Thank you Sima! So so kind and helpful. We were waiting a long time for our food and asked for her help. She was very apologetic and quick to get our order to us, she even gave us extra drinks as we’d drank the original ones before the food had turned up. She was genuinely just a lovely person who was more than happy to help. Not the first time we recognised her kindness either so it’s clearly a consistent kind attitude she has. Thank you again Sima!

Would like to personally thank Sima🙂 absolutely brilliant service, great attitude and creates a lovely atmosphere. We had an issue with food taking a while to come out as it was a Friday rush, sima helped chase up ours and multiple other customers orders. She even gave us complimentary drinks due to the wait, which she did not have to do but did so anyway. She deserves recognition for her hard work and friendly attitude, she has served me a few times and every time, no matter how busy it is in-store, she has always served us with a smile and welcoming demeanor🙂 give this girl a raise it’s well deserved.

Parvez was really helpful and served us his customer service was amazing, and the store was nice and spacious and the lunch special saved us money. Food was nice.

I’ve been coming to Boo at Fosse Park since day 1 and always loved it. Since changing some ingredients like the pickles to a chopped up slimy pickle the taste has really changed. Orders take longer to make considering queues are less than before and they just over sauce it at times. I used to come every Thursday for a good two years but recently over the last couple months I find myself avoiding going as the experience isn’t the same. London road is much better in my opinion

Nice little trip down to fosse park, nipped into Boo Burger for some food. Service was good, burger was tasty the only downside was a member of staff constantly on his phone talking very loudly which looked unprofessional.

Me and my son really enjoy the food at boo's. My son says it's his favourite burger place. I agree with him. All is freshly cooked, so it takes a little longer to get your order, but it's worth the wait. I've never had a bad boo's. Highly recommend.

I had an awful experience with one of the employees at Boo Restaurant, Fosse Park. The individual, a man with a mustache and heavy beard, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. His attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role.🤬 Such behavior is not what I expect from a reputable establishment. This person should not be allowed to continue working here if Boo cares about its customers and reputation. Extremely disappointing.😡😡

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Boo Restaurant in Fosse Park on 1st December 2024 at around 6:39 PM while collecting an Uber order. One of the employees, a man with a mustache and heavy beard, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and it made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, but this individual’s attitude fell far below any reasonable standard. Such behavior reflects poorly on Boo as a brand, and it seems there’s a lack of proper training and oversight. I urge management to take immediate action, including removing this employee, as his conduct is damaging to both customer relationships and the restaurant's reputation. I will not recommend this place to anyone based on this terrible experience.

Restaurant was really busy with que till outside. Eventually ordered and was told half hour however 45 mins later they realised order was given to someone else. In the heat of the chaos due to how busy the place was the lovely boss lady sorted our order turned things round by giving complimentary fries and milkshakes all round! Food was amazing and the fact the level of service was second to none 5 stars all day!

Boooooooooo 👎 cold small portion of chips, soggy oily burger and check the inside of the cups that are stained from the cheap orange soda/red mix. £30 for two burger meals at this standard is a disgrace. Overall for a newiesh building it's falling apart, bits duck taped together, unclean feel overall. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Pretty good burgers. The meat is not dry and the other ingredients are good! The sauce is not watery. If I was more of a burger fan, I think i would give more stars

Wow such a brilliant friendly place, so welcoming, fantastic service from Pervez and Seema. Food was amazing, fresh and great portions, didn’t mange to get a pic as was so busy enjoying the burgers, wings, fries and shakes, peanut butter was delicious. Faultless service and food. From order to delivery. Came in as a part of ten for a birthday and promptly seen by Seema at the till - very polite and friendly. We were invited to be seated as we had so many diners and they served us at the table. Parvez essentially became our service and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. Brilliant staff attitude which is only enhanced by the consistent food quality. My favourite burger and wings joint

Never been here before, stopped in for the lunch time special, two burgers ,fries and two cans only 12 quid!. The burgers were really great with fresh ingredients, and the Fries are amazing, for a deal the quality of the food far out shines some of the more we'll known burger places.The service was great too, a happy team working very hard but smiling alot.Parvez who served us was very attentive ,answered all our questions and was a great guy, which just made this a great customer experience!

