I really like this Zizzi and have been coming since it opened. It's one of the highlights of Ocean Terminal and if the weather is good you can sit outside by the water and eat while viewing the Royal Yacht Britannia. However, I recommend Zizzi because; + The staff are almost great and try to tailor service to your needs. + The staff and restaurant policy is great with food allergies (and anxious eaters) + It's clean and spacious I've turned up with a movie in the cinema due to start in about 45 minutes, quickly got advice on what food would be possible in that time, eaten and made my film. Some notes of caution are that it can get slow and especially if a big tourist group turns up and that staff aren't that experienced with Zillionaire loyalty scheme. If you're not a member of Zizzis program, I recommend joining as the worst that can happen is your points expire before you use them.

May aswell of went to tesco and bought a zizi microwave meal as that's how it was plated and tasted. Table service was terrible staff clearly did not want to work nor was I made feel welcome would not recommend here for any person as its not worth the money to be fed microwave meals at this zizi restaurant. Not to mention that the waitress spilled my friends drink all over her legs and blatantly ignored her throughout the meal. Completely trying to ignore her while ordering both for the drinks and the food. Will not be coming back to this zizi restaurant.

Who don't love a zizzi's. Huge restraunt with indoor and outdoor seating with views over looking the port, it was pretty quiet by the time we arrived ( suits us ) service was very swift and food was on point as usual. The young lady serving us was very hospitable and professional.

Great food with exceptional service. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Suzie was quick to get us to our tables and check-in with us, with recommendations. And our server Linda was very sweet and attentive to our asks. Will return again during our short stay here!

Fuimos recibidos por Tara en un día de viento muy frío. Ella estaba muy ocupada, ya que era el único miembro del personal de espera en el turno. Nuestra orden fue tomada con prontitud, ella señaló que mi esposo necesitaba una comida sin gluten y más tarde aconsejó qué postres estaban hechos con ingredientes sin gluten. Mal servicio. Estábamos en un domingo tranquilo, Ocean terminal era extremadamente tranquilo y decidimos comer aquí para el almuerzo, nuestro servidor era educado, pero claramente con resaca. Cada miembro del personal que vimos estaba en su teléfono móvil. ¡Incluso el chef de pizzas! Pedimos una pizza y nos la sirvieron sin cortarla en rodajas y nos dijeron que acababa de haber un servicio de almuerzo muy concurrido (que claramente no lo había hecho por lo tranquilo que era el centro comercial), así que no tenían ningún cortador de pizza limpio o disponible para que lo usáramos. Procedí a cortar nuestra pizza con un cuchillo de cenar, lo cual no fue lo más fácil. No me importa un poco el trabajo manual, pero para que el servidor se siente a 2 mesas de nosotros, con una pizza para ella misma cortándola con un cortador de pizza, creo que eso está tomando el pelo un poco. Estoy seguro de que todo el personal es gente encantadora, pero claramente no está interesado en el trabajo que están haciendo. La comida nos la sirvieron antes de que nos dijeran que no tenían algunos de los ingredientes para completar 2 de los platos que pedimos.

Wonderful place for food, great balance between fast service and warm hospitality our server Suzie went above and beyond.

We came here at 8 pm and waited for our food for 1h and 30 mins. Stuff can be mean and arrogant. The food was worthless. Too expensive for this, i don’t recommend. I felt so sick after eating it and my other family had also issues. Run from there!

Joyce served our table, helped very indecisive people (me mainly) and engaged very well with every family member including both children. Even my 10 Yr old commented on what a lovely person she was. Well done!

Our vegetarian meal was so good ! We eat a Margherita, the Rainbow Lasagnas and a Tiramisu ! Our waitress was so kind and the view is exceptional.

We come here each time we come to Edinburgh. Food and service always very good. Lovely atmosphere looking out over on the harbour and the staff really nice and friendly. Highly recommended place to chill and relax and enjoy great food.

I had a great lunch and was delighted with the service from Linda . Great and welcoming conversation… food was delicious too. The bounce castle next was a distraction… but made up with the laughter and dedication of your staff … Linda.

No disfruté esta experiencia en absoluto. El plato de pasta que tenía estaba demasiado cocido, insípido y lleno de tallos de hongos. El plato de ragu de ternera de los maridos prácticamente no tenía carne. Un lado de patatas fritas se sirvió en un tazón de desayuno barato del hotel, estaba sobresalado y apenas tenía patatas fritas. No quería romero en el GB - tenía romero en él. También era pastoso. Las bebidas eran sabrosas. Solo 2 servidores estirados delgados en el suelo que sirven a todo el restaurante. La única dama servidor / bar persona dejó caer un vaso. La pobre muchacha miró al borde de las lágrimas y realmente lo sentí por ella. Es duro trabajar en un lugar tan bajo de personal y estás tratando de hacer tanto de una vez. Sólo tengo una segunda estrella porque esta señora servidora estaba trabajando muy duro. Comida... horrible.

