Not very good value for money...4 small cokes and 1 pizza..i bologndse and a calzone chicken with far too many tomates which made the exterior collapse because it was too soft ...£71 ....not happy at all.

Professional, attentive staff but this whole restaurant needs a refurbishment. Grubby toilets and the booth seats we were in were so sticky and worn. Nice starters, great pizza’s here but the pasta dishes are very mediocre like a heated up ready meal. Pizza is better here than Pizza Express in my opinion so if you come here and want to get your moneys worth i recommend one of those

I was at zizzi on Good Friday. Amazing food, I had salmon risotto and my husband had vegetarian pizza. They were both so yummy. Service was quick, nice thank you guys

We prebooked for a 6pm dinner. It wasn't busy whilst we were there, only 10-12 tables occupied. Our drinks came quickly shortly followed by our starters. We then waited an hour before asking where our main course was. Our server said it would be a couple of minutes. After 10 minutes I spoke to the manager/supervisor as we could see what appeared to be our order just being made. She then confirmed that there had been an issue and yes, they were just making our order. Our 11 year old was very hungry by this time as it had been an hour and half since we had sat down. They took our drinks off the bill, however we won't return to this restaurant. We have always had good service at the other locations of Zizzis, this branch appears more interested in getting delivery orders out the door rather than services dine in customers.

Regularly visit the branch when shopping or when heading to the cinemas nearby. Always a lovely experience, friendly staff, and brilliant food. Recently visited when it was really busy and the staff still provided a brilliant experience.

There was a few issues getting the food out but our waitress Ellie was really helpful in making it a good experience, we received compensatory drinks and a good apology so it ended up all being fine.

Went on mother's day and called in on the off chance to see if there was any room. We got a table, the place was very busy due to mother's day however this did not stop Zizzi from serving good food and not having to wait too long for the food. Would go again.

Absolutely top notch from the minute I sat down to the minute I left, the waitress lynsey was very attentive and pleasant, she couldn't do enough for us,aswell as Karl the manager who greeted us , both made the visit most enjoyable, can't wait to go back again.

Called in today for a drink. ordered at the table. Was informed 'no cash' , only payment by card!! Is British Sterling still legal tender?? Had cash in my pocket but had to leave! Disappointed isnt the word. There should always be a choice!!!

Was great to be able to leave the cinema and have a restaurant that has a great menu to suit both plant based eaters and the alternative. I loved my food. I had a great day. It was my birthday. It was adequately priced. Baring in mind good produce or in my opinion things that are good for you cost more so was more than happy with the price. I had recently before my visit taken time to read some reviews. I didn't consider it to be busy. Hence my table been booked for the standard period of time which was 16:15 - 17:30. We was made feel more than welcome to stay longer. As I say it wasnt too busy really. The staff was good. There was various members that served us. All was nice. From the man who seated us to the three women that served us. The only thing I will say which is why I give you 4 stars for atmosphere is your restaurant is impeccable. I will let my pictures and my true words do the talking but the servants need to be more loving towards themselves. Be more self certified. Only other thing was card only. Real downer. Apart from those two criticisms I had a great time and loved the food. Would definitely go again as long as i see more inner believe and smiles.

Came for my 40th. Stood waiting at least 5mins to be greeted food was terrible, very dry no sauce changed one meal and was still as bad. To say it cost £150 for a table of 4 with a drink each was terrible. Would never go back as not worth the money, sat waiting for a server to come to table to take orders, took 30 mins for food to arrive. If you want a nice Italian avoid Zizzi's

I rang the restaurant to enquire about the January offers and Tesco clubcard vouchers. The manager was very helpful and friendly. I booked a table for later that evening (Thursday) We received a very friendly welcome and was shown to our table and offered complimentary crisps. This was our first visit and the menu and offers were kindly explained to us. The food was excellent and we c had a very enjoyable evening Thank you

Very expensive pizza and doesn't really meet expectations in terms of representation and taste. The service in a word was diabolical. Clearly not enough waiting staff. It's wasn't packed and yet had to leave the table every time to find someone to take our orders for each course. The staff are unapologetic I can only assume it's not a nice place to work.

Food really wasn't good, pasta with barely enough sauce to coat each piece, not enough to impart any flavour. Staff were attentive and friendly.

booked a table for 6pm. when we arrived there were at least 20 other people who had also booked waiting. waiter who greeted us was very rude. kept telling everyone that there was nothing they could do about the wait - they shouldn't have taken so many bookings if there wasn't enough staff. plenty of tables free not being used. no complimentary drinks or anything offered to people waiting. very dissapointing. we left and went to pizza express instead where staff and service was excellent

Turned up on NYE for a booked meal. Overbooked, everyone waiting by the door, over 20 people waiting. Didn’t even get acknowledged by staff when entered, took over 15 minutes for someone to come over to inform us what was happening. Said staff had called in sick, loads of tables not being used as not enough waiters to cover them. Unable to go anywhere else for food due to it being NYE. Also had cinema booked so unable to wait for the other 20+ people to eat first to have our meals. Was a McDonald’s for us, very disappointing. Will not be coming back again.

We visited on a surprisingly quiet mad Friday before Christmas, and had a fantastic experience! Our server Hannah was wonderful, and the food & drinks were served quickly and were delicious. Thank you!

