Absolutely amazing!!! A while ago I was disappointed that they removed my favourite burger (the big cheese) from the menu, but when we went back it had returned even better! Great for GF and veggie too.

Really Really fancied a burger and could smell the beef wafting through the door so chose hear, we had the lunch menu the burger was fantastic so tasty and full off flavour and just enough chips, the milkshake was also nice, what let it down was the chicken wings, I love chicken wings have them almost everywhere we eat out but hear they wernt very nice at all the batter dropped right off and they were full off what tasted like grease soon as you took a bite it all just fell apart really didn't enjoy them but the rest was fab, service good also but seemed extremely quiet we where the second table in the hour and half we were there.

Such a nice location and the chicken tenders were wonderful! It was surprisingly quiet at the weekend.

I was one of a large group of 30-50 something year old ladies that visited last Saturday (6th April 2024) for a bottomless brunch for a friend’s birthday. The waiting staff, led by Alex and a lovely waitress (I didn’t get her name) were amazing - the drinks flowed seamlessly and they attended to our every need with great humour (we were quite demanding!), the food was really lovely and the atmosphere was perfect - better than we could have asked for. We were looked after like the princesses we all think we are. Thank you Hubbox Falmouth - the perfect day out. Highly recommend.

We popped to hubbox falmouth today, after my husband completed the half marathon. Luckily we got a table, but I would advise booking! Food was delicious and didn't take long to be served! I had the passionfruit cooler and it was SO good! We will be back!

Friendly service, great location

Food was good & tasty, but overpriced for the size portion. The service was VERY very slow. It took 32 minutes to get our drinks when there were only 4 tables in there the whole time we were there. Staff stood on their phone behind the bar whilst we were waiting!! They took ages to clear the table ready for pudding, I actually had to pull someone over and ask them for the children's pudding to come out, and they still didn't clear the table until the kids had nearly finished their pudding!! We have said we will not go again due to the service!

Lovely restaurant, small but quaint and tastefully designed, staff are nice and the food is well valued. Only critique is long waiting times on food and not being updated based on delays, apart from that I would recommend.

We enjoyed a decent family lunch at the Hub with a table overlooking the harbour. The children ate burgers, which looked nice if a little on the small side, while us adults went for the ribs and the nut roast. Both were tasty if lacking in accompanying vegetables or salad. Oddly though the bowl of chili fries was huge and too large to finish! Still our waiter was very attentive and everything arrived exactly as ordered. Judging by the other diners this is very much a family restaurant, rather than a gourmet experience, and from that perspective the Hub gets the job done.

Great now they have returned to the previous menu 👍 Been here many times.

Shame it has gone so down hill. Have eaten at the Hub for years in St Ives, Falmouth and Truro and now will not be going back. So many better, reasonably price burger establishments in the Falmouth, Truro area (BooKoos, Meat Counter). Food used to be great but now the Hub is trying to be something it is not. Prices are ridiculous. Having a member of the party with dietary requirements the kitchen staff and front of house were great. Clearly under staffed which never used to be the case. Hopefully the senior management will get their act together and make a difference making. Such a shame.

Modern building inside and out. Food very good quality had fish and chips and have tried their burgers which are best ones around. All friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

I went to The Hub on Monday 23rd October in the evening. I went with family. I was visiting Falmouth to see my nephew. My nephew likes it there and it was my first time visiting the hub. Absolutely Brilliant. I would recommend to anyone to go there. I will definitely be going there again when I am in Falmouth.

Burger ok. Pommes kalt und fade. Coleslaw so scharf, dass man es kaum essen konnte und alles lieblos auf das Tablett geklatscht. Eine Schüssel oder Teller wäre wohl das mindeste. Viel Personal, wenig Gäste, Zeit wäre also genug gewesen. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen.

Not great at all , with so many good places to eat they need to be better . Shame hub box Truro is good .

Having eaten here quite a few times as we are local, our last visit was poor. Poor service and not so good meal. Struggled to get the attention of the staff, despite it only having about 20 people dining. The young guy was told that the steak was luke warm and chewy.. my guess is a cheap cut was used. On being told this he said he'll speak to someone and wandered away. He then kept going around tables so we had to get the attention of the young lady who did her job very well. The uneaten meal was taken away, but as I was over half way through my meal my wife declined to reorder another meal. So totally ruined the evening and I ended up rushing and not finishing mine as I felt awkward about this. On a plus side the BBQ chicken wings are superb.

