Surprisingly tasty fish, quick and super friendly service

Especially the vegan rainbow lasagne was soo delicious.Would definitly recommend and come again

Pasta was greasy and Pizza Margherita the worst I‘d ever had. Nothing on top, hard like a shoe sole, and 40 pounds in total for two.

Came here to pick up a pizza to go. It was all ready to go when I got there. It is not bad but it could of had some herbs sprinkled on it or at least cut the pizza into slices than leaving it whole.

Perfect food, huge pizza, pasta that should be illegal, whatever you choose, is just brilliant, super kind, fast, nice and even funny staff, vibrant atmosphere, large portions. Just go. Make a reservation and just go. You won't regret.

Had a table booked last weekend and they cancelled it because of a flood! Try to get in this evening and they would not let us sit down because the kitchen was closing in nine minutes and they would do takeout only! And the restaurant was completely empty

We visited here on a Friday night during the festival. Despite this we had a great experience. Our food was very tasty and we received absolutely superb service from our waiter Gabriel.

Pretty standard food offerings and good for when your in a pinch. Mainly let down by the staff and general atmosphere, took about 30mins to get the bill and we had to go to the staff at the desk to pay because we were just being ignored

Found them as our bus was driving by. From our view of the restaurant from the top of the double decker bus, it looked very clean and modern. The spaghetti bolognese and pizza I had was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the hilarious signs on the maze to the toilets. Glad we found it.

Tasteless kitchen and soulless waiter surely cooled by much too strong air conditioning! And we are obliged to tip for this type of service. I don't like this way of doing things!

The food was ok. The a/c was blowing cold and so was the waiter , that ‘s why his tip flew out by the window. Too bad!!

My grandsons only place to eat after rugby (even if today was the Murrayfield tour and not a game). Great service again from Janos who welcomed us at the door and looked after us during our meal. We were made to feel very welcome and valued customers.

Rustics pizzas are thin based and lots of toppings, staff are super friendly and there's a pretty extensive menu. We got the sticky pig (10/10) and the vegan meatballs pizza (7/10).

Ola was a great server. Attentive and personable. We all enjoyed our pizzas (Pure Pepperoni and Sticky pig). And don’t forget the garlic bombe starter and salted caramel brownie!

Edinburgh Queensferry Street is the best Zizzi there is, staff are polite and always recognise regular customers and make them feel welcome. The food always tastes amazing especially my favourite the honeycomb chocolate fudge cake. Food is always on time even for collections. Above all else the cleanliness of the restaurant is always superb which you don’t see anywhere else anymore. Highly recommend this Zizzis if visiting Edinburgh.

Very average food with very average service. 4 staff members managing a 150 + seater restaurant on a busy Sunday afternoon. We had to ask if we can order drinks, then we had to ask if we can order starters and then we had to ask if we can order mains. We were there for nearly 3 hours and at no point anyone checked in to make sure we were okay. We ordered white wine which never arrived so asked again and staff member asked to wait whilst she attended to the new diners at the door. White wine eventually showed up but with warm glasses (probably just came out of the washing machine). I don’t think it’s was the staffs fault. They were trying their best but clearly the place was under staffed. Another example of a chain charging top prices for mediocre food and lacklustre service.

I went to have a late lunch in the afternoon. I was full from Margherita pizza and beer. The taste was good for the price, and the atmosphere was nice. Thank you for the meal.

My husband and I shared a lovely meal at Lunchtime in your Queensferry, Edinburgh Restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was attentive.

What a shame. The food was just bad. No sauce or cheese on pizza, pasta undercooked. The staff were lovely I can’t fault them but oh my god do not come.

Sea bass was good. My guests said marguerita pizza was very average. Passion fruit mock tail was also good. Our seats were near air conditioning and we were quite cold for the majority of the time.

I dined here with my family this evening for my mums birthday and everything was spot on. The food was amazing, there was a lovely atmosphere but I must say, the service was the thing I would rate the highest. From the lovely young girl who greeted us at the door and showed us to our table, to the gentleman who was our waiter. He couldn't do enough for us and made sure everything was okay throughout our meal. So impressed with the service here, will definitely be going again! :)

The food and drinks were great. Felt slightly rushed by the servers to leave when we still had drinks to finish (in a half empty restaurant). My girlfriend said the toilets were spotless however the men's were not super clean.

Salmon was overcooked, chorizo on risotto was actually Parma Ham, chicken escalope was greasy, service was OK but not great, good atmosphere because of the people I was with , not been for a while and won't be returning

Can’t say a single bad thing about this place! We are vegetarians and we had very healthy/ nutritious and filling meals here and will be eating at this chain more often when travelling as the quality of food is very good!

We had a family dinner recently at Zizzi in Edinburgh. Staff were kind and helpful - remembering our special requests for dishes (for instance, when we asked for an ingredient to be left out). They were notably patient with the children. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this restaurant, particularly for family groups.

went for a nice birthday dinner with some friends. lovely meal however was not worth the amount we payed. when the bill came, we found a 30% service charge!!! the staff were not that nice to us, borderline rude, and the food was not worth an extra £50

Good place for a good time with friends

We showed up this February 5 at 8:55 p.m., the restaurant closed at 10:00 p.m. the young lady refused us to eat there only in takeaway. The day before we arrived 10 minutes early and 2 other tables arrived after us. Too bad we enjoyed our first visit received by the manager that evening.

Went here on a date and was very welcoming. Staff did everything they could to provide a positive service. Ordered 2 pizzas and a chips initially. The chips were not well cooked and cold to which the manager swiftly fixed and apologised for, the pizza on the other hand was perfectly cooked and flavourful. We had dessert too, brownie and honeycomb pizzette, we had requested no sauce and was given an extra scoop of ice-cream in addition too. Would strongly recommend this place:)

The food here is really good. Excellent gluten free selection and a great atmosphere. One thing to watch out for is that the place is cash-free so you have to pay by card, and if you don't specifically ask the waiter you might not get the chance to tip. Would absolutely come here again

Sehr ausgefallene Kombinationen, sehr lecker. Ich kann (noch) nicht für die normalen Hauptgerichte sprechen, aber ich würde sagen das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist bei dem shared favourites für zwei Personen am besten. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

On a dreich wet and windy January Sunday afternoon we sought shelter here. Great choice as the food was tasty and the staff friendly and efficient. Despite it being quiet as a result of the outside stormy conditions, inside they never let standards or their smiles slip for a second - impressive!

Un nom qui fait sourire les Français que nous sommes mais la cuisine est excellente (calzonne poulet épinard à tomber), le service très rapide et les prix très corrects. On y reviendra si on revient à Edinbourgh.

We love our pizzas, we had passed this restaurant walking out to Deans village and on the way back it seemed like the perfect place to stop for lunch and it really was very good, i got there rustica pizza which is elongated and has a very thin base which was heavenly, our waiter was very nice so would definately recommend.

Food was nice, good value for money. Bit disappointed in the calamari which was so thin, it just tasted like batter. The chicken dish was dry but tasty. Service was good and friendly. Won't be put off and will try it again

I know this place but from a different town and this one in Edinburgh it was a disappointment!!! Pleanty spaces but when we got in we were told we cannot stay for food as they are understaffed!! On a weekend! In Edinburgh City centre!!! Maybe an information on the door would be useful instead of having people inside and letting them to sit down only to find out they need to go!

Lovely venue, friendly staff and good food. The servers were proactive and quick to serve. I have a dietary requirement and they catered for it very well, food came out quick enough, and was good quality. We declined desserts as we had a baby who we wanted to get home to feed. The atmosphere was good with just the right amount of noise to create and ambience.
