Parvez served us, he was great. He had heard me say it was my daughters birthday and got her a complementary drink which she loved. The food was amazing as always our favourite place to eat at fosse park.

Me and my family visited about a month ago and I just wanted to say that the food was lush! We polished it all up. I really appreciated the hospitality and service I received from the lady at the till too. Didn’t get her name but, she had her had in the cast at the time. She was really kind. Would visit again.

The chicken burger, it's great! The chicken breast was big and juicy, the sauce is like sweet and spicy, loved it!

Wow, never again...... 25 minutes waiting for this in store. 5 families before me received their order when I asked them how much longer they said a few minutes then basically picked up my burger and chips, they had forgotten. I asked why it had taken so long for one burger when others had received their full family orders and was just shrugged off. Awful service and very average food.

Had lunch here during a busy shift at work. Service and courtesy was excellent! Tried the halloumi burger for the first time and it was delicious! Tarun was very knowledgeable about the menu and complied with my requests perfectly! My meal was ready quickly and everything was perfectly prepared! Parvez was very kind and helpful and made sure I enjoyed my meal and was on hand if I needed anything. The store is clean and has an airy open atmosphere. All in all it was one of the best lunch experiences I've had in Leicester so far:)

Chilli Cheese Burger was excellent as always. Service by Pervaiz & Leon was quick and Rijo helped in choosing items from the menu. Fantastic all around.

Ignorant! Tried calling restaurant multiple times and never answer the phone, I was calling to tell them about my dietary requirements as it instructs you to call them as it doesn’t not let you modify food when ordering! So that’s great, probably going to need an epi pen after ordering as they can’t be arsed to answer.

Had food there long time ago. Food was good, but after few months I went there again and there is mess inside, dirty floor, dirty tables, lots of rubbish in the bin amd the floor. Staff looks bored.

really disappointed with the service. I, who used to come and eat, remain doubtful about the service. an order for 2 people we waited more than 40 minutes while tables of 5 or 6 people were served before us even though they came a long time after us. We went to ask where our order was twice and twice telling us that it had arrived and no action from them. Only 6 or 7 tables were full so no question of rush time to receive cold fries

I can’t praise Max and Dassu enough for their exceptional service! They go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcome and well taken care of. I was on the lookout for a good halal place to eat and decided to try Boo Burger, and I was very impressed. I had the OG Loaded chick fries and big boo, and it was amazing—fresh, soft, and succulent, cooked to perfection. I also ordered the Ziggy fries with the spicy mayo dip, which complemented the meal perfectly. The atmosphere was lively, with plenty of seating, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and good service as well especially Seema,Agata and their Team members . I highly recommend Boo Burger, and I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Food is great , Aga served us this morning but the toilets were out of order and no wings were available. Really disappointed with it but service , hygiene and food were great

Hi, i have been to BOO in fosse park at Leicester today at 7.43 pm , the food was excellent, the guy who served the food was kind and respectful. I was really disappointed with the guy who took the order, he is really disrespectful, has a show off character and had a really bad attitude.

Would not go again, had 2 what was supposed to be toasted cheese sandwiches, in reality it was a squashed flat brioche bun with plastic cheese slices on, absolutely awful. One small plus the coffee was ok.

I went to boo burger today in fosse park and was served by Riyana. Her service was amazing as she went above and beyond to made sure we were satisfied with our meal (she deserves a raise). Both the food and the service was excellent, I will definitely be going back again soon!!

Reasonable prices for decent burgers and fries. Their dips start getting a bit sickly after a few mouthfuls. Overall good food for the price, but considering we waited over 30 minutes for our food and it was served cold, it makes me think twice before returning.

Great tasting beef pasties. However, servings are small and so go double if you really wanna feel full. Chicken bites were great too. It was very busy and service was a bit chaotic but overall an excellent experience

She was very apologetic and quick to get our order to us, she even gave us extra drinks as we’d drank the original ones before the food had turned up. She was genuinely just a lovely person who was more than happy to help. Not the first time we recognised her kindness either so it’s clearly a consistent kind attitude she has. Thank you again Sima!

Would like to personally thank Sima🙂 absolutely brilliant service, great attitude and creates a lovely atmosphere. We had an issue with food taking a while to come out as it was a Friday rush, sima helped chase up ours and multiple other customers orders. She even gave us complimentary drinks due to the wait, which she did not have to do but did so anyway. She deserves recognition for her hard work and friendly attitude, she has served me a few times and every time, no matter how busy it is in-store, she has always served us with a smile and welcoming demeanor🙂 give this girl a raise it’s well deserved.

I’ve been coming to Boo at Fosse Park since day 1 and always loved it. Since changing some ingredients like the pickles to a chopped up slimy pickle the taste has really changed. Orders take longer to make considering queues are less than before and they just over sauce it at times. I used to come every Thursday for a good two years but recently over the last couple months I find myself avoiding going as the experience isn’t the same. London road is much better in my opinion

Nice little trip down to fosse park, nipped into Boo Burger for some food. Service was good, burger was tasty the only downside was a member of staff constantly on his phone talking very loudly which looked unprofessional.

Me and my son really enjoy the food at boo's. My son says it's his favourite burger place. I agree with him. All is freshly cooked, so it takes a little longer to get your order, but it's worth the wait. I've never had a bad boo's. Highly recommend.