The food here is definitely not fresh. The Fosse Park Boo branch is nothing like the one on London Road, which actually cooks their food fresh and to order. I ordered the chick a boo with chicken bites. The bites were absolutely rank, definitely a few hours old. They were completely overcooked and clearly double fried. The seasoning had congealed and was disgusting. I am severely disappointed with my experience, especially since I always have a perfect meal at the London Road Boo. The servers also tried not to give dips and only gave some once caught out. Terrible.

First time @ boo burger after shopping at fosse park! The burger and fries were so nice but the main reason I’m writing a review was because there were 2 members of staff that shone out the sky. Their customer service was completely gold. From start to finish it didn’t feel like a quick fast food bite. Here’s to Parvez & Rijo! You made my first boo burger experience even better. From helping to decide what to order they are a credit to the boo burger fosse park team. I’ll deffo be back!

As soon as we walked in, Parvez had a big smile on his face and was very friendly and welcoming. When we collected our food, each dish was explained. Food was lovely and Parvez kept checking on us to see if we were happy. Thank you Parvez and the rest of the team. Will definitely be back :)

I was on the lookout for a good halal place to eat and decided to try Boo Burger, and I was very impressed. I had the OG Classic, and it was amazing—fresh, soft, and succulent, cooked to perfection. I also ordered the Ziggy fries with the spicy mayo dip, which complemented the meal perfectly. The atmosphere was lively, with plenty of seating, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. The prices were very reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend Boo Burger, and I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

I came here to write a review more for the staff and service then the food because the food is always perfect. But in the last 3 visits to the fosse park restaurant I have been so pleasantly surprised by how helpful, kind, and welcoming the staff are to deal with in this location. Whoever is training them well done! It’s rare to get all round good customer service these days. Kudos on the food that always slaps to.

Burgers are a great size and taste, especially for the price. A staff member Parvez came to ask how the food was and he noticed that my nephew hadn't eaten the burger I had chose for him. Parvez bought over a new burger for my nephew for free, using the foods that he had said he liked on his burger. Great service!

No hemos estado en meses y ni idea de lo que ha pasado con sus hamburguesas. Solían ser grasosos y luego los habían mejorado. Nuevo menú es horrible. Trae lo viejo. Mi hamburguesa estaba tibia. Lento para hacerlas y sacarlas. Casi 10 minutos después de que lo hicieran. Estaba mirando. La hamburguesa de mi marido se desintegró mientras la comía. El pan es ahora pan horrible barato que carecía de cualquier sustancia. Las salsas de la casa se han reducido en un tercio. No volveremos. Prefiero ir al Granero y comprar una hamburguesa allí. No volveremos. Las hamburguesas dejaron un sabor desagradable que persiste.

Great food, polite friendly and helpful staff

Parvaz gave us amazing service and was really hospitable. Really added to the experience. We got 2 burger, chips n cheese and chicken bites. The cheese was amazing and burgers cooked to perfection.

This is the best chicken burger shop. The chicken burger I ate was wonderful as well as it is situated in the best atmosphere. Moreover, the place was neet and clean. Everyone must go the Boo Burger and should try the burger also other foods.

Come here often, really enjoyed my meal, always consistent.

Went into the Leicester brand today.. the branch was very nice well lit. Good atmosphere. Took around 10mins order and around 15 mins for the food to arrive. Went for the Smokey burger.. the patty was slightly red inside undercooked and the bacon was overcooked. Sause on the burger was decent. They do some different type of potato chips which are hardly any potato. Won’t be back at this branch again but would give it ago again.