Nice family atmosphere. Food order came very fast...literally within 5 minutes of ordering. Pizza was good, staff polite despite being very busy. Overall good experience. Competitive price. Only complaint if to be picky was table and seats were covered in crumbs but I would visit again

We had a company meal here with around 20 people. They were very accommodating, food arrived in a timely manner and we were very happy with the quality of it.

Nice ambience. Pleasant friendly staff. Food is a bit overcooked but there is plenty of it at least. Plates really hot. You have to ask for condiments though including salt. Prices are a tad expensive for what it is. Drink prices are in orbit ☹️. Fill up before you go - don't arrive thirsty. Nov 2023: nice meal with family to be fair. Again, it was expensive sadly. The bruschetta starter is feeble and very expensive for a tiny plate - avoid! Staff again friendly.

Visited as a volunteer with a group of older people. Our waiter was very patient, explaining the food to those who needed it, including the gluten free options for one of our party. They absolutely loved this stop of their "World Food z Tour" 🙂

This is a lovely restaurant to go to before a movie or a hard day of shopping. The staff were really friendly and the decor was really nice . We did have to wait a bit for the staff to take our order but the restaurant was really busy so it wasn't too bad. When we did order the server was really nice and friendly and had a little chat with us which was nice. We ordered our food and drinks which came out fairly fast and the food tasted amazing with really good portion size too, we're really happy with the quality and would definitely visit this restaurant again. Overall a good experience and would recommend and have recommended to friends and family

Went on Saturday mid day and had the 3 Course set menu. Good variety to choose from and portions were really good size too. We had a really friendly server (don't know his name but super tall! Lol) and he was great throughout the whole time we were there. Only downside, we sat on the side near the main entrance and the sun was shining through the glass windows. It became quite hot and hard to see at times, could do with investing in tints for the windows or blinds of some sort. Other than that, great! Will definitely be going back 😁

Absolutely outstanding. Quality food, gluten free is exceptionally well catered for, staff are friendly and approachable. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Appalling service, refused to even look at us to say booking needed...as if we weren't even there. Pathetic attitude from all staff. Avoid at all costs! I'd go hungry than be treated like that.

Pleasant waiter, sat down, ordered food. It came and looked nothing like the menu. The so-called pork crackling was like a stone and greasy and the size of a postage stamp. There was no seasoning (supposed to be garlic and rosemary) Very bland. When I was asked how the food was I told two people. The manager came over and asked if I wanted a free drink. I declined. So the waitress proceeded to take my payment. Not a single penny discount. Very bad food and service. I got the impression they didn't care and will not be back. I work in Leeds quite a bit so if they had handled this differently I may have considered going back. Steer clear folks!!!

Strawberry daiquiri - very poor. Full of ice so very diluted and lacking in flavour. Hot-smoked salmon pasta dish quite disappointing. Cherry and amaretto cheesecake was a plus and probably the best dish we had. Service was good. Went on a Monday evening so I guess the atmosphere couldn't be expected to be fantastic so was probably what you'd expect. No queues, probably less than half full but guests strategically seated to ensure it looked busy.

Visited here with my family on a weekday afternoon wasnt busy 4 tables other than ourselves in the restaurant we were told to call back in 45 minutes by a male manager as there was a problem in the kitchen we did so and within15 minutes we had been seated greeted with menus and ordered drinks we then ordered our starters and mains at the same time as waiting was slow after our initial greet after we ordered it was 40 minutes when we received our starter we told the Waitress to straight get our mains ready to be brought as it had taken so long for starters so it could all be eaten together to try save time however 20 minutes later still no update on mains asked again she said she could let the chef know to make them now even though we'd already asked for this to happen, we decided to cancel the order and leave we paid what we bought was shushed to a corner to sort it after letting the manager know of the poor service wouldn't mind but staff we were walking about talking to each other yes we all need to communicate at work but they weren't discussing work and as we were leaving 4 staff members in uniform laughing eating McDonald's at a table in the restaurant! Pretty sure the owner would sack for that terrible service and customer service 🤦🏽‍♀️

Forgot our main course and offered little response to such a long delay. Eventually we did get an offer from the manager after a phone call but the duty manager was hopeless

DO NOT GET SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE IF YOU WANT MEAT IN IT. Very sad to say that my daughter & ate here today, we both ordered the spaghetti bolognaise which, although tasty enough lacked any meat. We asked a waiter about it believing that we’d just been unlucky but no, apparently the bolognaise has very little meat in it & even though there’s been numerous complaints they cannot change it. Sad really, for £14 I would expect meat!

Lindsay is fantastic every time we go here her service is great. Evan if you have a problem shes quick to resolve. Tonight they was clearly short staffed but the team did not stop and was still smiling.

Some of the best and most authentic food we have ever tried since actually visiting Italy a few years ago, cant rate it enough. Plenty of choice and good kids menu too. Good service, nice staff, all round perfect place to eat

Pizza dry as a bone may as well had just pizza base hardly any topping. Pasta stuck in one big lump couldn't pull it apart and chips scrappy. Not good for £60.

Friendly attentive service on a Saturday tea time. Booking a table looked essential as people were being turned away. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Reasonable price - 1 starter, 2 mains, 1 dessert + bottle of wine = £68