Restaurant was really busy with que till outside. Eventually ordered and was told half hour however 45 mins later they realised order was given to someone else. In the heat of the chaos due to how busy the place was the lovely boss lady sorted our order turned things round by giving complimentary fries and milkshakes all round! Food was amazing and the fact the level of service was second to none 5 stars all day!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Boo Restaurant in Fosse Park on 1st December 2024 at around 6:39 PM while collecting an Uber order. One of the employees, a man with a mustache and heavy beard, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and it made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, but this individual’s attitude fell far below any reasonable standard. Such behavior reflects poorly on Boo as a brand, and it seems there’s a lack of proper training and oversight. I urge management to take immediate action, including removing this employee, as his conduct is damaging to both customer relationships and the restaurant's reputation. I will not recommend this place to anyone based on this terrible experience.

I had an awful experience with one of the employees at Boo Restaurant, Fosse Park. The individual, a man with a mustache and heavy beard, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. His attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role.🤬 Such behavior is not what I expect from a reputable establishment. This person should not be allowed to continue working here if Boo cares about its customers and reputation. Extremely disappointing.😡😡

Boooooooooo 👎 cold small portion of chips, soggy oily burger and check the inside of the cups that are stained from the cheap orange soda/red mix. £30 for two burger meals at this standard is a disgrace. Overall for a newiesh building it's falling apart, bits duck taped together, unclean feel overall. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Pretty good burgers. The meat is not dry and the other ingredients are good! The sauce is not watery. If I was more of a burger fan, I think i would give more stars

Wow such a brilliant friendly place, so welcoming, fantastic service from Pervez and Seema. Food was amazing, fresh and great portions, didn’t mange to get a pic as was so busy enjoying the burgers, wings, fries and shakes, peanut butter was delicious. Will definitely come back and order again. Well done to all the team at boo that made it such a lovely experience.

Faultless service and food. From order to delivery. Came in as a part of ten for a birthday and promptly seen by Seema at the till - very polite and friendly. We were invited to be seated as we had so many diners and they served us at the table. Parvez essentially became our service and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. Fue mi primera visita el martes 22 de octubre a Fosse Park, sucursal de Leicester con mi pareja. El ambiente parecía muy tranquilo y los clientes parecían estar disfrutando de su comida. Había un ambiente moderno en el restaurante que me gustó. El olor de las hamburguesas me invitaba y no podía esperar a comer. Me sirvió Parvez. Él era muy conocedor del menú y me ayudó a elegir una hamburguesa. Tenía el CHICK - A - BOO y compañero tenía el BOOLOUMI. También pedimos papas fritas. Los otros miembros del personal: como Gopi y Palak trabajaron eficientemente en sus funciones para hacer que mi visita fuera positiva. La comida sabía muy bien. Dijimos que sin duda volveríamos.

Never been here before, stopped in for the lunch time special, two burgers ,fries and two cans only 12 quid!. The burgers were really great with fresh ingredients, and the Fries are amazing, for a deal the quality of the food far out shines some of the more we'll known burger places.The service was great too, a happy team working very hard but smiling alot.Parvez who served us was very attentive ,answered all our questions and was a great guy, which just made this a great customer experience!

The food here is definitely not fresh. The Fosse Park Boo branch is nothing like the one on London Road, which actually cooks their food fresh and to order. I ordered the chick a boo with chicken bites. The bites were absolutely rank, definitely a few hours old. They were completely overcooked and clearly double fried. The seasoning had congealed and was disgusting. I am severely disappointed with my experience, especially since I always have a perfect meal at the London Road Boo. The servers also tried not to give dips and only gave some once caught out. Terrible.

First time @ boo burger after shopping at fosse park! The burger and fries were so nice but the main reason I’m writing a review was because there were 2 members of staff that shone out the sky. Their customer service was completely gold. From start to finish it didn’t feel like a quick fast food bite. Here’s to Parvez & Rijo! You made my first boo burger experience even better. From helping to decide what to order they are a credit to the boo burger fosse park team. I’ll deffo be back!

I came here to write a review more for the staff and service then the food because the food is always perfect. But in the last 3 visits to the fosse park restaurant I have been so pleasantly surprised by how helpful, kind, and welcoming the staff are to deal with in this location. Whoever is training them well done! It’s rare to get all round good customer service these days. Kudos on the food that always slaps to.

Burgers are a great size and taste, especially for the price. A staff member Parvez came to ask how the food was and he noticed that my nephew hadn't eaten the burger I had chose for him. Parvez bought over a new burger for my nephew for free, using the foods that he had said he liked on his burger. Great service!

This is the best chicken burger shop. The chicken burger I ate was wonderful as well as it is situated in the best atmosphere. Moreover, the place was neet and clean. Everyone must go the Boo Burger and should try the burger also other foods.

No hemos estado en meses y ni idea de lo que ha pasado con sus hamburguesas. Solían ser grasosos y luego los habían mejorado. Nuevo menú es horrible. Trae lo viejo. Mi hamburguesa estaba tibia. Lento para hacerlas y sacarlas. Casi 10 minutos después de que lo hicieran. Estaba mirando. La hamburguesa de mi marido se desintegró mientras la comía. El pan es ahora pan horrible barato que carecía de cualquier sustancia. Las salsas de la casa se han reducido en un tercio. No volveremos. Prefiero ir al Granero y comprar una hamburguesa allí. No volveremos. Las hamburguesas dejaron un sabor desagradable que persiste.
