Been here a few times. Great pizza and well priced for the city centre. On street, paid parking which is limited.

It was cold in the restaurant, our waitress agreed it was cold. The heating wasn't on!

We had a lovely evening and a delicious meal , staff were lovely 🫶

We went to an Italian place to have a quick dinner because we were late getting into the pubs. We ordered some ravioli and a chicken and spinach calzone. It was delicious but nothing more, nothing remarkable compared to other Italian restaurants. The beer seemed very expensive to me, even though it is 660ml it is still a bottled Peroni.

Lovely food, squeezed us in when very busy.... emma looked after us and was amazing throughout. Xxx

We stopped here for a quick lunch on our last day quick service and very tasty it was pretty empty as they had just opened but really good food and service wise

Surprisingly tasty fish, quick and super friendly service

My family are regular visitors to Zizzi, Edinburgh and it is a must for my grandson and I prior to attending Murrayfield for the rugby. We are always looked after by Janos and the rest of the team. Great value meals in pleasant surroundings with fantastic service. We will be back again very soon.

Especially the vegan rainbow lasagne was soo delicious.Would definitly recommend and come again

Pasta was greasy and Pizza Margherita the worst I‘d ever had. Nothing on top, hard like a shoe sole, and 40 pounds in total for two.

Came here to pick up a pizza to go. It was all ready to go when I got there. It is not bad but it could of had some herbs sprinkled on it or at least cut the pizza into slices than leaving it whole.

Delicious food and friendly service!

As soon as we got there, the staff were attentive at the right level. We were served by Ola, who is a lovely person and got our orders just perfect. Ordered a margarita pizza and asked for a good amount of fresh, uncooked spinach on it. It was just perfect! Best pizza I've had for years: lovely thin base pizza, unfussy, and so delicious. Our other pizza was the peperoni champagne. This was also perfect: it was not overloaded with ingredients, therefore not greasy. Oh so good. To drink we had a passion sparkler and I asked for less ice. It was perfectly served and tasted great. The flat white coffee was just right. All in all, this dining experience was a delight because of the great food and drinks and the wonderful staff. Thanks again to Ola who served us.

If you visit Edinburgh at least for one day, this is a MUST visit. Perfect food, huge pizza, pasta that should be illegal, whatever you choose, is just brilliant, super kind, fast, nice and even funny staff, vibrant atmosphere, large portions. Just go. Make a reservation and just go. You won't regret.

Had a table booked last weekend and they cancelled it because of a flood! Try to get in this evening and they would not let us sit down because the kitchen was closing in nine minutes and they would do takeout only! And the restaurant was completely empty

We visited here on a Friday night during the festival. Despite this we had a great experience. Our food was very tasty and we received absolutely superb service from our waiter Gabriel.

Pretty standard food offerings and good for when your in a pinch. Mainly let down by the staff and general atmosphere, took about 30mins to get the bill and we had to go to the staff at the desk to pay because we were just being ignored

My grandsons only place to eat after rugby (even if today was the Murrayfield tour and not a game). Great service again from Janos who welcomed us at the door and looked after us during our meal. We were made to feel very welcome and valued customers.

Tasteless kitchen and soulless waiter surely cooled by much too strong air conditioning! And we are obliged to tip for this type of service. I don't like this way of doing things!

Found them as our bus was driving by. From our view of the restaurant from the top of the double decker bus, it looked very clean and modern. The spaghetti bolognese and pizza I had was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the hilarious signs on the maze to the toilets. Glad we found it.

The food was ok. The a/c was blowing cold and so was the waiter , that ‘s why his tip flew out by the window. Too bad!!

The food was lovely, this is the 2nd time we have ordered food from zizzi & both times were great but my husband ordered spaghetti bolognese & they sent us linguine bolognese. Not good.

Ola was a great server. Attentive and personable. We all enjoyed our pizzas (Pure Pepperoni and Sticky pig). And don’t forget the garlic bombe starter and salted caramel brownie!

Rustics pizzas are thin based and lots of toppings, staff are super friendly and there's a pretty extensive menu. We got the sticky pig (10/10) and the vegan meatballs pizza (7/10).