I don't want to give less than a four because hospitality isn't easy at the moment.. As Hub lovers from the beginning we have been a little disappointed with our last 2 visits, last month to Truro - and this week to Falmouth. The menu change - will suit some people and not others. For ME Hub is all about burgers etc.. I missed a couple of things on the menu but opted for a chicken burger which I knew I've had and enjoyed previously - however this time it wasn't a nice succulent piece of chicken. And unfortunately where it was so thin, it meant it dried out on cooking. Two others I was with said there Hub burgers weren't a nice succulent big burger as usual either. It's a shame because you do want to continue to support local businesses but the last two Hub visits haven't left us dreaming of our next visit like Hub always has previously. Don't change Hub The staff were nice and very efficient and the whole place was clean and tidy.

Past 5* review of Hubbox was as follows but now amended, sadly. Great large table overlooking harbour. Fab vegan options and helpful waiting staff.*****this review if for the previous HUBBOX not Hub. Hub’s vegan offerings are much less impressive, with the Cauli burrito cooked w buttermilk for instance. A bit lacking in foresight.

First time at Hub Falmouth, there was a lovely atmosphere, delicious food, great service with a gorgeous view of the harbour. Me and my family were all very happy with the whole experience and would definitely eat here again.

Great place and a lovely burger, felt was a little over priced but that's probably due to location.....£8 for a large milkshake seemed a bit steep!

went for bottomless brunch and im so disappointed! food was okay but the service was so so slow, considering there were literally 2 tables in the restaurant. for every drink we were flagging down a waiter for it, nobody checked up on us at all. also we were not explained the rules of the brunch at all. after only having 4 (very average) drinks in 1.5 hours i feel like we had wasted our money. would not recommend and sadly will not be returning.

Great home made burger with slaw and fries. Tasted superb. A couple of staff short waiting on tables but worth the wait. Will definitely return.

We ordered for collection and food was ready about 20 mins after we ordered it for and they put cheese on the vegan burger so they couldn't eat it

The food is amazing! Drinks are gorgeous and some of them are on a 2 for £12 offer too. Definitely recommend for anyone, including families and kids etc., They're dog friendly too.

We went there on 2 occasions during our holiday. 1st was when they were still known as HubBox and the menu was more of a burger bar! A few days later they changed their branding to Hub Falmouth, there wasn't as many burgers but the food was still so delicious. Their cocktails are really great value and so delicious, th best is definitely mai thai! The service was great and so was the atmosphere. Would 100% return here! (The darker photos are from the first visit for dinner and the lighter photos were from the lunch we had there a few days later) The cabbage side dish was huge but so very tasty.

I thought the new menu was really disappointing, missing out on all the hub box classics and making it like every other restaurant in Falmouth ! Cocktails were lovely and the server ( I didn’t catch her name but she had long hair ) was fabulous and I loved her honesty , she deserves the world

came in and we were kindly greeted, got sat down pretty quickly and ordered our drinks. after then we got them and there was no sign of anyone coming over to us to take our food orders, we waited about 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order but no one did, ended up just asking them for the bill for the drinks and we left.

It's a great place with a good selection of food. Service could be a little better, but nothing I felt would stop me going again, as the staff were really friendly.

I went here last year and the food was excellent, so was looking forward to a return visit. Unfortunately the burgers were extremely salty which completely ruined the flavour. Really disappointed

Absolutely outstanding burger meals! I had the Big Kahuna. Such a generous serving..... Massive burger, fries, wonderful side of coleslaw and huge onion rings.... My family all enjoyed their meals too, kids cheeseburger meals and a lemon sole burger. Great drinks and milkshakes to accompany, and a really friendly server who brought our food and gave my dog a free chew stick. £60 for a family of four to eat this well in a touristy area is also great value. Highly recommended.

Had a great meal here with my wife and son. I had the mackerel with smashed potatoes, it was delicious whilst my wife enjoyed the sole role and my son had the tasty Hub burger. The service was spot on and great views of the boats just outside. Would definitely return. 👍

Have been to Hubb Box in various locations around Cornwall and Exeter. Recently came to Falmouth Hubb and didn’t disappoint and wherever that location is never does Always consistent quality food, friendly staff, good service and lovely location at Falmouth, but be conscious of the Seagulls !

*Disclaimer I'm not British by birth and I come from an extremely customer centric culture, which explains my grievance. Hubbox has always been hit and miss for us. This was our first time in Falmouth and although the food was good, the service leaves a lot to be desired. We came in early and got drinks as the kitchen hadn't opened yet. Drinks arrived and the server explained which ones were which... It turns out he told us the cocktail was the non-alcoholic drink that our 15yo had ordered (the cocktail was for myself). We didn't really figure it out until the drink had been half drunk, which when the manager realised the mistake proceeded to take it away from the table and get another cooler (but nothing about the cocktail). Anywho, service was slow, plates were cleared, but we were never asked if we either wanted more drinks or dessert (bear in mind our 3yo's kiddie meal came with dessert). Our youngest ended leaving because of how slow everything was and our 15yo thought at that point that we were actively being ignored. Tired of waiting I had to take my cards out and they finally proceeded to give us the bill. Long story short, there was absolutely no way I'd pay for the alcoholic drink and given the whole situation at least some discount on the kid's meal. So originally they gave me a 10% off that didn't even cover the cocktail. After arguing I did end up paying what I thought was acceptable, but obviously left a bad taste in our mouths. If service had been to a decent standard obviously none of this would have happened, furthermore, I'm sure would have had another round of drinks and even some extra dessert!

Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was light and friendly. The views over the harbour were beautiful. And the service was incredible. We waited a short 5 minutes for our deserts to arrive, and they were given to us for free as the waitress considered this too long to wait!

all the staff were incredible! sorry not sure of the chap that mainly served us (with the blonde hair!) but you were super attentive, very knowledgable of the menu, really friendly and just generally had amazing energy. such a lovely place with great vibes and great views, really couldn’t’ ask for more. thank you!

Food was average, service was slow even on a Tuesday night with the majority of restaurant empty, meals pre ordered. Toilets were disgusting, stank of urine. Would definitely not return.

Great burgers, although the prices are now higher than other good alternatives in Falmouth.

Food was excellent, a lovely chicken burger with chilli jam, cheese and mayo. The cold slaw was different to normal but very enjoyable. Reasonably priced too.

Lovely views from the back of the restaurant but wasn't happy that the main meals do not have chips or salad with them. They are separate and have to pay for them separately too. Drinks offers are not too bad either. The service wasn't that great as there was a couple of dishes missing and some orders were wrong. Quite expensive for what you get.

Fantastic food not greasy or over cooked the burger was lovely and cheesy chips just right not too much cheese. Good selection of cocktails. The hub tubs aren’t huge but are just enough as they are quite decadent. Would absolutely recommend.

Very honest when we arrived about waiting times for food and drinks. Friendly & efficient service. Very pleased with double cheese burger and Korean BBQ dip, not so much with fries & beef chilli nachos.

We always visit Bub Box when in Falmouth to visit our daughter at Uni. Very good selection of gourmet burgers and beautiful view of the harbour.

Great patties spoilt by someone in the kitchen coating the buns with oil or fat, made my daughter quite ill very quickly, very expensive for a greasy burger

Went in here for a coffee the staff were really friendly and helpful has my wife is lactose intolerant and they help with the milk.

Food is always really good, staff are friendly and quick to take your order, and they have a large menu which caters for just about everyone.

Pretty good food, drink and service - atmosphere not as buzzy as the one in Truro but still a nice place to go.

Best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had! Had a double cheeseburger as well which was also delicious. Our waiter was really friendly and service was super fast. Student discount too. I would definitely recommend.

Holy buckets the prices are staggering for burgers that are TINY and don’t come with fries. My burger was brought out, the server went to get my side from the kitchen, and by the time he came back I had eaten the whole burger because it was so small. And it cost £12.95! Im not a particularly fast eater either. Seriously it was smaller than the palm of my hand.

Really good food. Excellent service. Would recommend the chicken burgers with the skin on fries. The hub tub Cornish cream tea ice cream was delicious too

We love hubbox in Cornwall. Well trained staff and great consistent burgers. The loaded fries are a must. The Falmouth branch is a big place so lacks a little of the atmosphere of other ones

The food was lovely! Best chicken burger I've ever had! I had the Kim Yum Chic. So nice! Fully recommended 👌 👍 The staff were really nice and friendly too. We paid about £50 so it's not cheap but it is also not the most expensive of places in Falmouth. It has lovely views of the boats around the museum and comfy seats, so the dining experience is great 👍 We would definitely go back there.

Went in mid week lunchtime. Served quickly. Food is very good and there are great views over the harbour.

Ate here a little while ago we sat down ordered two milkshakes and the server said il be back in a moment to get your food a table of four sat down got there food and ate before we even got noticed then another couple came in and ordered and got it before us .incomptent staff obvs and when we got our tasteless food the fries were cold the salad was awful the burger was decent according to my bf .we are both very shy tho so did leave a review from the barcode but spent 50 quid which honestly for that food big waste of money but didnt want to complain in person . Using a diff email due to not wanting to use my private one

Front of house staff was a little unfriendly, however it was a busy evening and we were walk in customers, everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. The special Christmas menu was different but exceptionally good, more food than we could eat. Big portions, lovely tasting food. Would recommend anyone trying Hubbox

The waitress/ manager was very informative and provided great service especially as The food was cold, coleslaw tasted like it had fermented. The burger meat was so over done it had gone dry. The brioche bun was wet on top Really disappointed with the food.