I have a peanut allergy and i was impressed with the service given by the server Seema and the cook Darryl Seema was the store manager and when i showed her my allergy card she was clued up about what i can and cannot eat. She also checked on the allergy sheet and told me accordingly and she put on the till order that it was a allergy order I was happy to see that when the cook accidentally put pots of the house she took them off without fail. Served by Seema who was brilliant, all the staff serving that day were all working hard and busy. The place was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful whilst I juggled my toddler and baby. Thanks guys!

Pricing is easy to follow, with whole number prices - makes life so much simpler 😊 The place is very busy so service can be, understandably, slow. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a takeout so don't trust my judgement on food quality: might be a lot better when eating in (but the place is very busy and has a strong fried chicken smell, so not very enticing!)

Este lugar es horrible. Pedimos cuatro hamburguesas y tres de cada cuatro incorrectas. La comida estaba caliente en el mejor de los casos. Salió sintiéndose un poco agobiado y necesitado de un té digestivo, así como con olor a furgoneta de hamburguesas en mal estado. ¡No son cinco tipos!

An absolutely appalling experience. We went to this place after it was recommended to us as worth trying. With the benefit of hindsight we should have let instinct override expectation, and walked as soon as we saw what was before us First of all, the person serving us had to check whether the coffee machine was working or not. Surely the counter staff should already be aware what is working and what isn't. This business takes the concept of fast food and flips it as it should be doing with its burgers. We sat down and 25 minutes later, no food. Previously, a lukewarm, very average cup of coffee was brought over in a small container. Long drunk before any food appeared. My partner's soft drink order wasn't brought over at all. Eventually, after she went to check to see if the cow was still being chased around the kitchen, what purported to be the food arrived. Wrapped inside tin foil was the foulest, most disgusting apology of a burger I have ever experienced. The brioche bun was ice cold as if it had come out of the freezer, which is not what you expect when you've ordered a hot burger. Visually it looked equally disgusting. Essentially an uncooked mush of God knows what. The meat turned out to be what looked like off cuts of something that looked like it had come off a kebab skewer about three weeks ago, and was left to settle a little bit too long. I took one bite of a very small piece of meat which tasted like it had come out of a bath of grease, so slimy it was. I felt physically sick and decided there was no way I was going to try any more of what was hiding between the stone cold buns. The serving of chips looked equally disgusting and visually at least looked cold and unappetising. I am normally calm and tolerant in eating establishments, but on this occasion, there was no way that I was going to be ripped off for £23 and just take it. I asked for the manager and somebody nominated themselves to be that. I asked for an immediate refund for the whole meal as it was so disgusting. The refund was given without question. Please don't serve food like that to people again. Some people will just accept it and have a miserable time trying to eat it. Try and serve food worthy of the prices that you charge. A completely unpleasant and totally unsatisfactory experience in an environment of what looked like semi- chaos and complete apathy behind the counter area. I also notice that the company doesn't reply to reviews, which is always a very worrying sign from a business about their prioritisation of customer feedback. I will not be repeating this grubby, depressing experience and will certainly never enter in one of Boo's establishments ever again.

Hi if you Halal why you confusing the Public by having Beef Bacon on your menu and as an extra.If you Halal restaurant and it’s no bacon then change your wording to Macon.Next your staff was unaware what was on the the Menu as we had to show them and they said it’s ni5 Pork but Beef bacon.I don’t understand but we all only know Bacon.

We decided we would get something to eat from here. The place was reasonably busy but there were still a couple of tables free (although a few of them hadn't been cleared of rubbish). We ordered food which I had the haystack burger and a chocolate milkshake. The burger was good although it seemed to be more greasy than on previous visits, the milkshake didn't seem like large. Overall the some of the staff seemed friendly, the place wasn't overly clean but could have been better cleaned (no litter left on tables, tables sticky and dirty and not overly clean feeling although someone did come out and clear a couple of the tables and give them a quick wipe). There is quite a bit of seating inside or just outside under the covered walkway through the building.

Ordered the £5 lunch menu. Chicken burger was v small and squashed. Small fries was a joke, counted 6 chips in the bag. Went back and asked them to give me a proper (sensible) portion which they did. Overall not impressed, better options elsewhere.