Perfect pizza with thin pasta, the best I’ve eaten so far. I truly recommend you this place. Pastas are also delightful. Friendly staff Meals being delivered too fast is the only negative point

Good location and a very nice branch of Zizzi. I tried the 'Sticky Pig' and it was delicious, 10/10 will be back! Staff were friendly and took the time to chat which adds value. Keep up the good work 💯

Edinburgh Queensferry Street is the best Zizzi there is, staff are polite and always recognise regular customers and make them feel welcome. The food always tastes amazing especially my favourite the honeycomb chocolate fudge cake. Food is always on time even for collections. Above all else the cleanliness of the restaurant is always superb which you don’t see anywhere else anymore. Highly recommend this Zizzis if visiting Edinburgh.

Very average food with very average service. 4 staff members managing a 150 + seater restaurant on a busy Sunday afternoon. We had to ask if we can order drinks, then we had to ask if we can order starters and then we had to ask if we can order mains. We were there for nearly 3 hours and at no point anyone checked in to make sure we were okay. We ordered white wine which never arrived so asked again and staff member asked to wait whilst she attended to the new diners at the door. White wine eventually showed up but with warm glasses (probably just came out of the washing machine). I don’t think it’s was the staffs fault. They were trying their best but clearly the place was under staffed. Another example of a chain charging top prices for mediocre food and lacklustre service.

I went to have a late lunch in the afternoon. I was full from Margherita pizza and beer. The taste was good for the price, and the atmosphere was nice. Thank you for the meal.

My husband and I shared a lovely meal at Lunchtime in your Queensferry, Edinburgh Restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was attentive.

What a shame. The food was just bad. No sauce or cheese on pizza, pasta undercooked. The staff were lovely I can’t fault them but oh my god do not come.

food arrived to my hotel cold. pizza and garlic bread also were not pre cut which was inconvenient considering the time of night and we are in a hotel and clearly no access to restraunt for cutlery!

Sea bass was good. My guests said marguerita pizza was very average. Passion fruit mock tail was also good. Our seats were near air conditioning and we were quite cold for the majority of the time.

I dined here with my family this evening for my mums birthday and everything was spot on. The food was amazing, there was a lovely atmosphere but I must say, the service was the thing I would rate the highest. From the lovely young girl who greeted us at the door and showed us to our table, to the gentleman who was our waiter. He couldn't do enough for us and made sure everything was okay throughout our meal. So impressed with the service here, will definitely be going again! :)

The food and drinks were great. Felt slightly rushed by the servers to leave when we still had drinks to finish (in a half empty restaurant). My girlfriend said the toilets were spotless however the men's were not super clean.

Salmon was overcooked, chorizo on risotto was actually Parma Ham, chicken escalope was greasy, service was OK but not great, good atmosphere because of the people I was with , not been for a while and won't be returning

Can’t say a single bad thing about this place! We are vegetarians and we had very healthy/ nutritious and filling meals here and will be eating at this chain more often when travelling as the quality of food is very good!

We had a family dinner recently at Zizzi in Edinburgh. Staff were kind and helpful - remembering our special requests for dishes (for instance, when we asked for an ingredient to be left out). They were notably patient with the children. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this restaurant, particularly for family groups.

The Waiter did not feel very welcoming with an expressionless face. The chicken pasta was not good. Had to just finish since I paid for it. The veg pasta my girlfriend had was good. Great ambience.

went for a nice birthday dinner with some friends. lovely meal however was not worth the amount we payed. when the bill came, we found a 30% service charge!!! the staff were not that nice to us, borderline rude, and the food was not worth an extra £50

Just perfect ! Succulent pizzas. A delicious risotto. Maybe a small downside on the desserts, good but nothing extraordinary. The servers are very nice and smiling.

Ordered home delivery via Uber Eats . Desserts arrived cold and all messed up in boxes ! Looked like a dogs breakfast! 2 out of 3 desserts looked like left overs combined together and not what i ordered. Disappointed after over an hours wait . Unhappy children too. Waste of time and money. Unfortunately Uber Eats fid not refund our order that was binned (tried calling restaurant but no answer ). Maybe because I ordered late eve ? But still I expected to receive what I paid for :(
