A beautiful restaurant, and what distinguishes the restaurant is the good service and delicious food

Warm and fast service. Nice places and well located. The dishes are simple but good. I recommend!

Great place to eat. Very nice staff. We were helped by Levente who did his job excellently. The menu was also very good, with some great special Christmas options.

Had a great dinner at Bella Italia! There were a lot of gluten free options available and the pizza was good! Also great service by Levente:)

We went to this Bella Italia as a party of three. Service was OK, food was average, spaghetti and meatballs was very poor. Food came out far too quick the three of us said the food reminded of tesco ready meals. Never worth the price paid. Sneaky 12.5 percent service charge added on automatically.

We were here December 18 and December 19. We had a great experience at December 18. That’s why we came back at the second day. We came at December 19 around 4:50 PM. We were served by a dark long hair lady wearing glasses, and graded by a long hair man with earrings. I did not feel comfortable when they set us. The service was extremely awful. I did not get my water this whole entire time, and I clearly ordered it when did my order. When she served us cocktail, she dropped the glass very heavily on our table. We were not offered for any cheese when we had pizza. The food was not bad. But clearly it has created a service failure.

Price performance ratio bad. But nice in itself.

The portions are very small and too pricey for the portion size.

Thank you Levente for looking after us so well. The food was amazing, service superb. Definitely will be back.

Lovely Christmas vibes and Dorka was a shining star. Cool hair and glasses and she handled my mother and cousin fighting over the bill very professionally. Cool, calm, and collected. We love u! Would give 6 stars if I could.

The service was simply incorrect. Disrespectful. They did not understand we wanted to share dishes. For sharing a pizza they brought us a tiny coffee plate, just uncomfortable.

A splendid meal. The venue was clean and tastefully decorated, the staff inquired about allergies, extra parmesan or sauces were offered and the meal was of satisfactory size and tasted like a good Italian dish should! Dominica was very polite, engagind and accommodating. 10/10 would dine out again.

Absolutely amazing food and service. We eat in the North End of Boston, the Italian section of the city, and this meal was at least as good as any we have had there. Service was perfect. They were nonstop busy but we never felt rushed.

Sudden dislike to the restaurant duty manager (don't usually judge a book it's cover but this evening had too) when they give off a terrible vibe... He didn't seem to be focused where he was... Meatballs were dry and not mixed with any sauce/spaghetti; ice cream was served in what looks like a glass rather than a sundae glass... Disagree with surcharge being added as the service didn't meet that requirement... Been here before and it's been wonderful... would I come again? Will let you know on our next trip...and a group of ladies were not happy with the duty manager which kinds of put the icing on the cake - review before mine. Top and bottom it doesn't cost anything to have manners.,

Food was OK. Very overpriced. Spaghetti with a tiny portion of bolognese. Drinks very expensive. Then they slyly stick 12.5% service charge on the bill. Wouldn't recommend.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant, and it was nothing short of a disaster. While the food may be decent, that's the only positive aspect. The service was non-existent, and the staff treated us with blatant disrespect. It’s clear that they have no regard for their customers—being discriminatory and rude seems to be a part of their standard practice. To make matters worse, they charge a service fee, yet offer no service at all. The only thing they did was bring food from the kitchen to the table. That’s not service; that’s basic functionality. If you're going to charge a service fee, at least show some respect for your customers and provide what you're charging for. This place is a disgrace to hospitality, and I won't be returning. There are plenty of restaurants that treat their customers with dignity and respect, unlike this one.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was subpar, and the staff were unprofessional. The staff were rude when taking our order, and they refused to engage in a polite manner. The wait time was also incredibly long, especially since the server took forever to return to our table and no one else offered to assist in the meantime. Overall, the poor service overshadowed the meal, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience

Enjoyed the Vegetariana pizza and the Affogado at Bella Italia Edinburgh! It was delicious and the service by Mariá was exceptionally fast. We also enjoyed the view in the lively Old Town.

Food was delicious and service was great! We ordered the ultimate calzone and the bolognese pasta. The calzone is HUGE and the bolognese is light and made dairy free. Our server, Maria was very attentive and sweet. Loved it!

My husband and I had a lovely meal tonight at Bella Italian. I am gluten sensitive and our server did a great job pointing out everything that I could eat and she recommended several sauces that made the food pop! I want to give a special thanks to Dorka for the wonderful attentive service and her advice on what to see in Edinburgh! She made our first night in town very special!

We visited Edinburgh for my son’s graduation. We found Bella Italia across from where we stayed. The food is excellent and Cameron, she is very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed very much!

We waited 10minutes to be seated , every waiter were looking at us and they didn’t care about us because they were waiting for the clients to leave to sit us even if most the tables were not occupied . They didn’t tell us we had to wait and it was very long . Once seated the waiter was very rude , he was making fun of us because we are tourists he was whispering so we didn’t hear and understand what he said . The food was ok but not worth for the price. When we ordered , the waiter was five feet apart and still whispering to us ( he knew how to talk because we heard him talking to other people ) and he was speaking with his hands to say no because the dishes on the card weren’t available . He didn’t even said no , he was just looking at us like 👎 . He was very unfriendly , was not smiling and it made us very uncomfortable. Once we finished he speeded us to pay so we don’t notice that he added a 7£ service charge that was supposed to be OPTIONNAL . What a shame! The service was a ZERO . I do not recommend this establishment at ALL.

We visited here after a day of sightseeing. We were seated quickly and service was friendly. The food was okay but a little overpriced for the portions we received. The cocktails had more of a fruit juice taste as opposed to any alcohol. Very busy restaurant but nice and clean.

Nice and welcoming place, shame it wasn't heated well. We were cold throughout the meal. Both pizza and pasta are good :)
