Great visit to Zizi in Bournemouth. After a 5-hour car drive from Merseyside on the hottest day of the year we needed somewhere to relax knowing the food was going to be good. Pizzas were gorgeous. Also really freindly staff. 5 stars.

In Bournemouth for a few days post Christmas break. The staff at Zizi were friendly. The food was plentiful and good. An enjoyable meal on a quiet, rainy, Tuesday evening

We were showed to a table by kitchen, decor very nice. A lively waitress Marta took out order - she was lovely very friendly and took time to talk to us. Food was amazing we had a classic Pinole pizza best ever. Red wine was nice. We were so impressed by service and food - we can’t wait to go back - thank you.

Love this restaurant. Always cosy and inviting. Service brilliant and the food is delicious. We visit at least once a month and also use their takeaway service.

I booked this restaurant for my family for an early dinner following a visit to the pantomine. I was very disappointed as the food was almost inedible. Garlic bread with Mozzarella was burnt hard. At least half a dozen dishes were not available on the menu including chips!!! I returned one lasagne as it was so burnt that I couldn't event get a knife in it, it was replaced free of charge but to be honest the restaurant should have paid us to eat it. I would never eat here again and certainly not recommend it.

Glad we booked as it was busy and fairly boisterous. Food was average, my pizza was better than my wife's "super salad". Service was good.

Very disappointed, with the food, the garlic prawns starter promised so much but delivered little, it was smothered with a kind of BBQ sauce ( I had asked if this could be served either without the sauce or separately), apparently the “chef” makes it fresh so could not do it any other way. Could not taste the garlic!! The main course of Salmon was mainly potatoes with a very small piece of salmon which was very very dry, I had originally booked another table for six people in two days but cancelled it after such an awful meal. The waitress did her best but was let down by mediocre food.

Fantastic service and food! We were a very large group of 19 and couldn’t recommend this pizza express enough for large party. Everything ordered came and was delicious. Waitress was Deliah, and was so helpful and friendly. Fantastic evening to celebrate my daughters birthday Thank you

Prezzo is a bit of a regular - great food at a reasonable price. The restaurant was quite busy and it wasn’t the first time we’ve felt that the serving staff were a little overwhelmed. They were working very hard but just not enough of them. Too much of a wait - and it was clear that other tables were also suffering with delays. Food was excellent as always and we do love going to prezzo - and we weren’t in a hurry but the ‘speed’ of service was painful.

Went there with my wife to celebrate both of our Birthdays. She booked a table for us, but when we went to the restaurant, we were given a table which we didn't like really. We preferred a table close to the windows and although there were quite a few free tables, the owner (I think he might be the owner because he was acting like that) was rude and didn't give us a choice to sit in a table we liked. However, we decided to order starters. I ordered a Calamari Fritti, and it looked nice and all but was flavourless and bland. Then for the mains I got a spaghetti vongole. I don't know why but that came bland and flavourless as well, just some spaghetti with no cream or whatsoever. Actually my stomach felt really bad after the dinner as well. But the dishes my wife ordered were OK tho. The waiting staff were actually really good and kind! But the one who's incharge of bookings, who I think might be the owner, was rude and didn't know how to serve his customers. Worst italian restaurant I've been to in Dorset.
