzarella y algunas aceitunas. No sabía muy bien y estaba pidiendo desesperadamente algún tipo de ingredientes frescos para acompañar todos los carbohidratos.

Had lunch here today and it was delicious. Had a great customer experience with Renee who was very helpful and informative as we had some questions about some of the dishes. Had the calzone which I would deffo recommend. Thank you again to Renee who was fantastic

Lovely menu, great dishes, nice wines (Zinfandel Blush in this case). The only slight negative was having to queue at the door in the cold weather, despite having reserved a table. I guess that can't be avoided, but I mention it because it was a bit of downer. And I'd add, great service from the waiters, who knew their dishes and were bright and cheerful. We will be going again soon for another good experience!