Went for a meal with my boyfriend and we had a lovely time. We ordered the calzone carne piccante and the meat Sofia rustica pizza - both were very delicious. Our waiter Murshed was so lovely to us, very approachable and we had a lovely chat. Definitely recommend coming here!

It was a really wonderful surprise. In addition to the great pizza, the service was as friendly and attentive as we could ask for. When they saw me with my little daughter they brought me crayons and paper - they even gave me the crayons for free for her! I couldn't believe it. If you are in the mall or even in the neighbourhood, I recommend this place to stop, eat well and enjoy the wonderful views.

Enjoyed meal and service, only complaint the extras portion of mushrooms on the pizza was miniscule given the charge.

The food and service have been improved. The extra heat has been installed what is extremely important in winter time for the place. Few more heaters will be installed. Good idea for the bussiness. Ask for Menager Marek very helpful and good personality very well care about people. Good manners. Recommended. .

Todos los huéspedes quedaron muy impresionados con sus comidas y la cereza en la parte superior fue el servicio amable y atento que recibimos de nuestro servidor, Linda y el gerente, Marek. Order via user eats.. pizza ball not left to rise at the right point... pizza cooked at a high temperature... it practically arrived home half raw... a total mess... put specialized chefs in the kitchen and not bricklayers!!!!!!!

Hemos sido clientes de Zizzi durante muchos años. Nos gustan sus opciones de comida y el personal amable. Una cosa que Zizzi puede hacer mejor es hacer su pasta más firme. Siempre pedí al dente para mi pasta pero no he tenido nada parecido a al dente durante mucho tiempo. La pasta demasiado cocida no sabe bien y arruina todo el plato. Gracias.

We first visited this Zizzis on holiday last year and ended up here again. Wonderful super thin, crisp crust pizza and ample toppings. Friendly service (thanks Tara!). Nice view with the unexpected appearance of a submarine and another military vessel alongside the restaurant. I’m not a big pizza eater but I love Zizzis and so does my pizza loving husband.

Lovely venue, but quiet & the food wasn’t upto much at all. Ordered garlic bread at £6.50 each, which was very dry. Also ordered & paid £16 each for a lasagne, which was very small & not the best lasagne I’ve had. A strange taste to it, poss not tomatoee enough! Overall, a lot of money for what we got. Service was excellent & the waiters/waitresses were very attentive.

The food is not bad here but the atmosphere is a bit different as this whole area is under construction nearby. It felt a little hollow here with so many empty seats. Hopefully business will pick up once the construction finishes up for good.

Normalmente me gusta Zizzi, pero tuve una mala experiencia en esta sucursal en particular. Hice una reserva para una cena de celebración para mi familia de 4. Cuando aparecimos para nuestra reserva a las nueve y media, inmediatamente nos dijeron que no iban a tomar más clientes. Era obvio que no éramos bienvenidos, pero mencioné la reserva y nos llevaron a regañadientes a una mesa. De camino a la mesa, el servidor me dijo que cerrarían en cuarenta minutos. Como las reservas en línea iban hasta las diez, esto era confuso. Decidí irme porque una comida apresurada con personal infeliz no era atractivo en absoluto. El servidor se encontró con nosotros cuando nos fuimos y parecía claramente feliz cuando dijimos que habíamos decidido ir a otro lugar. Me quejé en línea diciendo que "Las reservas solo deberían ser posibles hasta un período razonable de tiempo antes de que el restaurante cierre". No es suficiente para hacerme volver a esta sucursal ya que nuestra tarde se arruinó. También creo que esta sucursal de Zizzi tiene una sensación de patio de comidas, además de que se requiere que utilice los baños externos del centro comercial. Otras ramas tienen una atmósfera mucho mejor.

Tasty food and excellent service by Linda. The restaurant has a lovely sea view and is spacious. Ocean terminal building itself could be a bit better. After the shops close its quite dark and seems un-inviting. More lights and colour perhaps?

This was a disappointing visit. After we were shown to a table we were left for ages. We had to ask a member of staff if we could order tea and coffee. The insulated glasses that the beverage was served in meant it took quite a while for the drinks to cool enough to drink. We weren't impressed
